Motorola Moto g 5g (2022) phones are JUNK
Upgraded 2 phones from OVATION to Moto g 5g only because the batteries swelled up and could possibly explode (The OVATION PHONES worked fine. NO PROBLEMS. The Motorola phones have been nothing but a problem since having them. CONNECTION PROBLEMS. CAN'T make calls and if it does go through after calling the number several times back to back it goes to Voicemail. Went to Cricket Store with phones for half the day. Trying to solve the problems and employees let me know they possibly got a BAD BATCH OF PHONES and it's happened before. Had them about a month now. Chatted with two different Cricket employees EMMA and Wayne B. They would ask you to go into your phone for details about your phone and when you were trying to do what they asked. They would ask if you were still there and within about 30 seconds or so they would end chat. Wayne told me they were working on a cell tower in my area and work should be done in 24 hours (that was 2 days ago) and if I still had problems to contact
Cricket locked my already unlocked phone. why?
I had bought a unlocked phone for my brother in-law, took it to cricket who I had already had service with. I added him to my plan in January of 2023. I switched plans on 4-19-23 due to needing to get WIFI in my home. I went to put my brother in-laws phone on the new plan and we couldn't get any service. contacted crickets customer service via phone and they told me I had to have his phone in-service for 6 months. It is in my understanding that the 6 months is if you buy the phone through cricket which I did not. Now with that being said if cricket just locks peoples unlocked phones that is a legal issue and needs to be resolved. I will file for a lawsuit if you guys do not unlock my brother in-laws phone sometime soon.
Detachment from the operator
I have such a problem. I bought a brand new phone (In a sealed box) me imei 355 054 414 014 017/ meid 355 054 414 014 01/ Serial Number:FFMGXVD8PLJM. From the person who brought this phone from the USA. After the acquisition, it turned out that he does not accept local sim cards. After checking, I realized that he was tied to the Cricket (USA) telecom operator. The phone is not stolen, it is clean without fraud. Please help me with the problem. Please check and write what can be done.
Phone doing crazy stuff
Hi!Ok so my phone has been doing these weird things for some time now. Not every single day, but almost everyday. And I own a cleaning service and I have to have my phone at all times. I'm scared eventually it's going to crash and I'm going to lose all of my information that is stored on it. It has no scratches it has no dents it's never been wet there's nothing wrong with it I take good care of my phone. But sometimes the screen will just start jumping.. and once it begins doing that then it just goes on its own if I'm in the middle of a text or sending an email it'll just start typing letters it'll hit the send button it'll open multiple apps just real quick Bam Bam Bam at one time.. it'll start taking pictures by itself in the middle of all this but anyway I'm scared I'm just going to lose all my personal and business information if somebody could please help me I do have the cricket protect program that I pay for $8 a month
iPhone unlock request
I am interested in purchasing a used iPhone SE from someone I know. He told me that he bought the phone from Cricket and it was locked to the carrier but it had been unlocked and I could now use the phone with any carrier. I put my Verizon SIM card in the phone and it wouldn’t work so he called Cricket and requested that the phone be unlocked. When he hung up he assured me that he was told that the phone would now be unlocked to any carrier but for now, it still says SIM is not supported and phone is locked to Cricket Wireless. How long does it take to process an unlock request? Can you verify that an unlock request was granted for this phone or if the phone is eligible to be unlocked from Cricket? Horrible customer service
I have been dealing with a frustrating nightmare for the past 2 weeks and no one at Cricket seems to care about losing a long-time customer. I just bought a brand new phone through Cricket which has been defective and because its past 7 days the only options is for me to send it to the manufacturer, be days without a phone, only to be sent a used phone. I just purchased this phone and within 2 weeks of owning it it stopped working properly. It has been ridiculous to get through to anyone because of the COVID outbreak which has delayed me getting in touch with anyone from customer service, and because of that, me as the customer is getting penalized. I did not spend money on a brand new phone just to be sent a used phone. I will absolutely be switching providers as soon as possible, since no one at customer service seems to be able to help or even care about my situation. They have offered me absolutely no alternative or even apologized for any inconv
How to block texts coming from email addresses
For the past couple of months, I have been receiving text messages from various email addresses, sending links to porn sites. I can't figure out how to block these. I'd like to just block all messages from emails, since they keep changing the email address, and no one I know texts from email. Any solutions?Thanks!

No internet or cellular data
Hello, I am having an issue with my phone not having any connection via data or cellular. It is an iphone 11 and is updated to 16.4.1 and has an esim card. phone number is 253-380-6965. IMEI is 35 291111 686152 9 I cannot find the Esim number on my phone. the address I am at is 36507 108th ave ct e Eatonville, WA 98328. I have already tried turning off cellular and back on with no luck. I have also restarted the phone multiple times and it has done nothing. As far as I can tell my last notification happened at 330/400 am today so it was working fine until then.
Tried to add ESIM and and now regular SIM wont work
Tried to add an ESIM in Ireland (which didn’t work) and now that I have landed back in the US my original cricket SIM no longer is working. It says my phone number was transferred and is no longer able to be used on this phone. I have reset the settings, and physically checked my SIM card nothing is working.Please Help!
Samsung S10+ FM WhatsApp issue.
I wonder if anyone else is finding that WhatsApp isn't functioning like it should on their Samsung S10+. My main issue is when I try to search for a GIF the screen goes funny and the keyboard doesn't pop up to type the search. Also, when sending an attachment, your give the option to send it quickly to your most recent/popular recipients but when you tap one of them it just loads all the other send options.
s9 Phone won't connect to data
I can use wi-fi just fine but once I get out of range, my data wont kick in. My phone will just decide I have to reconnect to wi-fi. This is pretty annoying if I try to pull up my insurance card to a cop “because i’m not connected to wi-fi” OR i’m trying to use maps. Data is enabled on the phone (it’s not turned off) but it won’t actually workIs this a phone issue or a Cricket issue? Anyone know how to help me?
Help unlocking a Cricket phone
Hello everyone! I am new to this comunity and I hope someone here can be kind enough to help me or guide me in the right direction as how to go about unlocking a Cricket phone that was gifted to me, but since I currently live in Guatemala City I cant use it here because it is carrier locked. I tried to use the Cricket App directly from the phone but it does not open, Since I am trying to access it from outside the US. I have full access to the phone and can provide what ever information is needed. can someone please help me?
I keep getting messages to activate my order (It has already been activated)
as the title says I keep getting messages to activate my order. Problem is, I’ve already activated the order….a week ago. The phone is listed as one of the phones on the account. However, today I’ve gotten both emails and texts messages telling me to activate the order or in 30 days my son’s service (which has been on Cricket for the past 4+ years) will be cancelled. Can someone check to see why the records indicate that the order has not been activated yet? It clearly has been activated (he’s been using the phone for the past week, with it’s new sim card).
