Sometime around the beginning of March, I purchased a factory unlocked Galaxy S8. Prior to the purchase, I checked with cricket to ensure that the phone would be compatible with their service - I was assured that it would. Phone arrived, and I set it up with no issue - or so I thought. The next nay someone informed me that they had been trying to call me but my phone went straight to VM.A bit odd, I thought, and attempted to call them...and the call would not go through. All Data services were working, the phone showed connected to the cricket network, but I could not make calls. I tried everything I knew to do, reset settings, restarted the phone, etc, to no avail and so I contacted customer support. After literal hours or trying this setting and that setting, the support person informed me that my phone was NOT compatible with cricket service and I’d have to buy a new one. But I verified that it was compatible? To which they replied, “Oh, yes, the phone is compatible with our service
Title says all, for reasons I'm not comfortable disclosing, I cant leave the area I'm in, nor receive mail. I'm very very worried about trying to get a phone number set up ASAP. It's a cricket sim and a cricket phone, and it was on my mom's account at one point. She has since turned it off and won't accept money sent by me to have it turned back on.
I have sent several emails and can't believe no one has been courteous enough to contact me. This includes having sent emails to firstname.lastname@example.orgJohn D. the CEO of Cricket Wireless and the VP of Customer Satisfaction. I guess I should contact JD Powers and complain to them. Right now I am unemployed (for several months) and can't even afford to replace my phone using the payment plan option and no upgrade deal is offered for iPhone 13 (which I still can't afford). My iPhone 6S is on its last leg, I am wondering if Cricket could please help me by replacing my current iPhone 6S with a new iPhone 13 Pro free of charge under customer loyalty and retention? T-Mobile sent me an offer for an iPhone 13 Pro for $50 if transfer my services to their plan which would be less expensive. Verizon is offering iPhone 13’s as well.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro and about 2-3 days ago it quit receiving calls from certain people. I have checked all of my setting that I could think of such as notifications, airplane mode, etc. All except a factory reset. My phone recently did 2 software updates but I’m not sure if it was before or after this started happening. Any ideas on how to fix this without a factory reset?

HiJust recently my fairly new S10 has been showing the above message at least once a day, even if I haven't been playing a game. I've had a couple of casual games on my phone since I've had it but this is a recent notification, any idea of how to fix it? I can't delete the optimizer unfortunately.Thanks in advance.
Recently I had to buy another phone. I used the sim card from my old phone, and it worked great for like a week or two. Now I don’t receive text messages from one person who is also on the same line as me. I can receive phone calls from her and group texts, but not one on one texts. I tried restarting my phone, doing a factory reset, removed the sim card and replaced it, cleared the SMS cache, deleting the contact and adding it again, but nothing works. I also checked to see if her number was blocked and it wasn’t. Any other suggestions that I haven’t tried?
I just got the the 11 Pro Max and my brother just received the 11 and upon further inspection on both the Netflix and YouTube app I see an option for HDR on the 11 and I remember seeing that option on the XR as well. I’m not too familiar of what class of display passes HDR certification on the low end but if it’s not exactly “HDR” (most reviewer say it’s not HDR) can’t that be called for false advertisement? Looking at both displays watching the same video it’s actually hard seeing a overall sharpness and color differences on both displays at a normal viewing distance. In my opinion Apple did an amazing job on the 1routerlogin1’s display even at a sub-1080p resolution and an LCD display and I wouldn’t mind watching content and using it on a daily. The only time I can see a significant difference is in black levels. Obviously because the use of LCD on the 11, you can’t really get those inky black levels of OLED. Hi there, Thanks for helping me with my dispute before but now I am having an issue with unlocking my phone. I purchased the locked IPhone SE last November and have been using your service since then. I have met the 6 month requirement but it says that I can't unlock it. I used my cricket SIM card primarily on the other IPhone 11 that I purchased myself, it was unlocked when I purchased it. Most of the time I used the IPhone SE without the SIM card. As I have been using your service for the entire 6 months period, and I only used the SIM card on the other unlocked phone purchased directly from Apple (you can check the history to confirm this), I think it makes sense if you can unlock my Iphone SE. Has anyone had success getting 5G service on an unlocked Motorola One 5G Ace? I chatted with Cricket Wireless tech support who confirmed that I have 5G service in my area and my phone is compatibile. Then we went through APN setting changes with no success. The service tech told me to call Motorola because it appeared that my phone doesn't have a toggle setting. I then called Motorola and their tech support told me my phone will automatically switch to 5G when the signal strength is good. Any help the community has would be greatly appreciated .
Here's the deal, last year I moved and switched to Cricket. The phone tech at the store set my phone up, a LG G5 formally T-mobile. After I left the store I realized I could not access the internet. I had a good signal and 4g insignia but if I went into my browser and tried a search it would time out or say no connection.Now here is what is weird, if I type in a specific website anything starting with WWW. it will go straight to the website no problem, but then it hangs if I try and navigate any website it will not. Again it will time out or say no connection. Now it is getting internet as I can use messenger, and email. Plus like I said if I type the website page directly it goes. Apps like whatapp still works but with a long delay, ill send a message and it will go but takes a few minutes.Now i can switch the hotspot on and open my laptop and connect to my phone and use its data and the laptop internet through the phone also works perfectly so again the phone is receiving internet ju
Is anyone having a problem where screenshots sent over Cricket MMS are arriving blank/corrupted? My wife and I are having no problem sending/viewing these over RCS messaging, but if we switch to MMS mode, or are sending to someone not on RCS, the image doesn't go through intact - it depends on the receiving phone what it ends up looking like, but usually either a blank image of the appropriate size, or an error placeholder. We did a little diagnosis, and it seems the image is arriving, but arriving corrupted. We're not having problems sending other images, like photos, at all.(Apologies for not being more specific, but I already posted this once with more detail, and the forum marked it as spam. If this gets through, I can show some images of what the corruption looks like.)
Is removing the SIM card from my current phone and inserting it to the iPhone I'm switching to good or bad? If it’s bad, I have to upgrade my sim. The sim card my phone uses is nano sim card so I could fit on the sim card tray of the iPhone. Is It Good or Bad? Reply To Let Me Know
Phone is iPhone 13 promax but also could not setup on my old iPhone 7.on the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows call voicemail. when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup and I press pound and my phone number but not setup.when call support, asked for English and then voicemail and only gave two option setup / reset voicemail.when setup it only says hold 1 and doesn’t work.when reset it says reset and when I go voicemail doesn’t prompt change voicemail
