I have a Dream 5G. Slow/intermittent connection and “UI has stopped working” message anytime the phone is turned on. Other issues lead me to believe the phone is corrupted. If I claim it on a warranty (providing I’m able) does Cricket attempt to replace it with the same model or am I allowed to pick out another phone even if I pay any difference?
