I had cancelled confirmed order for porting 5 number to Cricket due wanting to change type of phone, but now when i resubmit the order i unable to get the Promotion advertised on the website. I am getting error when i place the order. I have talked to 10 different customer agent and they are not able to figure it out.Error message I am getting: Only two phones (6s, 6s plus, 7 and 7 plus) is allowed per household.
I've seen others post about this. The phone keeps closing apps, like when I listen to music. I've tried it all. Factory reset. Different media apps. Power Saving options. There's no lack of RAM. There's no other options to prevent the phone from closing apps.Can Cricket please help? I don't have warranty and wasn't expecting such an issue. Please patch the phone so it doesn't close apps when not wanted. Thank you.
I am so incredibly dissatisfied with this service that I will probably be switching back to Verizon. I have full signal...much better than we EVER had with Verizon, but guess what? I cant even make a phone call or receive one. Customer service cant help and when I called them they said multiple things from it's an issue with my phone all the way to they'll put in a ticket with their tech support...but guess what? Tech support doesn't work weekends!!! ...and nobody ever called me back either when they were "back." I have even been back to the store twice and they finally changed my sim card. What the hell? I want a refund or something. Why should I pay for the service when I cant even use it?? Someone help me please! My phone is so incredibly important. I'm a nursing manager for a home health agency and am on call 24/7.
I am traveling to Europe for two weeks in August and would like to unlock my phone, so I can use a local Travelers SIM card. When I try to unloick online, it tells me I need to use the MyCricket App.The MyCricket app always crashes on my Moto G7 phone. It is unusable.Can anyone help me? Thanks.
I need to enter my phone number on my Blizzard account for an added layer of protection. I have the usual contract, pay by the month and can receive texts and all that. However Blizzard tells me that there is a code on my phone put on by Cricket which will not allow my phone to be used on their site. What is this code they are talking about? And can it be taken off? This is my only phone and I really don't want to switch to another plan at the moment.On Blizzard's forum there are many people having the same problem as I am using their Cricket plan phones on their website. Perhaps Cricket can contact Blizzard and figure this out?
Hi, I don't have my phone on all the time but today when I turned it on, it said I had a voice mail (which I couldn't hear) so I checked my call logs and was surprised two people had called but it was 6 days ago that they called and apparently one left me a voicemail. Is this normal for this kind of delay and what can I do about it?Thank you, Martha
I just bought the LG Stylo 6 which is an awesome phone for $276 or $299 if you count the fact they charged my debit card the next day $8 for Cricket Protect and $25 for activation for total of $33. I thought activation was free on online orders. Anywho, they sent me a shipping label that has a RA number that's different from the RA number i was told to write down. So, does this mean the label RA number is for the return and the one I was told to write down and tape to the return box is for the replacement phone? The phone I received from online order has a smash back cover with is made of glass. So, does this mean I am def getting a replacement and if so are they shipping it now or do I have to wait until my phone is received back to their warehouse? If i wont receive it until I ship mine how long will it be before I get my new phone? I really need my phone asap as it's used for my business. Is getting my phone first an option? I placed an order for 2 iPhone 6s for my daughter and niece.... For some reason by me ordering after 2pm ET the order was placed the next day which was the 25th of February.... The 27th comes around and still no phones, I called to see what's the hold up, and was told it phones will be there tomorrow the 28th....That time comes and still no phones....So Saturday morning I called to find out that my phones was delayed at 5 in the morning..... Somebody from the office will notify me about my order.... Let hours pass on (Saturday) and decided to call back and get your phones have been cancelled, okay.... (So where's my refund).I was told I will have it in my bank no later than Wednesday which was the 4th of March....Checked my card nothing, even called the operated for my card and was told nothing was sent back from cricket.... I've had cricket for maybe 9 months now. About 6 months ago I got that 4 lines for 100 deal. I got 3 new cert refurb phones for 30 plus the plan. Everything was ok except that my place get awful cricket service in my room and over my buds place same thing. So six months later I no longer have 2 lines( just 2 remaining me and my son's) and without the good deal now it no longer makes sense to stay with cricket. 80 a month with awful service. So now I'm waiting for the phones to be unlocked on the website it tells you how many days you have remaining. Then something weird happened my son's phone instead of being listed as the phone that it was was listed as a BYOD device which is not the case I bought three phones at the same time all from cricketwireless.com. Eventually my phone became a unlockable and it happened without a hitch then my girlfriend's became unlockable but hers got stolen and then my son's was supposed to become unlockable but it was listed as a BYOD device. this being s
I want to post this on my own thread just in case someone has a solution. Switched an iPhone 6Splus from ATT to Cricket. The same day and ever since, the battery drains so fast during texting. I can listen to a book all day, but with frequent texting the battery will be from full charge to near dead in 4 To 6 hours. Prior to switching, battery life was about a day and a half with normal use. This makes no sense to me but it’s hard to me to believe coincidence. Any ideas?
I have a Samsung S8+ and I haven't received any software or security patch updates. I am still running Android N with Security Patch August 1, 2017. I have tried factory reset, wipe partition cache , safe mode, forced the check software update under settings and samsung smart switch using my computer. I have contacted both Samsung and Cricket about this issue and have gotten absolutely nowhere and not to mention I took my phone to AT&T and they couldn't even figure it out. I noticed today that my phone has am app downloaded that I never authorized: Pluto TV. Google has a thread about this and the majority of the people from 2 days ago are customers with the same complaint. Why is this app able to do this Cricket without my permission but with your company's on my behalf?

Hello friends! I amn't US citizen. I live in Europe. I bought iPhone 7 plus on eBay from re-seller , not from original owner. It's a cricket phone. I need to unlock it for any GSM network. Cricket support tell me that i need wireless number or account information for unlocking. I haven't any info. There is one another option; Operator says that: The person who is an existing Cricket customer can authenticate the account with his account credentials then with the help of your phone's imei number, the unlock code can be checked.The only option left for you is to contact someone in the U.S. who is a Cricket customer and he will be able to authenticate the account with his account credentials.Once the account is authenticated, we can check the unlock code with the help of your phone's imei number.Can anyone help me to do that? I have had an A6 for 6 wks or so (I know, late to the party :) ). At 1st, visual voicemail worked fine, but for the past several weeks it records voice msgs but does not transcribe them to writing - ie, doesn't do what visual VM is there for. I don't know if this happened after an update - if so, it was one I was unaware of. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thx a lot for any help.
