Phones & Devices
My dream 5g just blinks out and restarts for no reason. At first i thought it was because I just got the phone and maybe it was still updating but it has been doing this frequently. It has not been 7 days yet. Can I take this phone back to the store for a new one. It was an upgrade. The store Rep recommended this phone and it is not doing right
my cricket sim card has become unuseable PUK locked because i put it in a verizon phone to see if it would work
I put my cricket sim card in a Verizon network locked phone I was trying to see if it was unlocked. I put my sim back in my cricket phone and it said PUK locked 10 chances so I put in 00000000 and it says to reset new pin so I did then it would ask me to do it again but now 9 chances all the way and now my cricket sim is unusable on my cricket phone.
Hello,I bought an LG Stylo 3 yesterday. We went to a Cricket Store to get it. The representative made a mistake, that caused my other phone to be disconnected. Then he tried again and he said porting would work. I have waited 24 hours and porting has been unsuccessful. We also tried switching the Sim but the software crashed and they told me to wait. The error I get is Unable to send Message With Cricket Error 38. Any help is appreciated!
I got service through cricket 3 months ago. I brought a device of my own and I bought a new device with my service. I ended up shutting the new devices line off after the first month of service. I gave the phone to someone and now I need to get that device unlocked. How do I do that when the phone is no longer on my account?
Bought my Dream 5g online through Cricket. Received the phone 5 days ago. The thing won't charge. I use the charger that came with the phone. I've called customer service and when I explain the problem they transfer me to someone that can help. Problem is, when I get transferred it tells me they cant help and to go to the website and then hangs up on me. Anyone else having issues with charging and how can I fix it?
I am interested in purchasing a used iPhone SE from someone I know. He told me that he bought the phone from Cricket and it was locked to the carrier but it had been unlocked and I could now use the phone with any carrier. I put my Verizon SIM card in the phone and it wouldn’t work so he called Cricket and requested that the phone be unlocked. When he hung up he assured me that he was told that the phone would now be unlocked to any carrier but for now, it still says SIM is not supported and phone is locked to Cricket Wireless. How long does it take to process an unlock request? Can you verify that an unlock request was granted for this phone or if the phone is eligible to be unlocked from Cricket? I would greatly appreciate your help!Thank you so much! IMEI- 35 684011 196907 6IMEI2- 35 684011 196174 3
I got a message this evening stating that I had NO VOICE SERVICE Temporarily turned off by your carrier. Why did I get this? I made a payment back on the 22nd of July and then I log in this evening (7/23/23)and my account stills says that I need to make a payment of $55.00I would have thought that if I made a payment that your system would be smart enough to pick up the fact that a payment was made and NOT still show that it’s looking for a payment. But it seems like I get the NO VOICE SERVICE a lot and I want to know why. Because I am about ready to find a different carrier to go with because I am getting tired of not having service with CRICKET.
This is a complaint about recent call quality issues. We have three cricket cell phone lines on three different Android phones. All three have had this problem. We go to make a call and all you hear is digital noise. You cannot make out any words or any other sounds, though there are pauses in the noise where there is little to no sound. If we reboot the phone, or switch airplane mode on/off the problem seems to go away. It really seems like a network/tower problem. How do I report this problem as there are no support areas for call quality issues? We have been using Cricket for at least 2 years, and this problem has just started within the last few weeks.
I contacted chat support, but they told me that they needed data from the first user of the phone, number and security pin, which I do not have, because without those they cannot see if it is more than 6 months old, is there a solution to my problem?
I have a Samsung S8+ and I haven't received any software or security patch updates. I am still running Android N with Security Patch August 1, 2017. I have tried factory reset, wipe partition cache , safe mode, forced the check software update under settings and samsung smart switch using my computer. I have contacted both Samsung and Cricket about this issue and have gotten absolutely nowhere and not to mention I took my phone to AT&T and they couldn't even figure it out. If anyone could please help me that would be great. Model # SM-G955UBuild # NRD90M.G955USQU1AQGL
I have 4 lines and I need to reset the voicemail passcode for one of them. When I go to account settings and click the reset passcode link for that phone number, the text is sent to one of the other lines on my account (always the same one). Does anyone know how to fix this?
So upsetting, I just received a USED/Refurbished phone through Cricket Insurance/Asurion after breaking mine. I got HOODWINKED into spending $75.00 on a deductible on a USED phone!!!! The phone barely costs $200.00 new, so that was a shocker, but a whole other story I'm afraid. The phone came to me with Ads/Videos that continuously play and not only scare the living daylights out of me, but suck my battery, play in the middle of meetings, and embarrass me to NO end. I called Crickey who said I should send it in and that they will then send me another refurbished phone. Is this a joke, I cannot be without a phone for a week. Oh and I have an idea - How about you simply tell me how to remove the ads. I do not have the energy or time to drive to UPS and mail my phone out and wait for another one, that will most assuredly come with ads. I have raved about Cricket to EVERYONE I know, but the past year my coverage areas are less, I cannot text within my home, and I can never seem to get in t
I have been a Cricket user for over 5 years but recently my voice mail box doesn't allow anyone to leave a message. I have a Apple SE which was replaced by an Apple store after it was damaged. The Apple store cloned the hardware from the damaged phone and says the new one works perfectly. It does, except for one problem - no one can leave a message in my voicemail box since the hardware was swapped. When I call voicemail it says no messages - so it seems to be set up correctly.I went to the Cricket store and they say it it not their problem (that means the girl doesn't know how to fix it). She says the number is not registered with Cricket even though normal data and voice (non-voicemail) work fine and the bills are paid promptly (automatically). Can anyone help? Or do I need to find a provider that delivers everything I pay for?
