Upgrade discount?

Hey Cricket nation!

I am just wondering but do current customers that's say with the network for like 1 year or longer sooner or later get offered a discount to buy a new phone from the online store or retailers or is it always going to be the full price and $25 upgrade fee?

Hi @Furryfan93 Thanks for your post. As an existing customer, you would be eligible for an upgrade discount every 90 days. You can see upgrade prices on our website when viewing devices you can select "Current Customers" and "I am upgrading my phone". The price you see there is the upgrade price, and not the full price of the device.
