Unlock question - MyCricket App not working

I am traveling to Europe for two weeks in August and would like to unlock my phone, so I can use a local Travelers SIM card.  When I try to unloick online, it tells me I need to use the MyCricket App.

The MyCricket app always crashes on my Moto G7 phone.  It is unusable.

Can anyone help me?  Thanks.

The myCricket app doesn’t work on the iPhone 8 currently, either.

The my cricket app doesn't work for my Alcatel Pulse mix either.
On a Motorola one ... Now I have to pay $4 to do it over the phone because THEIR app doesn't work. 👍

@sr34chi Hi there, at the moment Motorola is working on a fix on their software to help the MyCricket from crashing. In order to unlock a device it must meet 6 months of active service to unlock. If you meet this requirement please reach out to our support team on Facebook (m.me/cricketwireless) or twitter (@cricketsupport) with the details of the device and wireless number.

Yeah, the mycricket app apparently doesn't function on certain phones with the Moto G7 Supra being one of them.

They're supposedly working on a fix but it's been over a month for me and probably longer for others that this app hasn't worked.

Hopefully soon that fix will arrive.....
