Messages App Conversation Showing Wrong Picture

Hi,I have a Moto e Supra (give or take a letter or two).In my messaging app (Android not Facebook) conversations the image next to my posts is not showing correctly. It's actually showing my son's phone image. Not sure how it happened.Where is the setting for messaging image and how do I change it?TIA

Looking to Buy LG Harmony 4

LG Harmony 4 I am as of now taking a gander at updating my LG Escape 3 that I have had for the last ~47 years, and am taking a gander at the telephones recorded by my transporter Cricket. Does anybody have any understanding/proficient assessments on the Harmony 4? The $140 value stage they have on it for overhauls is about the most I feel great spending on a telephone, my Escape 3 has done well for me up until this point. The primary things I am planning to improve with an overhaul is having a superior camera, and less applications smashing since I made my telephone gbwhatsapp think excessively hard. That and playing music eats battery life like distraught. The Harmony 4 appears as though it would deal with the vast majority of that. Or on the other hand does anybody have an alternate recommendation for me to take a gander at? I could do without any apple items, and incline toward a telephone that fits in my grasp like my Escape, so something around a similar width (2.81") would be lik

I wanted to buy either the iphone 7 or 8 plus, but I've noticed that alot of the phones have been out of stock for awhile. I was wondering when there will be another restock? Or is there a time frame anyone could give me?

Return policies?

 Last Sunday, my prior phone simply died that morning. I was staying at a friend's house in Burleson, Texas. I was taken to a local Cricket store and purchased a new phone a few hours later in the afternoon. Just days later I began to have problems with this phone. It wouldn't let me answer and was kicking the caller to voicemail after two rings.I live in Garland, TX and this is where I purchased my last phone and setup my account. I walked in this morning, and was then told, "Sorry, we can't do anything and you have to go back to the original store." This is 60 minutes away. The problem disney hub with this is that I can't drive. I have no way to get there. I simply don't see how on earth that as a customer for several years that a phone can't be returned at this store. I actually wanted to upgrade to a better phone. Yet, I rather take a slap in the face saying too bad.

Wifi Calling

Well, Cricket has locked my phone, and now they are claiming they did not lock it.  To make matters worse, my amazing Samsung Note 9 does not qualify for Wifi-Calling.  Does anyone know why?

Voice mail

For some reason when anybody leaves me a voicemail I can call into my voicemail but when I get into it asked me for mailbox number and a password I have no idea what those are. How can I get help on this and get my voicemails?

Were on Phone memory are vissual voice mail files stored

I KNOW for a fact that visual voice mail stores messages on the phone as files.  They can be played back LONG after being deleted from regular voice mail directly as long as left on the phone in visual voice mail, and can be played even without a sim car or internet connection...so they are stored on phone for sure. .  WHERE...what is the file path to the message files???  Other places in this forem people say they are not stored on phone... they are, as the above proves... I cannot fine where, for saving the files to my computer hard drive. CAN someone please give the path to the files on android.   THANK you much!

anyone is else having issues paying on the web on CVS' site for remedies?

I simply attempted to take care of tabs at CVS in AZ (Peoria) and the online compensation wouldn't experience - created a blunder message for the clerk of "Delicate not legitimate." The staff had been seeing it throughout the day, and they let me know "simply call support - they'll drop it and send it back through as a card cover tab." So I called - and they as far as anyone knows despise the installment (I got a notice,) however when I shut the application and opened it again as trained. They appear to be feeling the loss of that used to be there before.

Why are all the phones unavailable when I want a port in a number and add a fifth line?But if I’m buying the phone it’s in stock!!!I’ve been a customer for several years and I feel like this is unacceptable...

So to port in a phone number and get a discounted phone you have to have a bundle of Phone protection and screen protection included that is non-negotiable in the store?

Can't send or receive mms messages

Switched to Cricket from Verizon today... Now just realized can't send or receive photos or even plain text on S8, S9+. Set APN per instruction, rebooted a few times, no help. Anyone had similar issue and any known solution? Thanks a lot ahead.

Unable to send or receive MMS

My BYOD OnePlus 5T has NEVER been able to send or receive SMS with pictures, no matter how small (can't even send a 50kb JPG).  When I try to send a text with a picture, 5-10 seconds after I click send ( >>) I get "Message not sent: service not activated on network"I've revised/added/deleted APN settings over and over based on the latest blog suggestions, confirmed that MMS will not work when I am connected to my Wifi or not, tried three or four different texting apps (Messages (default - blue icon) Messages (green icon, Textra, WhatsApp), on my 3rd Cricket-issued SIM, had Cricket retail technicians try to fix, etc.  I am ready to switch to another provider.  PLEASE, someone, HELP!

Using many apps, top portion of screen goes black

I now have two screenshots of this irritating feature I can't seem to figure out how to disable. I'm using a pretty new LG Fortune 3, running Android version 10.What happens is, I'll be using some app, maybe scrolling or otherwise interacting with it, when suddenly, my app is pulled down to the lower 3/4, 2/3, or lower 1/2 of the screen, leaving the upper portion of the screen as black, with small print saying "tap here to go to full screen."What is this "feature" called, and how do I disable it? Thank you.

Phone locked

Cricket I have read the post and spoke with your customer service reps and none of you tell the truth!  First time the rep said they couldn’t unlock my phones bc of the computer systems which was lie #1.  Called back 4 hours later and guess what no ticket was created to have the phone unlocked lie #2.  Now 24hrs has gone by and I still haven’t gotten a call with a resolution lie #3.  You’ll hold the phones even if you have been with the company for 6 months bc your doing it to me right now which is lie #4.  I don’t know if it’ll do me any good but I filed my complaints with the BBB and the FCC.  The FCC actually has a category for fraud and theft which is exactly what cricket is doing here.  Cricket you don’t have the right to take people’s stuff and hold it.

Over the past few days, my phone has been saying "No network service" and "Emergency calls only" at my work. I've had service in the exact same location for the past year. What can be the cause? I have an S10e if that makes any difference.

Phone upgrades

I saw tonight where another cell phone company is offering upgrades to their customers. It would be nice to see Cricket come through for their customers. I believe the benefits were extended time to pay bills, plan upgrades, and phone upgrades.

They Locked My Phone, and WONT Unlock it!

I purchased an unlocked Samsung Note 9 in December 2019.  I used my Cricket sim card and continued service with them.   However, their coverage strength diminished at my office to the point that I could not call, text, receive texts or voicemails at my work place.   I tried to switch over to Verizon, only to find that Cricket locked my UNLOCKED phone.   They said their policy, like other cell providers, requires 6 months paid service before unlocking the phone.   WHAT?!   WHAT RIGHT DID THEY HAVE TO LOCK AN UNLOCKED PHONE I BROUGHT TO A MONTH TO MONTH PLAN?  They would not budge.  That was in January, one month into use of the new phone.  Now it's July.   Their sixth month period of required paid service has passed.  THEY STILL WILL NOT UNLOCK THE PHONE!!!!!   TERRIBLE!!!!   WHAT KIND OF "SERVICE" IS THIS?    I will scream from the rooftops for people not to use Cricket.&n
