Yes I purchased a phone in November 2022 that started off 5G phone was stolen came in to buy new one with same phone number and everything come to find out this phone is 4G not 5G and it's not compatible with a lot of things that the first phone was that paid the same price for please help

Yes I believe when I ask for same phone number and everything the person at this certain store duped me they sold me a cheaper phone that I thought was the same as the first one but I got played in 5G to 4G
