I just got my new cricket wireless phone, LG Stylo 3, 2 days ago and am having all kinds of problems. This post will just be about email. I tried setting up my email account and it went through but most of the time I can't send anything out and only a few emails come in. So I created a yahoo account just for trying on the LG Stylo 3 and I can log in fine with both my computers and my iPad but when trying to set it up on the LG Stylo 3, it kept telling me my sign in information was incorrect. I tried a good 10 times and each time the information was correct. I had copied and pasted the information and printed it out. Am I having major software problems? Is anyone else having problems creating email accounts? I can't move my apps around either or create folders. Please advise. Thank you, Martha

Hello friends! I amn't US citizen. I live in Europe. I bought iPhone 7 plus on eBay from re-seller , not from original owner. It's a cricket phone. I need to unlock it for any GSM network. Cricket support tell me that i need wireless number or account information for unlocking. I haven't any info. There is one another option; Operator says that: The person who is an existing Cricket customer can authenticate the account with his account credentials then with the help of your phone's imei number, the unlock code can be checked.The only option left for you is to contact someone in the U.S. who is a Cricket customer and he will be able to authenticate the account with his account credentials.Once the account is authenticated, we can check the unlock code with the help of your phone's imei number.Can anyone help me to do that? Please read and help me! I really need it!
I have the Turbo Hotspot (Netgear AC797S) at a remote location connected to web cams and smart thermostats. I'd like to have the ability to change the configuration as needed at home without being physically at the remote location. Is there a way to do this? The port forwarding option only lists the wifi connected devices and not the hotspot itself.
Hi, I have a Moto G7 Supra which was purchased from Cricket and I have had it for over 6 months with them. I'm trying to get it unlocked but I'm having problems.When I go to my online account and try, it says I must use the "mycricket app" in order to get the code. If I go to the "mycricket app" and try, it says "sorry this device cannot be unlocked.I believe I meet all eligibility requirements as I have been paying for over 6 months now and it's a Cricket phone paid in full with no restrictions that I know of.
I purchase a brand new phone through a leasing agent but upon getting the phone started having issues I called and no one even bother to try and troubleshoot it immediately I was told to send it in but afterwards I was told I was getting a refurbished phone but still pain for a brand new phone through the leasing Agent I called many times and even ask my phone back and was told no by the warranty department I am so upset and feel scammed
My phone is purchased though Cricket, and it is Moto G7 Supra. I have one particular text message, that no matter what I do, or how many times I delete, it keeps on coming back. I can archive, but when I delete from archive, it won't bedeleted, although it says, It has, and gave me an option to "undo", which I will never undo anyway. I did clear cache and deleted data from message setting. How can I completely get rid of this messages off of my phone?
About a week and a half ago, my Motorola e4 had a system update. After the update, my SIM Card no longer worked. I went back and forth between my old carrier (Virgin Mobile), Motorola and Cricket Support. I ended up buying a new SIM Card. Saturday I was able to replace my SIM but I'm still getting the "invalid sim card error." I've been going back and forth between Virgin Mobile and Cricket trying to figure out why my SIM isn't working. It works in another cricket phone but won't work on my phone. Saturday, I had contacted Virgin Mobile to put in a phone unlock request. After 48 hours, I was still getting the invalid sim card message. I was told to contact Cricket to reprogram my device after it was confirmed my device was unlocked from their network. I contacted Cricket today and they reprogramed my SIM card. I am still getting the invalid sim card error. I was told once again to contact my old carrier to get my phone unlocked. It is unlocked. I don't know what else I can do to see to
I'm a member of the army and i read that we can get our phones unlocked due to us traveling a lot. I emailed and havent heard anything back in a week. And when I called I was told they cant help me. How do I resolve this issue before word of mouth spreads to my guys and they decide to go with other carriers and it affects crickets bottom line.
I have Android 7.0 on my Galaxy Halo. I have contacted Cricket via Twitter and hace confirmed that the Cricket branded Galaxy J7 Halo (the exact one I have) has already had its 7.1, 7.2, 8.0, and 8.1 updates and I have not received any of them. I did go into settings to see if an update is available and it always says it is up to date. My J7 is from 2018. Model SM-J727AZMy firmware version: J727AZTUS3ARD1So my question is, where can I find the update package so I can install it manually?
hello I want to buy my mother a new phone for Christmas and I was planning to get the Samsung galaxy a10 on amazon for 130$ it is GSM and LTE. she is set on using cricket wireless and I don't want to buy the phone if it will not work with cricket wireless. will the Samsung galaxy a10 work with cricket wireless?
I had the Halo for a while and had started with the $50 plan. Now, I need a hotspot for my laptop to connect to since internet services are more than I can afford. After doing some research, I was confident that if I upgraded to the More Plan, I could simply use the hotspot that should have been included in the plan to get me by for a while. So... Why is it unavailable? The phone is on the eligible list. If I cannot get this to function, I will be needing my money back, as well as to be downgraded back to my original $50 plan, which is no longer an option to switch back to on the Cricket app. I cannot possibly afford a new phone just to get a proper hotspot going.
