My phone won’t make or receive calls but I can text and use my mobile data. I have talked to support and the first person never yet responded back to me at all when they said they would call me back in 5 minutes. The second person had me reset the network settings and it worked for a little while but now it’s not working again can someone please help me fix this I’m losing money from my jobs because of this.
I have three lines on my Cricket account. I upgraded the phone on one of the lines. I have always bought unlocked phones outside of Cricket. This is my first time buying a phone from Cricket.Is the phone I bought from Cricket locked to Cricket?Thanks,Enrique
About a week ago I upgraded my plan to the 60$ unlimited + hotspot buy I csnt get my hotspot to work! I have a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G I've tried everything from hotspot troubleshooting for my device, I tried the chat in the cricket app n I've read all the articles as well as all the questions n answers on here! Can anyone help me please ? Also how do you do the update on my phone with no wifi?
Hello, wondering if the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion (XT2243-1) would be compatible with Crickets 5g. Motorola's website says it's compatible but I want to know for sure from cricket. The Cricket imei checker says it's compatible but does not tell me specifically if the 5g is compatible.imei# 359894930707917Thanks

I've been using my Google pixel 6pro for a few days now and it keeps on disconnecting for the network it will only work for about 5 hours then I have to restart my phone. I just check the IMEI number and it says it compatible. Please help. I switch the sim card back to my iphone and it works perfectly but I don't know why it won't work on my Pixel. I talked to Google and I had already tried everything possible to get it to work. I might have to switch carriers because this seems to be a cricket issue.
I just purchased a samsung s23+ unlocked. When I insert the Cricket simcard, it worked for about 2 mins during which I can browse internet and make phone calls. After that 2 minites, it stop working. I can see the signal is full, I can see the 4g sign and data is flowing. Just couldn’t browse the internet or making phone calls anymore. Then I received a message saying my phone is not HD Voice compatible.I have been using s21 for 2 years on the cricket. I believe this newest samsung model s23+ also have the technology built in to support the cricket card. Could someone help me here.

From the person who brought this phone from the USA. After the acquisition, it turned out that he does not accept local sim cards. After checking, I realized that he was tied to the Cricket (USA) telecom operator. The phone is not stolen, it is clean without fraud. Please help me with the problem. Please check and write what can be done.

Hello, I am having an issue with my phone not having any connection via data or cellular. It is an iphone 11 and is updated to 16.4.1 and has an esim card. phone number is 253-380-6965. IMEI is 35 291111 686152 9 I cannot find the Esim number on my phone. the address I am at is 36507 108th ave ct e Eatonville, WA 98328. I have already tried turning off cellular and back on with no luck. I have also restarted the phone multiple times and it has done nothing. As far as I can tell my last notification happened at 330/400 am today so it was working fine until then.
