My child has an iPhone 10 and I have an iPhone 10 Expert. Both phones are backup phones due to unfortunate support. Both phones worked perfectly and at the same time both phones are currently experiencing Omegle management issues similar to our iPhone. cps test Disagreement When we're on the phone, we can hear all kinds of things, but the person we're talking to can't hear us. Called customer service more than once to get plenty of useless excuses, went to the real deal 14 miles from my house to sell two new sim cards that literally did nothing. I have just camzap been informed that I want to purchase another protection guarantee and buy two iPhone 10? Any help would be great before changing the management of the phone.
(I have a question I promise I just thought I needed to put this)I switched from Metro PCS to Cricket because Metros service was an ass sometimes (only sometimes, maybe once or twice a month we would have internet issues) and some family members suggested them and said they were awesome, service plans etc and so I believed them because said family members have had Cricket for over 12 yrs. Huge mistake! We all miss our Metro So this is what's going on:So Feb 2022 I switched and placed an order for 4 of the Cricket Dream phone's and the best plans for my family and I because there was some good reviews plus family suggestions. Although I got an excellent deal on them and the plans and was very satisfied I only had to pay $130 for everything, set up was easy and fast we had no problems in any of the set up process which to me was great!. Now it's been only a month and few days and omg these phones are terrible!!! The service is terrible the internet never works!! HBO max does not work f
Okay so my phone's been fine up until this last software update, and the time change. Now in order to get my phone to display the correct time I have to restart my phone multiple times a day because it'll randomly go back an hour and I never know when it happens. And in my clock app it'll automatically add a home option under the time that says +1 hour. It's really messing up my alarms and things I have in my calendar. How can I fix it please?
Phone is iPhone 13 promax but also could not setup on my old iPhone 7.on the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows call voicemail. when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup and I press pound and my phone number but not setup.when call support, asked for English and then voicemail and only gave two option setup / reset voicemail.when setup it only says hold 1 and doesn’t work.when reset it says reset and when I go voicemail doesn’t prompt change voicemail
Last Monday I realized my phone couldn’t get a phone cal. When I call them, they told me, don’t worry they have some issues, it should be resolved soon. Until today (after 9 days) I called again they made me do a lot of nonsense things (they knew already what’s going on), after all that, she told me I need to buy a new sim to try, and after that buy a compatible cricket phone (like I am a new customer). I told her I am in a plan with 5 people if they want us to stay they need to provide me a new compatible cricket phone. I start shopping for other companies
My S10+ that they said was good to go after the 3G shut down is good for nothing now. So I go into the store and they tell me get a s20 or newer (even though my daughters s9 still works) I buy a s20 with a model # cricket’s website says is compatible and guess what, it does the same dang thing. They want to blame everyone else but this new phone made the first call I tried as a test. Then 2 minutes later I get a text from cricket that the phone is not compatible and calls stopped. Somewhere they have a problem with these phones getting listed and blocked and they need to figure it out. This is unacceptable.
