We have 5 users on our account the phones work fine for calls and data every where except where we live.
At our home data works fine but no one can reach us. it is possible to call out some times, it is time of day dependent and forget it on weekends.
We always have over 3 bars even have tried a booster which made no difference.
I have seen others with similar problems on this group but I have never seen a real resolution.
We have gone thorough the full tech support phone call with no resolution. They opened a advanced ticket but it never happened because they could not call me, duh no one can, so they closed the ticket.
Has any one actually resolved this problem ?
We have been Cricket customers for 5 years with no problem, we were quite happy with the service actually, the problem started about 9 months ago. We are about out of patience and need to resolve the problem one way or another.
