Sim sent a text message?
I have an iPhone 7. Everytime I either restart my phone or it dies it comes up to my lock screen. My phone goes dark and pops up “your sim sent a text message”. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? I researched it and it says to update your carrier settings but I don’t have a carrier update available. I’m running iOS 13.4 and don’t have a software update available either. Any help would be appreciated thank you!
How do I get an unlock code for an old Galaxy Grand Prime?
This phone was bought from a cricket store years ago, and service was sued for approx two years. The number was transferred out so I can't log into the account and any agent I talk to on phone or chat claims they can't tell where the device was activated at. I'm tired of calling and waiting on on hold. Should I just file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC?
Using a Motorola however, have used every phone under the sun for the last several years.I was get horrible reception in my home. I would say it's because I live by the airport however I get perfect reception in my drive way.I can hear them but they can't hear me.Is there something in my house that could be the cause?I don't think the issue is anything to do with current events as it's been happening for years.
New SIM Card
I am considering updating my S4 to an unlocked S10. The S4 uses a micro SIM Card while the S10 uses a nano SIM Card. My S4 SIM Card is old enough not to be part of the Universal SIM Card kit, so it does not simply punch out to nano size.Questions:I understand that I need to get the nano SIM Card from the local Cricket store. Can this be done in advance of receiving the new phone without disrupting service on the current SIM card in the S4?I would like to have the new SIM card ready for when the new phone arrives, but not activate it until I am ready to setup the new phone. Is this possible? Or does the new SIM card activate automatically when it is issued at the store?Are there any extra fees associated with getting the SIM card in the store as opposed to online? I didn't see an option to generate a new SIM card via online purchase.
Customer service sucks
No resolution.. spoke to5 people and explained about 10x my issue! One of which was a “manager Javiere” worst provided the worst CS amongst all rep. I changed my mind about receiving my untimely delivery of phone, long story short. Never activated phone, i refused phone before it arrived! CS “La” lied that i would be refunded . All i wanted was refund to my account for total charges and cricket to take back their crappy phone that i have had less than 24hrs.
Phone will not update
I have a Samsung S8+ and I haven't received any software or security patch updates. I am still running Android N with Security Patch August 1, 2017. I have tried factory reset, wipe partition cache , safe mode, forced the check software update under settings and samsung smart switch using my computer. I have contacted both Samsung and Cricket about this issue and have gotten absolutely nowhere and not to mention I took my phone to AT&T and they couldn't even figure it out. Unable to submit port-in order says promotion already used per household
I had cancelled confirmed order for porting 5 number to Cricket due wanting to change type of phone, but now when i resubmit the order i unable to get the Promotion advertised on the website. I am getting error when i place the order. I have talked to 10 different customer agent and they are not able to figure it out.Error message I am getting: Only two phones (6s, 6s plus, 7 and 7 plus) is allowed per household.
Was posting and was cut-off. But like the lady said was simple and self inflicted. My solution? Uninstall and reinstall app..oh the prob I was having was I couldn't get a a server connection when using app. Had to Google it . Shouldn't let people share solutions. You might not have a job later! JK!
Unable to get Cricket iphone Unlocked
I purchased my Iphone through Cricket and have been a customer for over 1 year. I've requested my phone to be unlocked multiple times for almost 2 months and have not been able to get it unlocked. This was supposed to be available to me after 6 months of service. very poor response even though I've lived up to my part of the deal.
