Yesterday morning I awoke and found my Samsung A51 5G off due to a dead battery, which was unusual since it was around 40% the night before and had not been used. I plugged it in for enough minutes to turn it on, and when it did come on it went through the “finishing update / optimizing apps” screens. So I figured it had updated overnight and that somehow had drained the battery. This morning, again, my phone was off due to a dead battery. I have not installed any new apps or changed how I am using it. Battery seems to still charge well. Anyone else suddenly having this issue, possibly after a software update? Thanks,JCHP
I purchased a Samsung A53 5G phone and it has worked great up until 2 weeks ago and then all of a sudden it started messing up. It will not allow me to turn on my Bluetooth or my WiFi. It doesn't connect to either one and I need to know what I can do or what could be causing this. Can anybody please give me some advice on how I can fix this without having to purchase a new phone entirely.
My Motorola G Power decided to freeze up on me last night around 10pm. I am the type of person who clears their cache often and does daily restarts at random. Upon doing a nightly restart is when it freezes. I am currently stuck on the blue Motorola startup page being that was twenty minutes shy of twelve hours ago at this time. I am unable to enter Recovery Mode although I am able to bring up the Android Menu and proceed through their options. My service is not working after this happening, yes I paid my bill. I also put my SIM in an old Samsung that I have and it turned out to be incompatible with HD Voice. Did not know that was a thing. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix this? I will be going into my local store to inquire more information. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
I've been a customer of Cricket for quite some time. When I bought the 189.99 Dream, I also took out the insurance on it. The whole time period until now I had no problem until I broke the screen, so I called Asurion. I was informed that they are no longer replacing Dream screens which would be $29, and instead did a comparison with another phone for $75. What did I pay insurance for? I don't know what to do yet, but the insurance company also said they could give me bk my money I paid for it, which was $189.99 but get this. The $75 for the "comparable" phone would be deducted from the amount, which would leave me with $133.Before I called them, I went to the Cricket store and the man working proceeded to inform me that a company wide email had gone out saying remove the showroom Dream and do not sell anymore at all because of defects and complaints. I have switched my 6 lines to cricket with 5 phones 2 Samsung and 3 iPhones I been told by the agent I have 7 days to exchange any if them went there after 3 days and they refused to change them and they was very rude with me when I was trying to call cricket they said we are not working for cricket and I must Leave and I can’t complete the call from there and after 90 minutes with cricket agent they hang up on me with no result
Im a 63 yr handicapped/disabled man. Aprox 3 yrs ago i got a cell phone from cricket..first day i got it was malfuntioned...i called they said i could not come to return it.. over the three years i have called and asked for help several times. ....now they say my warranty has run out.....now tell me how is that fair.?? i was in the middle of a doctors call about my SURGERY. and got cut off like it always does.... the phone buzzs and whole bunch of texts come thru hours late sometimes day late...ive had many ppl that work with cellphones tell me its malfuntioned phone...Well ijust paid my bill and they wont let me have a refund so i can go get a SAFER phone.....IF NOT. I WILL ask my case worker to get ahold of her congress friend to help us. cause i dont know what else to do ....
Ever since my wife has had the Dream 5g its been one problem after another we are so sick of dealing with this we are so sick of waiting on cricket to fix this that we are past the dream 5G we would like the phone warrantied under defective device and replace with something other than a dream 5G I've read the forms and seeing that there's nothing but issues and corruption with this phone and we are to the point that we are ready to switch companies unless cricket makes this right my wife is a travel nurse she uses the phone for her work it's vital to her career it's also vital to her patience she takes care of this phone is a valuable valuable piece of her everyday life if cricket can't get it working I'm sure there's lots of companies that would be more than willing to take our money and have one working for us asap we would like a communication back from cricket and some kind of resolution to this issue because we are in need of a working device as soon as humanly possible which mean
Hi Purchased an Unlocked AT&T Samsung a42 5g phone to replace my Samsung a32 5g Cricket phone.The a42 5g is much quicker than the a32 5g phone with double the GB, 128 vs 64, the Sim card and SD card work and I have service, that's Not the Issue!How do I get the Cricket Features that are on the Samsung a32 5g Cricket phone, on the Unlocked Samsung A42 5g AT&T phone?I'm Used to the Cricket App Notifications sounds and the Cricket Ringtone I like, which is Not on the Non Cricket Samsung a42 5g phone, plus being a Cricket customer for 10 plus years, there are other things I've gotten used to on a Cricket phone. How do I reach text Cricket customer service Person?I need number blocked from calling me and leaving voice message which blocks anyone else I WANT to reach from returning call. Visual Voicemail doesnt update for a day or more.I want stalker removed from my account . This is single account holder. I want number blocked from being added to any group chat. When a customer walks into your store they should be helped not wait a hour so worker calls Cricket help line( and notices something wrong with settings, imei, etc ) try to charge for esim card or new sim card when your updates are not working. I was lied to . Illegal sim was added and I want it fixed . Cricket worker doesnt know what barring or call forward is? Well Google it like I did. I asked repeatly to have ALL extra options blocked .
