return no refund
I ordered a iphone online and I decided to return it the next day I got it, I returned it with the label they sent and it’s been 8 days and I haven’t received a confirmation email or anything it says it was dropped off at fort worth but I haven’t received anything on my refund and I need the money back.
We just bought the hotspot box yesterday and are trying to get it set up on the my cricket app so we can track usage and pay the bill. The problem is that when we have them send the passcode to set up the account the hotspot box does not receive the message. We have the box itself set up where i can check messages on the box and no messages whatsoever. We contacted support they hung up on us, we have been to two local cricket stores and they didn't know either. All we need is to receive the passcode from cricket to set up the account on their app. Any suggestions??

This is my second dream about you after the first one brick as the screen would not turn on. The second one has given me nothing but issues though I have luckily been able to make it do the most basic of things. I paid a decent amount of money but not a whole lot since I switched to cricket and got the discount or whatever. I wondering if anyone else has had issues like this with this particular phone. I have been paying for the protection plan or whatever and I feel like it's not worth it because it's pretty much no better than the cheap $30 phones I was getting before I switch to cricket. I rarely if I ever gotten 5G I've had to reset the network over and over again and then reset the whole phone because of some kind of acs process that pops up and then I can't make any phone calls or receive any and my Wi-Fi calling has only worked for maybe a month the whole time I've had service with cricketI hope that there is a better phone that isn't going to cost me a whole lot of money that
False Onine Order Policy
I recently ordered the s9 as of thursday May 17th around 11pm. Now according the website policy if an order is placed after 2pm on a business day (monday-friday), holiday, or weekend, itll be shipped out the following business day. Now i shouldve received an email saying it shouldve been shipped friday since technically is was ordered before 2pm friday. But i still have not received any sort of email besides the one that stated my order was placed.
switch from iphone 7 with sim to iphone 14 with esim
I have an iPhone 7 and I am currently a Cricket customer. Recently I got an iPhone 14. So, I am trying to switch to the new phone. Since my current iPhone 7 is using a physical SIM card, I am not sure how to switch to the IPhone 14, which is eSIM only. Obviously, iPhone 7 is not supporting eSIM. So, I cannot convert to eSIM first and the transfer everything from the iPhone 7 to iPhone 14. So, what is the easiest way to make it work? If I simply just start setting up the new iPhone 14 and transfer things from the iPhone 7, I would not be able to take the SIM card and insert it to the iPhone 14. So, I assume there is a way to switch my SIM card to eSIM when setting up my iPhone 14. I need to know if there is any step-by-step instructions to help me with this.
trying to call my husbands phone connects to my voicemail?
not sure if this is a phone issue or a network issue, but my husband and I have 2 lines on the same plan and for the last few weeks now whenever I try to call him, instead of ringing it just says "please enter your passcode" as if I was trying to access my own voicemail. and similarly, when he tries to call me it forwards to voicemail as if my phone was off. we are still able to text each other so I know I didn't accidentally block his number somehow. any ideas?
cricket phone is stuck in boot loop!
This phone had been active and functional for over 6 months. After leaving it plugged in for the day while I was gone, I came back to it being messed up! It will NOT turn on-it's stuck in a boot loop(flashes beginning white cricket screen, then goes black, and repeats.)When I press power button for a second, it says it has 77%; but when I try to start it up (both by holding power button, and/or by the various ways of rebooting it via power and volume buttons), it flashes a screen showing the battery as dead, and needs to be plugged in. BUT refuses to acknowledge being plugged in. BTW-when I try to get to the menu by holding power and volume key, no menu will pop up- (except a screen indicating it needs to be plugged in-regardless of how much charge it previously said it had)- UNLESS it is plugged in.Also-NOTHING new has been done-NO recent updates, NO new apps downloaded; just plugged in for a full day. (I normally only charge a few hours at a time, or overnight). So what the hell??
