Hi,I have a Moto e Supra (give or take a letter or two).In my messaging app (Android not Facebook) conversations the image next to my posts is not showing correctly. It's actually showing my son's phone image. Not sure how it happened.Where is the setting for messaging image and how do I change it?TIA
A couple days ago, I went to my camera roll and saw this small section where my iPhone had generated 2 edits to 2 pictures on my phone. 1 photo had the levels adjusted to it, and the other turned a live photo into a stable loop/gif. For some reason, that section is gone and I don't see any options within my photos to make similar edits.I hope this all made sense, can someone tell me how to get it again? I thought turning the live photo into a stable gif was super cool and would love to do it to some other photos.
SM-960U he said opened got it through T Mobile. I simply opened and turned it on and amazingly it has the ATT firmware. I am extremely enraged on the grounds that when somebody says "purchased through T-Mobile" what I believe is this is a TMobile telephone.WHile I hang tight for him to hit me up, what are the outcomes of running an AT&T opened telephone on TMobile organization. I am very MetroPCS. However, its worked by TMobile. Will I actually have the option to utilize the telephone like a TMobile telephone? What highlights will I miss. VoLTE? meandering on US Cellular?
I've tried everything I have a note 8 unlocked I've been with cricket for 3 years and I can't send a text message to save my life it just happened out of nowhere yesterday I've called them five times now been on hold for more than 2 hours the coronavirus is not the reason why I can't send a text message I own my own business this is affecting it let alone everything else going on if they don't fix by tomorrow I'm dropping them I want a full refund for this month and I will never use them again I cannot send a text message I can receive them I can phone call outgoing incoming cannot send a text message one more time cricket cannot send a text message f****** idiot
After 8 years with cricket I’m likely leaving. Why? No incentives for loyal customers.I wanted to upgrade my OLD phone after nearly 3 years...last time I got max price discount and a waived upgrade fee. This time, cricket wants top price and the fee. Totally asinine.I can let my plan lapse and start a new line with cricket and get the phone for half of what they want to charge for upgrade.I can also go to MINT wireless, get their $30 unlimited plan AND pay $14 a month for the same phone and save $11 a month for the same features and probably better service. I spent over 2 hours on the phone and web chat trying to get and appropriate offer to stay with this service and got told to try going to a store as the folks at CORPORATE CUSTOMER CARE can’t make right for a longtime customer. Utterly ridiculous. I’ll pay more a month to stick with the familiar but if cricket doesn’t want to sell me a new phone with a reasonable price, I’m outta here.
I want to post this on my own thread just in case someone has a solution. Switched an iPhone 6Splus from ATT to Cricket. The same day and ever since, the battery drains so fast during texting. I can listen to a book all day, but with frequent texting the battery will be from full charge to near dead in 4 To 6 hours. Prior to switching, battery life was about a day and a half with normal use. This makes no sense to me but it’s hard to me to believe coincidence. Any ideas?
My BYOD OnePlus 5T has NEVER been able to send or receive SMS with pictures, no matter how small (can't even send a 50kb JPG). When I try to send a text with a picture, 5-10 seconds after I click send ( >>) I get "Message not sent: service not activated on network"I've revised/added/deleted APN settings over and over based on the latest blog suggestions, confirmed that MMS will not work when I am connected to my Wifi or not, tried three or four different texting apps (Messages (default - blue icon) Messages (green icon, Textra, WhatsApp), on my 3rd Cricket-issued SIM, had Cricket retail technicians try to fix, etc. I am ready to switch to another provider. PLEASE, someone, HELP!
I have disabled MY CRICKET and the CRICKET VISUAL VOICEMAIL on my moto e5 cruise phone because the apps download but do not install. I get a notice that the could not install, yet all other apps on my phone can with no problem. I have an external drive so lack of storage can't be the issue. When I get a system update, these 2 apps are re-enabled. Yet they still do not install on my phone & I have to go in & uninstall/disable the apps again.Is there a logical explanation why these 2 Cricket apps do not work? They are a waste of my time & effort.
Hi all,My question is a two parter. First off, I will be purchasing a new iPhone outright through Apple store because my job gives me a discount. When I put my Cricket SIM card into my phone, will Cricket lock my unlocked phone? Second, if Cricket does lock the unlocked phone, can it be unlocked in a week or less if I decide to go to another carrier? I see that Cricket says you need to be a paid customer for 6 months with the device, but that only refers to phones purchased through cricket. If it can be unlocked in a week or less, how would I do that?
I did a purchase only with Cricket, they send my order Friday, October 19, 2018. In middle of the shipping in UPS Cricket requested return to the sender. I didn't get my phone and my money back. I called customers service, they don't know what is going on with that Cricket requested.
I have been a loyal customer with you guys for over 5 years (even when your service barely worked in many areas). I have always paid for my monthly services early and have also had the same phone for those 5 years so I am in desperate need of a new one. I found one that I like on the Cricket site for $69.99 but when I added it to my cart and went to check out it says the cost is $99.99. Since I am not a new customer, I am not eligible for the special price. Thank you Cricket for not making me feel special for my loyalty and I will be discontinuing my services at the end of my billing period.Disappointed ex-loyal Customer😡
I keep getting text messages from Gmail accounts sending sex services and I've done talked to cricket customer service and they telling me that nothing that they can do but change my cell phone number and I've done bought a new phone and changed my cell phone number and same problem. I have done spoken to the police about it and they told me to take cricket to court. I also had court threats over these Gmail messages because it's a chain letters. Cricket better do something or I'm taking it viral where it's known everywhere.
I have had an A6 for 6 wks or so (I know, late to the party :) ). At 1st, visual voicemail worked fine, but for the past several weeks it records voice msgs but does not transcribe them to writing - ie, doesn't do what visual VM is there for. I don't know if this happened after an update - if so, it was one I was unaware of. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thx a lot for any help.
Hello,I just bought a new LG Harmony 4 phone and I am not receiving text notifications. That is, I don't receive an audible tone or vibration or screen message when a text message arrives. I do get the text messages, but no notification of them. I have tried to adjust the notification settings for the Messaging app, but I am only able to receive notifications if the screen is on. That is, when the phone is on standby with the screen off, I do not get the text message notifications.I realize that this is a new model, and that the behavior may be a software bug. Can you help me to fix or work around this problem?Thank you.
