I have a Dream 5G. Slow/intermittent connection and “UI has stopped working” message anytime the phone is turned on. Other issues lead me to believe the phone is corrupted. If I claim it on a warranty (providing I’m able) does Cricket attempt to replace it with the same model or am I allowed to pick out another phone even if I pay any difference?

Hi @Kenzter and welcome to the Community Forum! Your Cricket Dream is covered under our 2-Year Worry Free Warranty. For valid warranty exchanges, the Returns Center will ship the same or similar replacement model, which may be a new or refurbished device. 

  • To make a warranty claim:

    • Contact the Returns Center at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) for assistance. The support center will troubleshoot the device malfunction over the phone and provide instructions for the warranty return, if applicable.
