I have a iPhone 13 pro currently. I have all my call forwarding turned off from the phone settings. But when I dial *#004# on the dialer it says “setting interrogation succeeded voice call forwarding all conditional calls forwarded to (a random phone number)” then it says enabled. But everything else says disabled. Can somebody please explain this?? Thank you in advance!
I want to emphasize this complaint is not about the staff but about the company itself. I had been a customer for over 4 years, bought my phone, and recently switched. I am now being told I needed to "unlock" the phone BEFORE switching accounts and am being told that there is nothing they can do. Simply policy. This is ridiculous. The fact I can purchase, own, and have total responsibility for the well-being of an object only to be told "oops...we can't change it now unless you RE-open an account with us" is absolutely ridiculous. In this modern day of technology, it is akin to stealing.
I would like to purchase this cricket phone at Walmart to replace a phone I already have on my cricket account. Would I be able to simply purchase this phone and swap out my sim card from my current iphone 6s and start using it? Thank you.
hello, I recently bought a unlocked iPhone 13 from apple. I put the sim card from my iphone 7 into the new 13 and it said ‘this phone number cannot be transferred because the number is not allowed by your carrier’ what does this mean? How do I activate my service on my new phone? Thank you!
my cricket sim card has become unuseable PUK locked because i put it in a verizon phone to see if it would work
I put my cricket sim card in a Verizon network locked phone I was trying to see if it was unlocked. I put my sim back in my cricket phone and it said PUK locked 10 chances so I put in 00000000 and it says to reset new pin so I did then it would ask me to do it again but now 9 chances all the way and now my cricket sim is unusable on my cricket phone.
I filed a warranty claim. They told me if I sent my phone through UPS by 4pm I would get my replacement within two business days. I take my phone to the nearest UPS location by my job after my shift ends at 3pm. It's turned in at 3:25pm. What they failed to mention was that it was supposed to be done before Eastern Time. I live in Chicago, so I guess I ended up turning it in at 4:25pm. That was done Wednesday 11/16/2022. It's already 11/25/2022 and I still haven't gotten my replacement. It's been more than a week and there is no update on the website apart from saying the RA number was created. I got an email 3 days in a row, all at 2-3am saying it's being processed and that they'll send my replacement when thats done. What happened to the TWO days I was told?
My aunt, uncle and I all shared a phone plan. My uncle passed away about a year ago and i have his old phone. I took it to my local Cricket store to ask about having it unlocked or what we would have to do to meet the requirements to unlock the phone but for some reason i couldn't get a response? The man helping us just simply said they don't know why its locked or how to unlock it. We originally thought it was unlocked to begin with considering he had it for 2 years, but when we had put a different sim into it, it locked all of us on the phone plan out of our service and we had to go in to get it fixed. I just want to know why its locked and what needs to be done to unlock it even though its just going to be used on the same carrier?
