I went to Cricket about a week ago got the 4 phones deal. went home none of the phone work in my area I live on 140 Acre Farm took the phones back have the agent at the store try to do something to get me better reception, went home still the same problem I took all 4 phones back and wanted my money back.I could not get my $150 back even thought the servant does not work in my area. The store didn't have the phones we want it we had to take phones that were available which we did not want.I feel Cricket took my money even though a service that they provide supposed to provide do not work in my area they will not refund my money. I left with 4 phones that I cannot use
I just migrated my kids from the Samsung J7 V from Verizon over to the Samsung Halo 32gb here on Cricket. The two phones are identical except the Halo has twice as much memory which is making my kids very happy.However one item that they have noticed missing is the button on the top tray to turn mobile data on or off. They are in the habit of always turnning mobile data off when they connect to a wireless network so they don't go over their limit.Where is that button on these Halo phones?
I recently ordered the s9 as of thursday May 17th around 11pm. Now according the website policy if an order is placed after 2pm on a business day (monday-friday), holiday, or weekend, itll be shipped out the following business day. Now i shouldve received an email saying it shouldve been shipped friday since technically is was ordered before 2pm friday. But i still have not received any sort of email besides the one that stated my order was placed.
