I bought a samsung phone through cricket thinking why not. Well as I have found out 9 days later the new phone is out of warranty according to cricket. They gave me samsungs phone number to call them and samsung said that cricket has a 15 day exchange/ return warranty. So that being said someone is lying and now I am stuck with a pos useless phone. Time is running out and cricket will not guarantee nothing. At least with ebay they have a 30 day return policy which is way better then this jip joint of a business. Now I am having to dispute the charges through my credit card because of cricket. So all this being said do not buy anything from here because you WILL get ripped off if you have any problems.
Since upcoming my phone and switching to cricket I cannot receive picture messages or participate in group messages. I don't even have an mms option in my settings. I have a galaxy s20. When I was with at&t it worked fine, I switched to spectrum mobile (thru verizon) and had horrible service, so then I switched to cricket. Great service, just can't receive pics or do group messages. Can anybody help?
Samsung S10 plus (SM-G975f)Phone will find 4g but not 4G LTE networks. I've added the APN found here on their website, however my "Network Mode" in mobile networks settings does not show a 4G LTE option to connect to. Just "4G/3G/2G (auto connect). I have cleared cache, restarted phone, and reinserted sims. Any ideas?Thank you in advance :)
I'm very confused, how can an unlocked Motorola Edge 5g UW (originally from Verizon) not be compatible with Cricket? It has both 4g and 5g capability, so why would this phone be impacted by the 3g system? I'm trying to gift this phone to someone who is in need, but if it won't work on Cricket, this won't work. This is a really nice phone, only a year old, why wouldn't Cricket be able to use this phone?
I am wanting to purchase a Samsung Galaxy note. But I do not see it online in the cricket phones available. But I can find it on other websites. I know it was offered through cricket before for purchase. I like to get rhe insurance provided, if I purchase from another retailer can I still get rhe cricket coverage. When I first got cricket, like 5 years ago.. it had to be a cricket phone, to receive the insurance. please and thank you
Byop to cricket I go thru the activation process and I put my imei in and my sim card number in and it keeps saying invalid or doesn't exist. I just bought my sim card kit from Wal-Mart with a service card.But I can't activate my phone with my new sim card kit from cricket wireless at Wal-Mart. My phone is unlocked for any carrier
We need to.upgrade 2 of our phones for the new 5g system but they only allow you to order one phone and when you get it and activate it then you can order another one. That makes no sense at all. If I'm having to upgrade 2 phones, I should be able to order 2 phones at the same time. I'm about ready to switch companies
Hello I have a dilemma.I recently purchased an iphone 13 from iphone 6 and swapped out the sim card.Voicemail was not enabled on my phone/sim card so I enabled it which was a whole ordeal in itself. And sent a couple of test voicemails. Which I was able to play but the visual voicemail feature does not seem to be there. I then follow the dozens of other articles people have with similar issues. From reset network settings to clock settings to siri settings. None seemed to allow me to see visual voicemails.I tried contacting cricket wireless support twice now and they were wholly unsuccessful in getting my issue resolved.And the representative at the store couldn’t help. It also doesn’t help matters that the feature is baked in so I have no clear confirmation about the issue other than to soft-test it. Please someone tell me how to enable this seemingly basic feature on my phone.
Hello everyone, I just switched to iPhone 14 Pro Max a few days ago and am facing a problem that needs everyone's help. That is, usually when someone calls in the ringtone will ring for about 40 seconds, but currently my iPhone ringtone only rings for 10 seconds. Got a new Samsung A32 from Cricket recently. Realize that it will only do 480p on some apps, including Youtube Tv. Only gives options in the app up to 480p. Even when you turn off mobile data and just use WiFi. Reboot the phone, and it gives 1080 for a few minutes, then reverts back to 480p. Other phones on the account work fine, just not this one. Youtube will do 1080 or 720 on this phone. Somehow Cricket is blocking anything above 480p on Youtube TV, and won’t admit it. Anyone know a way around this? (Using a VPN don’t work, already tried it.)
All of a sudden neither my husband's phone or my phone have service. Bill is paid and not due for another 2 weeks. Since it's the same time on 2 devices this is not a sim card issue. I can't make calls, receive calls, no texts, nothing. What can be done to fix this? I like cricket and left boost mobile because their service sucked. I don't want to find another service again.

I have sent several emails and can't believe no one has been courteous enough to contact me. This includes having sent emails to email@example.comJohn D. the CEO of Cricket Wireless and the VP of Customer Satisfaction. I guess I should contact JD Powers and complain to them. Right now I am unemployed (for several months) and can't even afford to replace my phone using the payment plan option and no upgrade deal is offered for iPhone 13 (which I still can't afford). My iPhone 6S is on its last leg, I am wondering if Cricket could please help me by replacing my current iPhone 6S with a new iPhone 13 Pro free of charge under customer loyalty and retention? T-Mobile sent me an offer for an iPhone 13 Pro for $50 if transfer my services to their plan which would be less expensive. Verizon is offering iPhone 13’s as well.

On Saturday May 11, 2019 I plugged in the headphones and it will not connect to hear anything. So on Sunday being Mother's Day I didn't got to the store location to switch the phone I preferred to spend that time with my mother. Knowing that I have 7 days to switch it, I called the store when I got off work on Monday May 13, 2019 @5:00 p.m. I was then told by the rep/store manager Amber S that sold me the phone that I had 7 days. Because I made my purchase at 5:10 and it is 5:23 I am over my 7 days time frame. So then I called the 611 as she stated I will have to do because her manager stated they will not switch the phone out because I am after the 7 day.
