Hello, As my bank account is overdrawn, this came into my attention: Cricket keeps charging me the monthly fee (February and march) even after I did NOT use the service at all. It's been 2 months since I got back to my krogerfeedback talktosonic talktowendys whataburger survey country. I am currently subscribing a provider in my country. I have not used the number I was provided from Cricket for the last 2 months at all. But somehow I've been charged twice: in total 110$, each month for 55$. Is there a way to get the money back?Cricket does not seem to have an email address to contact. thanksjackyjoy
Good morning. I have had a problem for a while now. I have an unlocked Iphone XS on Cricket network. I noticed that whenever I make a call, my connection goes from LTE to 4G, which I do not understand why. I even checked my settings on my Iphone and went to the "Cellular Data Options" setting and i HAVE "LTE" selected for "Voice & Data".I googled it and an AT&T user said that it had something to do with him using the same old sim chip from an Iphone 6s in the past. The person had to go to an AT&T store and get an updated chip that is LTE compatible for Voice and Date (VOLTE). Could this be my problem as well? If so, which sim chip should I ask for?
I signed up for Cricket last week & brought my Samsung Galaxy S9+ with me. My phone works great everywhere except for inside my house. I can't call or receive calls, but can text & get on internet. I bought my son's phone at Cricket & it works great in my house? Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this so I don't have to buy a new phone?
I recently switched from a Samsung to the Moto G7 Supra. The phone is great but have been having problems where messages sometimes get delayed. Last night I am on a group email and all of a sudden 8 messages come through at once all stating they were just sent which is strange since the email chain involved asking a question where people were answering. Doesn't happen all the time but happens on both cell service or Wi-Fi. Not sure why having this problem since never an issue with my old amp prime. Any ideas? Thanks

About a week and a half ago, my Motorola e4 had a system update. After the update, my SIM Card did not work anymore. I went to and fro between my old transporter (Virgin Mobile), Motorola and Cricket Support. I wound up purchasing another SIM Card. Saturday I had the option to supplant my SIM however I'm actually getting the "invalid sim card error." I've been going to and fro between Virgin Mobile and Cricket attempting to sort out why my SIM isn't working. It works in another cricket telephone yet won't chip away at my telephone. Saturday, I had reached Virgin Mobile to place in a telephone open solicitation. Following 48 hours, I was all the while getting the invalid sim card message. I was advised to contact Cricket to reinvent my gadget after it was affirmed my gadget was opened from their organization. I reached Cricket today and they reprogramed my SIM card. I am as yet getting the invalid sim card error. I was advised by and by to contact my old transporter to get my telephone
I have been a Cricket customer for I believe 4 years now. I have an unlocked Iphone 7 PLUS. I have a reception issue at my house. The phone has the newest version of IOS which is IOS 14. Whether it is an inbound or outbound call, I hear the person CRYSTAL CLEAR but the person at the other end tells me it is garbled every few seconds. I believe that it is a TOWER issue. Well that is what CRICKET told me a year ago. They said that AT&T had a tower that was an issue. With the exception of using the phone in my own home which is a populated area on Long Island New York (11725), the service works well. At one point Cricket said they were going to use those phone to internet contraptions, but that never happened. Since this is AT&T........ the biggest and BEST, can't they figure out what is going on with this Tower? My Sim CARD in a different phone does the exact same thing. &
I am unable to access mobile data on my Samsung Galaxy S9. The airplane mode icon is light blue (not fully blue, not fully greyed out, but somewhere in between) and mobile data does not work.I have tried uninstalling 3rd party apps, doing factory reset, resetting network preference, updating software, configuring APN settings according to Cricket documentation, and every other solution I could find online, Nothing seems to work. The data had been working fine until about 3 weeks ago.Help....anyone at Cricket?
Hi! I'm wondering, if I buy the iphone 12 pro through Apple directly, and I then activate it with my cricket account with a new SIM card, can I purchase a protection plan through Cricket on the iphone even though I didn't buy it through Cricket? Thanks!
Hello, I transferred my iphone 8 plus to cricket from straight talk. Before I transferred I was guarreeted that my service would transfer with no problem. Once I transferred my sim card would not support. I ask the lady what was I going to do and she said that there was nothing that she could do. I paid 90 dollars today. I still omegle bazoocam chatrandom currently do not have a phone. I am VERY UPSET about this issue. My wife is 8 months pregnant and I have to have a phone. Does anyone know anything that I can do? I have tried to get in touch with someone to just give me back my money since it would not work but I have had no luck. I dont mind trying out anything new but if it dont work I should be given back my money. I need a phone. thanksalexsunny
Trying to change the color of my lock screen clock. Its white, and with this new update it moved to the left and with my wallpaper i cant see it. Ive changed themes and it changes color, but with new themes it changes the wallpaper so i change it back, just for it to go white again. I cant read it at all and cant seem to find an option anywhere to change its color at all.
Hello All! The new OnePlus 8T has been launched in the unlocked form to the masses and includes 5G support. I was curious if Cricket had plans to support this network connectivity on this phone, or in the future. There shouldn't be any weird red tape considering it is OnePlus, I wouldn't think at least.
I've noticed that my cell strength goes down while on WiFi (only 1 bar). If I turn off WiFi, my cell signall strength usually goes to 5 bars at first, then will decrease to 3 bars or fluctuate between 3 or 4 bars or sometime full strength, but it seems to mostly stay at 3 bars, although sometimes it wil go as low as 1 or 2 bars. First of all, is it normal for the cell strength to go down while on WiFi? Also, if I'm sitting in one place for a while, is it normal for the cell strength to fluctuate between 1 or 2 bars to 3 bars. I've even noticed it will go to full strength (cell bars) down to 1, 2 or 3 while I'm sitting in the same spot (and not on WiFi) and then go back to 5 bars, then back down again. Why is there such a fluctuation in cell signal strength while sitting in the same spot? Keep in mind, this is while I'm not on WiFi. Usually on Wifi, the cell signal strength decreases, but I noticed that when I turned on WiFi just now, it also fluctuates. While on Wifi, it'll usually sta
