Moto G Power not NFC compatible and connection issues

I have had 2 major issues with this new phone.Firstly, often I receive a message that says my phone is not NFC compatible. I don't know what it means or how to find and fix it.Second, 98% of the time when I click a link to visit a site I get an error message about https issues

About software and application updates

Hi, I have a Moto G Power, and I cannot figure out how to make it install my Software and app updates using my Data. I don't have easy access to Wi-Fi and nothing has been updated in a few months. I'm getting worried, I know there's no faster way to ruin a phone than let the apps get to far behind. It just will not give me the data option. Someone told me I have to factory reset my phone to switch it to data. I'll do it if I have too, but it's such a pain, I want to make sure there's no other way first. Thanks in advance.

The sales lady told me when she sold me an encrypted phone that I would have to get a new number. And I told her I wanted another one she then said I have to get with cricket. What can I do about this

Mobile Hotspot loses internet connectivity

I've had a mobile hotspot for 3 months and this problem is getting worse.   The device consistently shows a strong signal, 4 or 5 bars,  but frequently my phone or laptop will say I have no internet connection, even though the Wi-Fi connection is also strong.  This lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes.  Even when there is a connection it's often so unstable that email will not download.Since the hotspot is for data only this makes it almost useless.   I did a factory reset and it did not solve the problem.

no 5G after plan upgrade

Been with Cricket almost 10 years and just upgraded to the Unlimited with 5G plan for iPhone 12 - however it’s not working. It’s been 3 days and I’m still on LTE (which seems even slower now) Restarted the phone multiple times, removed and inserted the SIM card and all that to no avail. Tries to contact Cricket support past 2 days (phone and web) and been on hold for an hour+ Anyone have insights on how to get this to work?  Will I Need a new SIM card ?

Cricket LG Phone Signal

I bought a cricket LG Stylo in Jan only 2 months went buy had nothing but problems even though I pay for protection due to car accedent an breaking 8 of my verterbra wasnt able get to ups send phone back before they would replace so i had to pay 75.00 they sent new phone but it fits out in middle of doing something like this message an locks I have to unlock again. Also less than 6 miles from att tower which they use an only get the 1st little bar this being 3rd phone an i had pay 75.00 for them to send it Verizon when s10 new an had problems never had pay before theyed send out phone an all my cricket LG phones were less than few months old anyone have clue as to why onky get 1st bar an I pay 55 month plus 8 or 9 for protection? An im always connected to home wifi but still uses data any idea why? They also told me 6 months to unlock phone but now they say you have to have device for 6 Months now before it was service for 6 months anyone clarify that. Paid in full cash plus 150 for ne

Defective product

Purchased a new IPhone fast charger Saturday. It was defective, and I returned 2 business days later. They refused to exchange, or refund cost. I also purchased a new IPhone 12, through Progressive. I charged my bank card for charger and phone case. Then I discover they also added the phone charger and cover to my Progressive loan. These people are very untrustworthy. I filed a complaint with State Attorney Generals office.

Purchasing new phone without upgrading

I am currently a cricket customer with a plan and two phones under the plan. I am planning on getting my wife a new phone for christmas but did not want to upgrade her phone. I wanted to keep her phone and get a brand new phone so she would not know what she was getting. Am i able to just purchase the phone and activate it and wait until christmas so i can just switch out the sims cards once she gets it

unable to update android phone until disabling cricket sim

I have been checking for updates for my Nokia xr20 since I switched to cricket and it consistently says that "updates are temporarily unavailable, please try again later." Since I knew there was an update available, I was able to finally download it by completely disabling my cricket sim and checking on wifi. Even using WiFi with cricket still enabled would not let me check and give the same error. Why would they be blocking android security updates??

How can I unlock my phone while I’m in Spain?

I have a huge problem.I’m currently in Spain, and I cannot use a temporary SIM card because my iPhone is still locked to Cricket—even though I have had this phone for over two years. Furthermore, I can’t even unlock it because the app has not been letting me log-in since I’ve arrived in Spain. The error message simply tells me to call customer support.But I can’t call customer support because, again, I don’t have any service.  I feel checkmated by Cricket. Please help me unlock my phone so I can use a temporary SIM Card.

Sending a text and recipient calls saying they had a missed call

iPhone 11 .Something weird started happening to certain people on my contacts . As of today only , I’ve texted three people . I send them a text , and later they call me and they say “ what’s up , did you call me ? I had a missed call from you ?” At first I was like ok? No but i sent you a text . Happened two more times . I never called them , I sent them a text . So it seems I send a text and on their side they get a notification of a missed call from me . Did I changed something in my phone I was not supposed to ?

Hello,I’ve been reading through these forums and noticed a lot of people having issues with Cricket. I’m thinking about getting my iPhones unlocked and switching over…How are iPhone 12’s working with 5G? Anyone receiving delayed texts? Do calls get dropped a lot?Any info is appreciated! I am on T-Mobile now and would hate to regret my decision of unlocking my phones and hating the service just to save $100 on a monthly payment. thank you all
