Phones & Devices
My phone is listed as not compatible but it meets all of the requirements. It’s 4G LTE and HD Voice-capable. I’ve actually set it up and used it with WiFi calling. The phone is only a few years old. There must have been some mistake at Cricket. How to I get Cricket to revisit this phone and update the compatibility list to include it? Cricket claims to shut down its 3G network in February 2022. And for that Cricket has been suspending phone lines used in devices that Cricket deemed incompatible. Actually, not all those devices are incompatible with Cricket’s 4G LTE and HD Voice Calling. It is just they are not in Cricket;s short limited compatible list.If your line is suspended, like mine and many others’, then congratulations, you will need find a appropriate time to contact customer support and ask them to unsuspend it for you. Even more surprises, if you do not use the line in a compatible device they recognize, your line will get suspended again just in a few hours. And you will need to do this again. This never ends, until you get a new phone with Cricket.Switching the SIM card into a compatible phone does not solve the suspension issue. You will have to talk to customer support, no other way.But why the heck should Cricket be allowed to suspend costumer’s phone line? It is a violation of consumers’ rights. We
When I first got my cricket ovation phone, on Dec. 2020, I was playing around with it to see what it would do. I created an animated emoji that looked like a monster. I made the recording and it spoke on my phone. I tried to send it but now it is no longer animated. I don't even know how I created it, and I can't find out how to recreate it. Does anyone know where this option is using a cricket ovation phone?

I just got my new Ovation 2 and did everything right. Transferred my data from my Samsung A11 but not all photos came through and neither did my preferences. My personal (and paid for) wallpaper came through but when I tried to find a way to personalize my home screen, suddenly my wallpaper disappeared and I can’t find it. It seems something called Quickstep decided I needed to have a different wallpaper every day and it seems to have deleted it because I can’t find it anywhere. Its still on my old phone but I can’t find a way to specifically transfer it again. Then I find out Quickstep won’t let me tighten up the icons so I download Microsoft Launcher, which does what I want it to do. But now Quickstep won’t leave me alone and keeps wanting me to put it back in charge. I would like to get my wallpaper and those last photos into the new phone but I don’t know how to do it, nor how to get Quickstep out of my way.

Hello,I am having trouble finding the location to which Visual Voicemail exports files. Checked Music, Downloads, other usual suspects to no avail. Tried searching for *.amr files - no luck.Steps:Open Cricket Visual Voicemail app (log in) Select voicemail message of interest Tap the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner → Export to file A message pops up The message has been exported to: /files/voicemail-<date-time>.amr However, there’s no /files folder in the root of the phone storage or SD card. Searching for it does not provide results either. App version: 22.214.171.124215Phone: Samsung Galaxy S8 (SM-G950U)Android 9
My LG K92 power button isn't working. It's been like this for a few weeks. I tried to trade it for a new one at the local store but LG quit making phones. I have insurance on it but to ship it off for a new one the phone message said my deductible was $130! Why even have insurance if it's gonna cost the same as a new phone? Please help.
So, I have a OnePlus 7t, I upgraded to it last year in September. In the MyCricket app it said that I was eligible to have the upgrade fee covered or something. What specifically does that mean? And would I be eligible for it as I purchased the phone from Amazon and migrated my SIM over? I specifically bought this phone because I thought it would be supported longer term and could go a couple years without an upgrade.
Location of saved visual voicemail messages please -- can't access app after ported number away from
Could anyone please tell me, do undeleted visual voicemail messages, especially ones that the user has designated for the app to save, get stored on the phone (in this case Android 7.0, a moto G5 Plus)? And ideally the location / path.I recently increasingly have been in a location with relatively poor signal strength such that I often found out about a call only after receiving a voicemail message if the caller left one. I opened a service ticket only eventually to be told that the problem has nothing to do with signal.I however noticed the same problem with a different phone that also uses the AT&T signal, so idecided if even only as an experiment, to try putting the number away to difference cellular company. I ported the number earlier today.I wanted to access voicemail and I discovered that the visual voicemail app is specific to cricket, and a rep at cricket tech support stated that the messages for a ported away phone number will already have been deleted (not the case thoug
I just switched to Cricket and my husband and I both got the Moto G Power phone. They are the worst phones I've ever owned in my life. My husband is very unhappy with his as well. The store in my area had a promotion that was giving the Stylo 6 but when we went out had changed and we got stuck with this crap phone. I called and was told I only had 7 days and I was already at the end of my 6th day and I was out of time. Why was I not made aware of this policy when I got these stupid phones. Maybe time to cut my losses and go back where I came from. Phone rarely rings when I get a call...I mean I don't get the call at all. I have an this pop up junk... We hate these phones. Never been more unhappy with a service...
I did a purchase only with Cricket, they send my order Friday, October 19, 2018. In middle of the shipping in UPS Cricket requested return to the sender. I didn't get my phone and my money back. I called customers service, they don't know what is going on with that Cricket requested.
I called three times today to find out why my hotspot was taken off my phone and no one could so I went ahead and paid the fee because I need my hotspot for my school and the bastards never added it. I am pissed beyond belief right now. I am fixing to leave this company.
My husband and I have been Cricket customers for about a year now.For the most part we have been happy with service and especially the price. My husband was using a unlocked phone(Samsung s20 not a cricket phone) and decided on a different one so I was going to take the s20 and use it ,once his sim was removed and mine put in there it was no longer compatable with Cricket Network!!!! WHAT?? We have been using this phone for the whole time we have been Cricket customers it was compatable when we activated the phone because we did it at a cricket store!!! So shame on you for encouraging people to BYOD,then you dont want to hold up your end of the deal!!! I'm thinking you will lose lots of customers over this if you dont make things right SOON!!!!
