I can’t set up voicemail. When I call voicemail it says my voicemail isn’t set up. When I go into setup voicemail through settings it asks for my voicemail number which shows as a totally different number. But if I enter that totally different number, it tells me there is no mailbox for that number. If I enter my actual phone number, it tells me there’s no mailbox for that number either.
I need to unlock some old iphones and a window phone we had on Cricket but can’t access My Cricket App to unlock. Because we had cricket service from 2015-2022 and no longer can access app. Can I send via e-mail or postal mail the IEMI numbers to get them unlocked. I’ve contacted customer service via chat and phone and get differing answers. Some can’t find my account and others say my pin number is incorrect. (I wrote the pin number and challenge question down when signing up)All phones were in service with cricket and they meet the useage requirement for unlocking.Please helpGC
I have three lines on my Cricket account. I upgraded the phone on one of the lines. I have always bought unlocked phones outside of Cricket. This is my first time buying a phone from Cricket.Is the phone I bought from Cricket locked to Cricket?Thanks,Enrique
My phone is a Galaxy A53 5G. About mid-May, I had horrible cell signal, and little to no 5g. After about a week, it got a little bit better, but never what it used to be. I deliver a mail route and use my phone a lot to listen to podcasts as well as be able to contact my family and/or boss. Since the end of May, I have almost no cell service or 5g on my mail route when I had almost complete coverage thru the whole thing. I finally got sick of the no service and switched back to my old phone, which I had originally replaced because I had shattered the screen. With my old phone (K92 5G model # LM-K920Am), it has the cell service and 5G that I used to have. I went into a Cricket store last week, and the employee said it sounds like an antenna problem. Can this problem be fixed?
Yes I purchased a phone in November 2022 that started off 5G phone was stolen came in to buy new one with same phone number and everything come to find out this phone is 4G not 5G and it's not compatible with a lot of things that the first phone was that paid the same price for please help
I was on my phone and it suddenly wouldn’t allow me to interact with it at all. No touch registers. It has the 2 year warranty on it, as it is a Cricket Icon 3, but when I went to fill it out, it says that it is not covered by the warranty. Why is that so? I haven’t dropped it, caused any extra damage to it, just been using it like normal, so the warranty should work. Can anyone solve this?
I recently had 5G working fine on my PIXEL 6 PRO. It has recently switched back to LTE and I never see 5G anymore. Any idea why it was working and then it wasn’t? This was around the same time you all got my hotspot working that the 5G started working too. I still have hotspot, but not much luck on the 5G.
Recently my iPhone 11 has started dropping calls after about 3min of talking. And this only happens on certain calls that I make and receive. The issue is this happens no matter where I am, some landline I call does this and cell phones. And I will be sitting in the same exact spot and talk to some lines with no issue and same with landline phones and then when I receive a call from those same numbers in the exact same spot in my house it drops the call after about 3min to be exact. Can anyone help me with this issue? And keep in mind that I have a family plan with one other phone like mine and drops the call to it.
Will the new Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (Factory Unlocked) be compatible for use on the Cricket Network?I don't need to see the compatibility list. This phone is a new release. Cricket does sell the S21 FE 5G, but my fiancé ordered the 256gb unlocked version directly from Samsung.
My mom paid for my service last month and I still haven’t had service since she paid it even though Cricket took her money anyway. Had no way to call or text anyone and had to be on wifi if I wanted to use iPhone to iPhone texting or watch a video on YouTube. Is there a reason for this or not? Just kinda pissed at Cricket right now. :(
I can’t seem to get my voicemail to work. I go thru the bot assistant and that doesn’t help. I google for assistance and no help. When I get the link to set up my voicemail, I do as prompts tell me to and when finished and I try to go to voicemail and I enter the code it tells me someone has already entered my voice mailbox with that code and to try again later. I have worked on this issue at 3 different times and still have not received the help I need. I call the support number and every time it tells me my wait time will be at least 20 minutes. I don’t have that kind of time to just sit and wait for someone to answer.
I got a message this evening stating that I had NO VOICE SERVICE Temporarily turned off by your carrier.Why did I get this? I made a payment back on the 22nd of July and then I log in this evening (7/23/23)and my account stills says that I need to make a payment of $55.00I would have thought that if I made a payment that your system would be smart enough to pick up the fact that a payment was made and NOT still show that it’s looking for a payment.But it seems like I get the NO VOICE SERVICE a lot and I want to know why. Because I am about ready to find a different carrier to go with because I am getting tired of not having service with CRICKET.
My iPhone has been stuck in SOS mode for almost a week now… I can’t use my phone unless I am on wifi and only to other iPhone users. I’ve went to every cricket store possible some tried to fix it doing the same thing(resetting network settings) which did not work and then some were clueless as to what was wrong. I’ve been sent to Apple and was told it’s not and apple issue then I come here and see multiple cricket users have had this same issue. So what am I supposed to do?
I have a more established iPhone 6s Plus. Telephone despite everything works incredible. In any case, I've been having one issue with it for a considerable length of time that is by all accounts getting most noticeably terrible. It could be my organizations. Yet, it's fine once I restart the telephone.Essentially my telephone will haphazardly go from lte to 4g. What's more, the web won't work. It will at times disappear all alone. Yet, it take 10-30min. Anyway ordinarily it will return to lte on the off chance that I restart the telephone. I don't know whether it's a product issue. jacklistens Since I've had this issue for some time and programming has been refreshed many time since it began. I am with at&t. So that could be the issue.
Within the past couple months, I have not been able to access my voicemail, and callers have not been able to leave voicemails. When I try to access my voicemail, it says I do not have my voicemail setup, but I already had it setup and there are no options to set it up. Also, I can’t change my voicemail password. I’ve tried everything to fix it myself, from checking for call forwarding to resetting my network. Nothing has worked. When I called customer support, there was no option to help with this problem. Help!
today i got a mexican smartphone so i put my cricket sim on it but when i go out i doesn’t have internet connection, i try everything, restart the phone, the settings, everything, also i try to put it back in my past phone that had the sim but it doesn’t work either, what can i do?
