Boyfriend upgraded from a very old Samsung phone to the Samsung A14 5G through the Cricket website. His coworker helped him set it up and they used the SIM card from the old phone instead of the new one that came with the new phone. Whenever he calls anyone he sounds really muffled, the sound quality is terrible. He can hear people fine, but people can’t hear him well. We are still within the 7-Day window. My question is, could the muffled sound be from using the old SIM card? He took it into a Cricket store and they tried it by calling another store and told him to send the phone back . They couldn't really help since he had bought upgraded through the Cricket website.At this point could he even put the new sim card in? What would that do? How would that work? He said something about the activation on Cricket's website not working so I'm not even certain the new phone got activated in that way. Although it works, so I’m not sure how it isn’t activated. Ever since my wife has had the Dream 5g its been one problem after another we are so sick of dealing with this we are so sick of waiting on cricket to fix this that we are past the dream 5G we would like the phone warrantied under defective device and replace with something other than a dream 5G I've read the forms and seeing that there's nothing but issues and corruption with this phone and we are to the point that we are ready to switch companies unless cricket makes this right my wife is a travel nurse she uses the phone for her work it's vital to her career it's also vital to her patience she takes care of this phone is a valuable valuable piece of her everyday life if cricket can't get it working I'm sure there's lots of companies that would be more than willing to take our money and have one working for us asap we would like a communication back from cricket and some kind of resolution to this issue because we are in need of a working device as soon as humanly possible which mean
So, I have a OnePlus 7t, I upgraded to it last year in September. In the MyCricket app it said that I was eligible to have the upgrade fee covered or something. What specifically does that mean? And would I be eligible for it as I purchased the phone from Amazon and migrated my SIM over? I specifically bought this phone because I thought it would be supported longer term and could go a couple years without an upgrade.
I have tried setting up my voicemail, when I open it states this person does not have a voicemail set up. When I go to settings my voicemail number is mine own phone number. But the voicemail states that the mailbox is invalid. I would need the systems manager mailbox number.
Last Monday I realized my phone couldn’t get a phone cal. When I call them, they told me, don’t worry they have some issues, it should be resolved soon. Until today (after 9 days) I called again they made me do a lot of nonsense things (they knew already what’s going on), after all that, she told me I need to buy a new sim to try, and after that buy a compatible cricket phone (like I am a new customer). About 3 weeks into service, my employer offered to move my number to our Verizon corporate account, and cover the cost of my phone service. I saw this as a monthly savings in my pocket, and would stop having to carry two different cell phones, so I jumped at the chance when my service period was over with Cricket. I paid for my device outright and was not enrolled in some sort of plan, so I assumed all was OK.Phone number ported over to Verizon correctly, placed my new Verizon SIM in the XS Max, and was told that the XS Max was locked. Inquired with Cricket support, and was told of the policy of requiring 6 months of service before a device could be unlocked.I thought this was odd as I paid full price for the XS Max outright. I was still told that the phone could not be unlocked, even after I offered to pre-pay for the remaining 5 months of service just so that I could not
I switched to cricket let's say maybe 3 months ago got a free Stylo 6 for my husband and I. Now ever since we can hardly use our phones at home if we try and it goes through nobody can hear us and if we try to text they always fail for the longest time before sending them we have confused each other because we receive texts from one another extremely delayed like by hours delayed then all the sudden 10 messages come thru at the same time. Anyone else have a Stylo 6 and have the same issue or is it just because we live in Winlock WA ☹️
Just got the Galaxy Flex Alpha two days ago. Its the i5 version with no s pen but says the s pens are supported. Have not had any luck trying to use the s pen in my Note 10+ and reviews seem so conflicted. Literally so many people who seem to have not even purchased the laptop yet say "yes all s pens will work" because they read it in the description like the people asking failed to check there. Hello, I have an iPhone 14pro and I have had this issue with my previous 12 also. My visual voicemail shows I have no messages then I call in from my own phone to check voicemails and there are voicemails for 2 weeks appearing. This is very bad for my business. I do not know how to fix this and is there a way to check the voicemails from another phone also? @Cricket

I have a Moto G Power, and I cannot figure out how to make it install my Software and app updates using my Data. I don't have easy access to wifi and nothing has been updated in a few months. I'm getting worried, I know there's no faster way to ruin a phone than let the apps get to far behind. It just will not give me the data option. Someone told me I have to factory reset my phone to switch it to data. I'll do it if I have too, but it's such a pain, I want to make sure there's no other way first.
I recently restarted my phone but after restarting it I have no service at all. I've tried resetting multiple times, turning on/off airplane mode and even taking out/putting back in my sim card. My service was working perfectly fine before in the area where I live.Somone please help!
On 5-4-21 ordered a Influence phone to replace my Alcatel Insight that I had crushed screen Received the Influence at 8:30 next night .Loved the phone but it didn’t show any bars .Checked the sim and I was getting -116 to -119 dBm reading -120 being zero bars and -60 being 5 bars. Put the Sim back in old phone 3 bars and 4G service on the average . I have now put a App in the old phone and over a 5 minute period I will get from -100 to -50 dBm I’m .4 miles from a tower .Tried all the help files on Cricket . Called at 8:00 AM my time was on the phone or waiting untiled 7:45 PM that night when they finality decided that the phone was bad 11 hours and 45 Minutes .I wanted to exchange it for another Influence .But no they took it and my $25 set up fee under their 7 day return plan.