I purchased a Galaxy s10e on October 29th. I purchased a Galaxy because it has gorilla glass, high ram, fits my hand (why I bought the e vs the S10)I'm in Atlantic city on a business trip. Went to cricket store today, they said it's no longer supported. I said I had gotten weird texts from cricket "your device requires a change to continue service, please update your software version" several times. There were no available updates so I thought hey, I couldn't do when they said. No harm assumed, I'm up to date. They said those texts were informing me that my phone would no longer be supported which is wrong. I was nice, I didn't get upset, it's not their fault. I own a factory unlocked LG G8X (LM-G850QM) running Android 11, Software version G850QM30a, Android security patch August 1, 2021. Checking for updates says I am running the latest software version for current OS. Using the IMEI compatibility checker on Cricket’s website tells me my device is compatible. I returned to Cricket on February 25th after having tried Mint Mobile. (I only got 1 bar of reception with Mint). So after signing back up with Cricket on the 25th my service worked great for two weeks. Then starting on March 10th all incoming calls started going directly to voicemail. Any outgoing call I tried to make immediately gave me a “Call Ended” message. I contacted Cricket support and was told I needed to enable the HD Voice option on my phone. No such setting exists. (I’m with Verizon now and that setting exists. It just disappears when the Cricket SIM is inserted.) Using the *#*#4636#*#* menu I can see that VoLTE is not being provisioned. I have a Galaxy S10e, and per Cricket’s page, it is compatible after the 3G sunset. But two days ago it stopped making/receiving calls. Everything else works; text, data, GPS, WiFi, etc, but it won’t make calls, and when someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail, which I can’t get either because I can’t make a call. I never reecived notice from Cricket that I would have an issue with the 3G sunset, which is supported by the fact that my phone is compatible per Cricket’s “3G Sunset” page. I talked w/ Tech Support and after a half-hour, they were able change my LTE to H+ And I was able to make calls, but that only lasted an hour. As soon as I drove away from my house my phone reverted to LTE and I couldn’t make any calls. I stopped at the Burien Cricket store and the lady there told me that my phone isn’t compatible and that Cricket is offering free comparable phones for people affected by the 3G sunset, though then she told me I’m not eligible for some reason. I have an unlocked LG G8X Dual Screen (LM-G850QM) that is now unable to make or receive calls. Any call I try to make immediately gets the “Call Ended” message. Any calls to my phone go directly to voicemail. Anyone have any idea on whats going on? According to the compatibility checker, my phone is compatible and will still work after the 3G shutdown. Help! Cricket sent me a text telling me I needed to update the software on my phone to be able to use it after they shut down their 3G network. My software is up to date but I still can’t make or receive calls! I’m using an unlocked S10+ that says it is compatible on their website.
I got a text saying I need to upgrade my phone as it's not compatible with the 5G network anymore. When I called to upgrade it, the rep said it's already been upgraded and gave me a tracking number. But I didn't do the upgrade! When I checked the tracking info, it was delivered to a different state!I tried opening a ticket about fraud but after an hour of back and forth, the rep was just trying to make me buy a new phone and finally they just gave me a link to a form that I need to fill out and send via registered mail to them. Why can't they simply open a ticket for me or Cricket have an online form for it?I may have to switch to a different provider tomorrow as Cricket won’t even activate my old phone again until this is resolved.
This is by far the WORST phone I've ever had. No way to turn off notifications on home screen. Drops call after call after call. The volume is constantly going up and down on it's own. I'm disabled and absolutely can not count on this p.o s. Phone. No wonder it was free. My husband had to return his piece of crap Dream the 2nd day. Going to talk to the Disabled Veterans about your useless phone.
I have a Samsung Z fold 2. I have not been able to call out or receive calls for 3 days now. I've had Samsung look at the phone and they say it is a carrier issue. I've put a friend's SIM card in my unlocked phone, and hers works in my phone. Cricket can't seem to give me answers. Anyone else??
I’m not a customer yet. Can I get a sim card from cricketWireless and purchase onlythe simply data plan? I just want to use data co’z I don’t want to give up on my calland text plan from my current carrier. Also, can I use the sim card (with simply data plan) on my unlocked smartphone?
Hello! I have a new Alcatel SmartFlip phone on a different carrier. Thought I would take a shot with this question in this forum. I was surprised that I don’t seem to have the ability to send any emojis in texts - but I can receive them. I found an app in the Kai Store (OS is KaiOS 2.5.2) that I could download some to my phone as pictures in my gallery, so I can attach them to texts, but I get charged for the text as a “multi-media” msg (twice as much as regular text) by my carrier - I have a pre-paid monthly plan. When I receive texts with emoji in them, it’s only the regular text rate that I get charged, not the multi-media rate. So my phone reads them as regular parts of texts when I receive them, but I can’t send them unless they are attachments at twice the price. Seems odd to me. Hard to believe I don’t have the ability built in to send any emoji at all. Don’t suppose anybody knows if this phone can somehow magically be able to send emoji as part of normal texting?
