Videos keep buffering

I just got a new cricket software update yesterday and ever since any video I've tried to watch has buffered to a point where it's impossible to watch at all. The video will stop like 30 times in one second. And it's not just YouTube because I've tried to watch other videos on other platforms and they've done the same thing. I've never had something happen like this on my phone before this update so I think that it messed something up. I've tried restarting my phone and clearing up space by deleting files and apps but it still doesn't work and I can't think of anything else that'll make it work.

Just going to chime in saying that I am having the same issue. Might I suggest to cricket a more efficient way to report a problem. Not only are users hands tied to be able to get into apps to see what's going on and rectify themselves, but there is no way I can see to even report(other than this.. And I expect noone is really reading there's until X number of comments etc)

Suggestion..' cricket, just put "report problem"  down in the software updates part of phone or something.

There should just be a way where I can undo a cricket software update because like I said before everything worked fine until yesterday. I was able to watch videos and I don't even think I ever had it buffer once but after this update it's impossible to watch anything. And it's not my internet because my internet is high speed and it's been working well up until now. I don't what the point is of an update if before there was nothing wrong and after the update it's so much worse. Also everything else works normally. It's only just any video that's not working. Cricket get your stuff together because I'm only two days in and it's really  annoying this honestly shouldn't be going on at all and it definitely shouldn't be going on for more than a week.

Yes having the ability of reverting to previous ver' is a basic thing that should by all means be available. Frustrating.... Oh and on top of the video issues... I have no sound at all. I did not notice because at first thought was a playback issue with video. Kinda pissed I missed an important phone call today.

Same I have no sound either and it's really annoying. And I'm really mad don't get that part wrong but the only reason I'm not extremely pissed is because tbh u don't use my phone that often but when I do want to use it it should be working.

Switching carriers unless this gets fixed. Calls don't work, sound won't work, videos buffer, ads for apps don't load after last update. I even factory reset the phone to and it didn't change anything.  Bumping for answers. I have a Nokia 3c. Is cricket just giving us the squeeze so we go and buy new phones?

Yeah same I have a 3c too and as soon as someone calls me it says I have no service. Like 15 people have called me and it's only worked once. I've never had this happen before so idk what's up.

Why tf does it say my reply about the problem is an answer and that the problem is solved? All I did was reply. This just shows how bad of a site Cricket has if all I did was reply and it's saying it's an answer. If you see this Cricket the problem is not solved so don't ignore it. Oh who am I kidding they'll probably ignore it anyway.

I'm having the same issues after the most recent update. I contacted them through Facebook messenger (last night the whole cricket fb page was down) and was told that the issues seems to be with people who have a Nokia phone and that it is being looked into.

I agree, this is getting ridiculous! For almost 2 weeks now I haven't been able to use my phone. I have a Nokia 3.1c. Ever since this update, I can't stream videos, I get no sound (and I mean NO sound)! I get no tone when someone texts or calls. I can't call because I can't hear anything on the other end, dial tone, voice, nothing! Cricket says it's being worked on but we shouldn't have to wait this long. Seriously thinking of switching carriers! My phone right now is completely useless!
