I had my Iphone 7 for a while then it Fell into a boot loop so I had to reset it and now it says unable to activate but when i update it on Itunes it says cant pull activation from sim card of some sort i checked my sim card and it is cricket, I dont know if I can get a replacement phone or what?
Hello! I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ with the 9.1 Software while my son has a Galaxy S8 with the 7.0 Software. I would like to know how he could update his software to the one similar to mine.His original carrier was AT&T until we switched over to Cricket.The Model Number is SM-G950U.
I got a new phone and it is not blacklisted but after 30 minutes or so the phone keeps getting reported lost/stolen after I try to activate it.I just want to know why it is doing it because all the things that I have read online says the phone is blacklisted when it does that but it is not blacklisted
I currently have a LG Escape 3 and up until recently I liked the Visual Voicemail app that was on the phone. However, it appears to have been updated as recently as two days ago and now it no longer works.When I get voicemails, they no longer are accessible thru Visual Voicemail, and if I try to check the "Greeting" it just spins forever and if I go back to the Settings page I get this constant "Unavailable at this time" message at the bottom of the screen..I just wondered if it was an issue with the app, my phone, and if I'm going to need to factory reset it or not to get it to work again? Couple days ago I switched over to Cricket and brought my own device (iPhone 6s) and transferred my phone number.I activated the SIM card and I'm able to make phone calls, data and single text messages, but I'm not able to send Group Texts. I called the hotline and walked through the usual steps, OS upgrade, Network Reset, re-boot. At the end of the day they couldn't help. With the SIM Card from Cricket I'm not able to see the Carrier Network Configuration option under Settings/Cellular/Carrier Services to update the APN settings manually. They actually should automatically update with the SIM card, but since Group Message are not working I suspect an incorrect configuration. Any help is appreciated
Our service has been very hit or miss and we decided to go with another carrier. My phone went through with no issues but my husband’s that he bought is still in the magic six months. We called and they even admitted that our service was only on the good side but the “system” would not allow for an override to the phone lock. We have to turn off the cellular service or use our WiFi to make calls at home. We were not told about the phone lock with purchase. We were told we could leave at any time. Sure you can leave but not with their phone even though we paid for it. Crappy service and crappy practices.
Why is it not listed on the website, when you purchase a phone at full price, you are locked in 6mos
I purchased an Iphone from Cricket at full price. The store never said that you were now locked into contract for 6 months. I looked at the website and don't find it there. It says you are not locked into an annual contract. Why does it not say you ARE LOCKED INTO 6 MONTHS. Tried to talk to a manager at customer service. Apparently I was told they do not take calls from customers. What the heck? TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!
Shopping around for phones and I like the V20, and I know some are compatible, but there's several models with differences. I need to know which model(s) are supported so I can buy it. This is a thread asking for advice BEFORE I purchase a device, do not ask or suggest anything requiring an IMEI number which requires already having the device.
When ever I go to work in Evanston, I never get any service, it doesn't even show that I can call and text. But, on the coverage map it shows that it is covered by LTE. Why am I not getting my data? I'm up to date on payments, and I haven't used all of my high speed, so why aren't I getting coverage?
I bought a Motorola G7 Supra and it was scratched when the manager opened the box to show me it, she said they didn't have any more in stock,and I couldn't exchange it for a another. She said it takes along time to order a new one and she would message me as soon as it was delivered to the store. I never received a message or a call. I went to the store last weekend and manager wasn't there. The lady working took my # and said she'd have manager call me, I went back today and the manager said she can't exchange it because it's been over 7 days. I called customer support and talked to 2 different people and the both said this wasn't my fault and they had to replace my phone but her and her manager said no. I also talked to the warranty Dept. And she said it's bad service for them not to replace my phone like the manager said she would and the manager should've never sold me a phone that was scratched to begin with. I have been a Cricket user for over 5 years but recently my voice mail box doesn't allow anyone to leave a message. I have a Apple SE which was replaced by an Apple store after it was damaged. The Apple store cloned the hardware from the damaged phone and says the new one works perfectly. It does, except for one problem - no one can leave a message in my voicemail box since the hardware was swapped. When I call voicemail it says no messages - so it seems to be set up correctly.I went to the Cricket store and they say it it not their problem (that means the girl doesn't know how to fix it). She says the number is not registered with Cricket even though normal data and voice (non-voicemail) work fine and the bills are paid promptly (automatically).Can anyone help? Or do I need to find a provider that delivers everything I pay for?
I have a ZTE Grand X4 and after a forced update my phone has lost the ability to access the gallery in any way, the play store crashes at start up, the camera crashes when I take pictures, and Finally the battery Is draining at About 1% a minute. Anything I can do to fix this?
