Ive been a Cricket customer since 2011, my phone’s paid off, & my account’s current.My new employer wants me on their AT&T business plan, & Ive been trying to unlock my phone from Cricket to AT&T for 3 weeks. When I go into the MyCricket app & click “Unlock Now”, I’m get an error code; “The server replied with a Registered Response with error code: 2”. Ive tried factory resetting my phone, Ive been to 2 different Cricket stores, Ive opened (4) case files, been to the AT&T store 4X, and spent over 14 hours either on the phone with 611, or on Cricket’s chat feature, & this is still not resolved.So, in frustration I bought a new phone & was told that AT&T can just port my # from Cricket to AT&T. This isn't working either, & now I'm in a constant loop of AT&T saying its an issue with Cricket not releasing my telephone #, while Cricket says its AT&T incorrectly entering in my Cricket account #, so they cancel the port request. I’ve tried everything. All the steps they script on 611 customer service. Visited my store several times. No one can figure out why i can make calls but anyone who calls me gets a busy signal. It’s beyond maddening. I have a two-year old unlocked second gen iPhone SE I bought from Consumer Cellular. Never had a problem until I switched to Cricket. It worked fine for a week and then the busy signals started. I can send and receive texts and iMessages. I can make calls fine. All my settings have been checked and rechecked. I have the latest IOS, 16.1 even. Network settings reset multiple times. Phone rebooted, etc. etc. etc. Any suggestions? This is crazy, Cricket.
My phone (Iphone 7) keeps telling me I have no service when I should have it, My brother (Iphone 6s) still has working data. It says an update is required to use cellular but when I looked how to do that it didn’t work, I was on wifi with a good connection at the time and nothing has worked.
Hello , i newly received an iphone 13 pro as a gift from a friend living in USA , i installed my sim card but it seems locked to Cricket usa carrier , everything is clean but how you can help me to unlock it to use on another network.you assistance is highly appreciated. thank you
My iPhone has no cell service. It has no bars. It tells me it needs to update, but it won’t update without cell service. I’ve been to the Cricket and to the technology guy. No one can help me. It’s only three months old.
Can someone from Cricket please provide a clear indication of what the current status of Pixel phone compatibility is on the Cricket Network?I have reviewed the BYOD list and it indicates that recent Pixels are compatible with hotspot and wi-fi calling. However, my Pixel 5a (G1F8F) does not seem to be able to use hotspot functionality.Is it an error with the BYOD list or is the updated compatibility in the process of being rolled out?Thanks
today my phone exactly at 11:30 pm randomly shut off wasnt sure where or how it started i was moving my amazon app to my sd card and poof my phone shut off so i took out the battery and updated the software just in case then i tried moving amazon to my sd card poof off again so i had to remove the battery and restart the phone .. i could not tell if its from moving the app to sd card or the phone or the fact that today is the last day of my billing cycle i checked online and cricket wireless indicated " billing running services' why would that shut off my phone ...my phone shut off and i had to put it back on every 12 minute then it stopped then it acted up again then stopped ,this is a new phone i just bought it a few days ago
After almost 3 months of being unable to use phone indoors, no signal, I requested new phone under the 2 year warranty included with the phone. I purchased 2 of these phones at the same time and both have connection issues. i cannot send the 2nd phone in until the 1st phone issue is resolved, so continue to go outdoors to use phone. I received the replacement next day via UPS. Within a day I began having problems, would shut down and restart, would freeze and I would turn airplane mode on/off. But then it shut down with message the data may be corrupted and if a factory reset is done my data may be lost. Called for warranty service again, I had it only a week, learned they sent a remanufactured phone, i.e.., a phone that had already been replaced due to issues, but I was assured it had been repaired and tested. Not! I again sent this phone back and am awaiting my next remanufactured phone. I have no reason to think this is going to go well. I feel I should be provided a NEW phon
