worst phone and worst customer service ever

Question

I been with cricket on and off for 16 years and im so disappointed in this i got the cricket ovation 2 in April and have to get 4 replacement phones cause this phone is crap the screen keeps going out it never works i have a disabled daughter and we use my phone for her feeding charts an med times and for her virtual doctor visits yeah cant do that if the screen dont work and the camera dont focus i shouldn't have to pay for a different phone because this one shouldn't be sold at all i should take this to the BBB
