I had cancelled confirmed order for porting 5 number to Cricket due wanting to change type of phone, but now when i resubmit the order i unable to get the Promotion advertised on the website. I am getting error when i place the order. I have talked to 10 different customer agent and they are not able to figure it out.Error message I am getting: Only two phones (6s, 6s plus, 7 and 7 plus) is allowed per household.
I bought a BRAND NEW PHONE, LG6. Right out of the box, the speaker didn't work. Their solution to my broken BRAND NEW PHONE??????????? They're going to send me a used phone. I AM SO UPSET =- CANCELLING OUR 4 LINES AND GOING BACK TO VERIZON. UGH.Cricket - I'm disguested.
Cricket, do you want our phones to get hacked!!?? It is September and you haven't published an update for the Samsung S9 (Pie) since June! However Samsung has published many critical and high vulnerabilities for the Samsung S9 each month since June release. This is negligence and could justify class action status. Love to see how moderators try to spin this one as I'm using your own site as proof of released software dates. I'm a member of the army and i read that we can get our phones unlocked due to us traveling a lot. I emailed and havent heard anything back in a week. And when I called I was told they cant help me. How do I resolve this issue before word of mouth spreads to my guys and they decide to go with other carriers and it affects crickets bottom line.
Does Cricket plan on carrying the s10e, s10 or s10+? You've always had such a small selection of phones to choose from. How do you plan on retaining customers with your selection of devices, relatively high service prices compared to the competition and not to mention the AWFUL phone payment service through progressive leasing. Not seeing much reason to stay a customer.
Morning!I have my old Verizon LG G5 that had a broken screen. Replaced the screen and want to use it with my Cricket Plan.Well, swapped in the SIM Card and it selected Global network, which is 3G or less and one bar.Went through the settings suggested under the BYOP setup, and had LTE last for a short period last night. Somewhere over the night it switched back to Global.With the Samsung Cricket phone, we go from 2 to 3 bars, not always LTE where we live.Question 1: How do I get it to stay on the correct network? Question 2: Is there a way to get rid of the Verizon programming in the phone?Thank You!
Hi, Galaxy S20+After a lot of looking around, I'm not finding what i'm looking for with wallpaper, so I thought i'd ask.Ideally, I would like live wallpaper that mirrors the weather outside (rain, snow, storm, etc), and the light (dark at night, light during the day). I want this over some kind of landscape, or over a photo of my own, or something similar; but not over a cartoon or anything like that. TBF, I only tried the free versions, not the paid versions. So I'm asking if anyone knows a free app that does this.If that doesn't exist, my second option is to have a picture from my gallery, but I want it to scroll when I switch between home screens. I found no settings to allow this, and I only found one app that sort of does this, but it scrolls underneath the home screens when you drag your finger, which makes it look terrible.Anyone have any good suggestions for either of these? Ideally free? Thanks.
I'm posting this hoping to help someone like me in the future. I ordered a phone on Thursday, on Friday I was emailed that my order was delayed. On Monday it was cancelled completely. I was told to order again, so I did it is now Tuesday and my order has been delayed again. They say it's my bank not releasing the funds, but my bank said the funds were released yesterday. So, now it's a waiting game. So I will update when I receive another email. Who knows if I will ever actually receive the phone or not. I know if it is cancelled again, I won't order again and they will have just lost out on a new customer. Beware ordering online! 🤦🤦

I have tried to communicate with Cricket Customer Service for the last 2 weeks about a dozen times. I wanted to upgrade from an LG with a new Samsung phone and purchased a phone that was available only online. I waited 10 days and received nothing in the mail. I never got a refund either. I did get a credit for the upgrade fee but not the fee for the phone or the taxes. When I called 1-800-274-2538 to find out what happened, I had several agents hang up and others who were plain rude. One agent mentioned that the phone was shipped to the wrong address and then the order was canceled. I never got a notification. I was told that I should go to a Cricket store but the deal was only available online so that made no sense. Then I was given no choice but to reorder and repay it again and I did. The rates for Cricket are very competitive otherwise, I would have switched. Even after the second order, the communication provided is just lacking or awful.
I have been looking to get the Honor 8x. The phone on Amazon says it supports Band 5, but not 17. I am slightly confused as to what is accurate. As the seller says it will work on LTE for ATT/Cricket, but the tech specs seem to be slightly off and one reviewer said it didnt get LTE speed. I am based in CA, but travel to various parts of the country as well, so hopefully it would get LTE coverage everywhere. What am I doing wrong. I'm on my second replacement phone, I have the blade x max. It has been the same problem overheating, freezing and sometimes I have to restart it before I can use the phone. The first replacement must have been a refurbished and this one I have now was new out the box. I'm frustrated and disappointed. I love the size of the phone and the service is fine but this phone is giving me so many problems, what can I do?
