Have a 3 line plan. My 2 teens just messed up their phones. One was bought at Cricket, the other, was not.Looked into phones available to replace them, but I'm confused.Under "Current Customer" one option is "I'm bringing my number to Cricket". The other one is "I'm upgrading my phone". The former is a better deal than the latter. Which is the one for me and the best?
I've tried everything I have a note 8 unlocked I've been with cricket for 3 years and I can't send a text message to save my life it just happened out of nowhere yesterday I've called them five times now been on hold for more than 2 hours the coronavirus is not the reason why I can't send a text message I own my own business this is affecting it let alone everything else going on if they don't fix by tomorrow I'm dropping them I want a full refund for this month and I will never use them again I cannot send a text message I can receive them I can phone call outgoing incoming cannot send a text message one more time cricket cannot send a text message f****** idiot
I'm buying a Tab S6 at the end of the month and I'm going to use DeX as a laptop replacement. Now I'm a console gamer, but I play only a hand full of PC games on my laptop. Nihon Falcom games, Trails in the Sky trilogy, Xanadu Next, Ys, etc. They aren't graphic powerhouses, you can run them on anything, they're mostly updated PSP titles. They are on Steam. My question is, can I play them using DeX or is it still not possible?
I have 2 Bluetooth headphones have enjoyed using them for listening to mp3 files on my phone. Suddenly (out of the blue - seemingly) the headphones won't pair. I also tried to pair my Bose Soundlink a couple of weeks back - unsuccessfully. When I try to find help online I find that I'm told to go to places on my phone that don't exist - possibly outdated advice.Any advice.
I have been a loyal customer with you guys for over 5 years (even when your service barely worked in many areas). I have always paid for my monthly services early and have also had the same phone for those 5 years so I am in desperate need of a new one. I found one that I like on the Cricket site for $69.99 but when I added it to my cart and went to check out it says the cost is $99.99. Since I am not a new customer, I am not eligible for the special price. Thank you Cricket for not making me feel special for my loyalty and I will be discontinuing my services at the end of my billing period.Disappointed ex-loyal Customer😡
It doesn't matter where I am, I cannot make or receive phone calls! I can still text, surf the web, play apps, and everything else but cannot call anyone or ansser calls being made to me. What is going on? I cannot even call the Cricket service number! Whenever I make a call, it rings a few times then hangs up all on its own and says there is an issue with the network. I have never had this happen on any device before!
Old cricket Samsung stopped working all of sudden cricket support said phone hacked. Told to buy new sim card. I did, then talked into an upgrade. Purchased LG , but minutes after noticed calls over 3 mins. Other party could not understand me. 3 different calls happened repeatedly after 3 mins in call. Went back to cricket switched to Motorola. Same thing. To stay on a call with no problems I use video call with no problems. What's going on?
I've had my J260AZ for well over a year now, and it is just now notifying me of a update dated to April of 2019, and now it wants to update again? I find this peculiar to say the least, and I am afraid that my phone may have been compromised for the last year. Is anyone else experiencing this issue recently? Also, how do I check which updates my phone should have received over the last year?
I have an iPhone 7. Everytime I either restart my phone or it dies it comes up to my lock screen. My phone goes dark and pops up “your sim sent a text message”. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? I researched it and it says to update your carrier settings but I don’t have a carrier update available. I’m running iOS 13.4 and don’t have a software update available either. Any help would be appreciated thank you!
This phone was bought from a cricket store years ago, and service was sued for approx two years. The number was transferred out so I can't log into the account and any agent I talk to on phone or chat claims they can't tell where the device was activated at. I'm tired of calling and waiting on on hold. Should I just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC?
Using a Motorola however, have used every phone under the sun for the last several years.I was get horrible reception in my home. I would say it's because I live by the airport however I get perfect reception in my drive way.I can hear them but they can't hear me.Is there something in my house that could be the cause?I don't think the issue is anything to do with current events as it's been happening for years.
