I'm planning on purchasing an iPhone12 Pro. I'm assuming that it will work on Cricket and all I have to do is to purchase an unlocked phone? The only concern I have is that the Pro series has a different sized SIM card so if Cricket doesn't have that available, I won't be able to use the new phone. Does anyone have any info on that? TIA!
Hi! I'm wondering, if I buy the iphone 12 pro through Apple directly, and I then activate it with my cricket account with a new SIM card, can I purchase a protection plan through Cricket on the iphone even though I didn't buy it through Cricket? Thanks!
Wife and I both have iPhone 7s with latest OS. We just switched from Verizon. Texting, voicemail, talking with other folks- works fine, clear as a bellBut whenever we are talking with each other it sounds like we’re talking with tin cans and string!Any help would be greatly appreciated
About a week and a half ago, my Motorola e4 had a system update. After the update, my SIM Card did not work anymore. I went to and fro between my old transporter (Virgin Mobile), Motorola and Cricket Support. I wound up purchasing another SIM Card. Saturday I had the option to supplant my SIM however I'm actually getting the "invalid sim card error." I've been going to and fro between Virgin Mobile and Cricket attempting to sort out why my SIM isn't working. It works in another cricket telephone yet won't chip away at my telephone. Saturday, I had reached Virgin Mobile to place in a telephone open solicitation. Following 48 hours, I was all the while getting the invalid sim card message. I was advised to contact Cricket to reinvent my gadget after it was affirmed my gadget was opened from their organization. I reached Cricket today and they reprogramed my SIM card. I am as yet getting the invalid sim card error. I was advised by and by to contact my old transporter to get my telephone
SM-960U he said opened got it through T Mobile. I simply opened and turned it on and amazingly it has the ATT firmware. I am extremely enraged on the grounds that when somebody says "purchased through T-Mobile" what I believe is this is a TMobile telephone.WHile I hang tight for him to hit me up, what are the outcomes of running an AT&T opened telephone on TMobile organization. I am very MetroPCS. However, its worked by TMobile. Will I actually have the option to utilize the telephone like a TMobile telephone? What highlights will I miss. VoLTE? meandering on US Cellular?
I recently switched from a Samsung to the Moto G7 Supra. The phone is great but have been having problems where messages sometimes get delayed. Last night I am on a group email and all of a sudden 8 messages come through at once all stating they were just sent which is strange since the email chain involved asking a question where people were answering. Doesn't happen all the time but happens on both cell service or Wi-Fi. Not sure why having this problem since never an issue with my old amp prime. Any ideas? Thanks
Good afternoon! Next week, October 13, 2020, Apple is having an event pertaining to the Iphone 12. A couple days after the event next Tuesday, Apple is also supposed to release at least two out of four new models of the iphone 12 for pre order. Will cricket be allowing any of the four new iphones to have access to its 5G network? How soon will cricket post about this information?

I'm trying to get it unlocked but I'm having problems.When I go to my online account and try, it says I must use the "mycricket app" in order to get the code. If I go to the "mycricket app" and try, it says "sorry this device cannot be unlocked.I believe I meet all eligibility requirements as I have been paying for over 6 months now and it's a Cricket phone paid in full with no restrictions that I know of.
When will unlocked phones that have 5g capabilities be able to use the 5g network? I have a Samsung S20 Ultra Unlocked, from Samsung. Please don't respond with a list of 5g compatible phones or a map of the 5g coverage as I have gotten that response almost every time I've asked. Thanks so much!
I am unable to access mobile data on my Samsung Galaxy S9. The airplane mode icon is light blue (not fully blue, not fully greyed out, but somewhere in between) and mobile data does not work.I have tried uninstalling 3rd party apps, doing factory reset, resetting network preference, updating software, configuring APN settings according to Cricket documentation, and every other solution I could find online, Nothing seems to work. The data had been working fine until about 3 weeks ago.Help....anyone at Cricket?

I have been a Cricket customer for I believe 4 years now. I have an unlocked Iphone 7 PLUS. I have a reception issue at my house. The phone has the newest version of IOS which is IOS 14. Whether it is an inbound or outbound call, I hear the person CRYSTAL CLEAR but the person at the other end tells me it is garbled every few seconds. I believe that it is a TOWER issue. Well that is what CRICKET told me a year ago. They said that AT&T had a tower that was an issue. With the exception of using the phone in my own home which is a populated area on Long Island New York (11725), the service works well. At one point Cricket said they were going to use those phone to internet contraptions, but that never happened. Since this is AT&T........ the biggest and BEST, can't they figure out what is going on with this Tower? My Sim CARD in a different phone does the exact same thing. &
My main phone (J7 Pro) has a broken display (leaking amole), i cant find replacement displays so I'm looking for a new phone. I only want Samsung to be fair, needs to have Amole and fingerprint unlock. My budget is max 250 euros, i don't use my phone that much so i don't need super good CPUs or whatever.
