I need to change my phone .but I'm not going to pay a $15 dollar fee. I will find me another company
I need to change my number. But I'm not going to pay a$15 dollar fee. I've never had to pay to change my number with any other service provider I've ever used before. And I'm not going to start now. I will find me a nother service provider first. So how can I change my number without paying a fee

Could anyone please tell me, do undeleted visual voicemail messages, especially ones that the user has designated for the app to save, get stored on the phone (in this case Android 7.0, a moto G5 Plus)? And ideally the location / path.I recently increasingly have been in a location with relatively poor signal strength such that I often found out about a call only after receiving a voicemail message if the caller left one. I opened a service ticket only eventually to be told that the problem has nothing to do with signal.I however noticed the same problem with a different phone that also uses the AT&T signal, so idecided if even only as an experiment, to try putting the number away to difference cellular company. I ported the number earlier today.I wanted to access voicemail and I discovered that the visual voicemail app is specific to cricket, and a rep at cricket tech support stated that the messages for a ported away phone number will already have been deleted (not the case thoug
Call Problems with iphone 7 plus
When making or receiving call after a few minutes I can hear the person on the other line but they can't hear me. This is very frustrating. I always thought that Iphones are good but am very dissapointed in this one. My husband has a motorola and has no problems on his. We are both on cricket so I don't feel its a network problem. i have the latest updates on my phone. Basically all my expensive phone is good for is texting and internet. was wondering if anyone else is having these problems with the iphone 7 plus? Thanks!
Using phone from Xfinity
I ported over to an Xfinity phone, Moto e5 play. Since switching I have two issues, one major.Major: seems like my Wi-Fi settings have not switched to cricket. I still have the option to connect to Xfinity hotspots. Even though I have this setting turned off, my wifi will still try to connect to the XFINITY hotspot and will show that I'm connected, although obviously I'm not. But this has the effect of disconnecting my data. So that's really annoying. How can I get this phone to switch really over to cricket Wi-Fi? I understand I'm supposed to have the option for Wi-Fi calling also, which is not in my settings.Second thing is that I do not have a cricket voicemail widget so I do not know when someone has left me a voicemail. How do I get that?Thanks!
LG G6 only getting 3G
I just bought an new in box, unlocked LG G6 phone. The phone is compatible per Cricket's website by entering the IMSI number. When we put in the SIM card, we are only getting 3g, instead of 4g LTE. The card was previously in the LG X Power and I had no problems.Any info would be helpful.

Sold iPhone XR that’s locked
I bought a iPhone XR off Facebook Classifieds not knowing that Cricket has a locked period and the guy who sold it ghosted - so now I have an expensive paperweight. Cricket won’t help me without his phone number and pin which I obviously can’t get. Is there anything I can do?
My husband's GS6 keeps boot looping, may stay up for a minute or two but usually doesn't get fully past the Samsung logo on startup. The day this started he showed me that the phone had a blue screen with Downloading on it. He did not initiate this. I later found out that it's a special screen you have to press 3 keys to get to! He didn't do that! So maybe it was a bad update that came OTA?? Anyhow, have tried to wipe cache, have tried factory reset, and no help.I tried to connect to Smart Switch but it said something like device incompatible. Not sure if firmware problem, or hardware problem, or ?Any suggestions? He had to go ahead and get a new phone but it would be nice if we could get this working as a backup.
Voice has been not working for over a week now from my home. Repeated calls for support have not helped. I have been with cricket for years with no problems. Data lte is fine. Four bars for service. There was a tower outage 2 weeks ago and we called support. No bars for service and the representative said they were aware and it would be fixed in a couple of days. It was and it worked for a few days. Now no voice on my android phones until you get a few miles away from home. It affects Four phones from two manufacturers. All four work fine as soon as you get a few miles away from home. 1 mile away they still don't work. This is on a major road highway 378. The iPhone is fine using HD voice. Customer support says that they will call back. I told them to call on the voip landline. All we have heard is crickets though. 😭
I have been a loyal customer with you guys for over 5 years (even when your service barely worked in many areas). I have always paid for my monthly services early and have also had the same phone for those 5 years so I am in desperate need of a new one. I found one that I like on the Cricket site for $69.99 but when I added it to my cart and went to check out it says the cost is $99.99. Since I am not a new customer, I am not eligible for the special price. Thank you Cricket for not making me feel special for my loyalty and I will be discontinuing my services at the end of my billing period.Disappointed ex-loyal Customer😡
Why Cricket requested my package back?
I did a purchase only with Cricket, they send my order Friday, October 19, 2018. In middle of the shipping in UPS Cricket requested return to the sender. I didn't get my phone and my money back. I called customers service, they don't know what is going on with that Cricket requested.
I have never been so disappointed with my Cricket service I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and referred other friends and family to not be able to get my tethering hotspot on my ZTE axon phone which Cricut does not offer for a purchase I still keep Cricket as my service I had to tethering once I purchase the phone and removed it to not being formed by customer service that once I remove the tethering because of my ZTE axon phone I would not be able to reinstate the tethering hotspot this is not acceptable for a loyal customer for over 8 years I'm sure I'm not the only one that's upset about not being able to get the hotspot or the tethering on other phones again this is not great customer service this needs to be brought to the attention of crickets president and I know that I am not the only one that will stop using and referring people to Cricket if this is not changed immediately.
