I got a message this evening stating that I had NO VOICE SERVICE Temporarily turned off by your carrier.Why did I get this? I made a payment back on the 22nd of July and then I log in this evening (7/23/23)and my account stills says that I need to make a payment of $55.00I would have thought that if I made a payment that your system would be smart enough to pick up the fact that a payment was made and NOT still show that it’s looking for a payment.But it seems like I get the NO VOICE SERVICE a lot and I want to know why. Because I am about ready to find a different carrier to go with because I am getting tired of not having service with CRICKET.
My iPhone has been stuck in SOS mode for almost a week now… I can’t use my phone unless I am on wifi and only to other iPhone users. I’ve went to every cricket store possible some tried to fix it doing the same thing(resetting network settings) which did not work and then some were clueless as to what was wrong. I’ve been sent to Apple and was told it’s not and apple issue then I come here and see multiple cricket users have had this same issue. So what am I supposed to do?
I have a more established iPhone 6s Plus. Telephone despite everything works incredible. In any case, I've been having one issue with it for a considerable length of time that is by all accounts getting most noticeably terrible. It could be my organizations. Yet, it's fine once I restart the telephone.Essentially my telephone will haphazardly go from lte to 4g. What's more, the web won't work. It will at times disappear all alone. Yet, it take 10-30min. Anyway ordinarily it will return to lte on the off chance that I restart the telephone. I don't know whether it's a product issue. jacklistens Since I've had this issue for some time and programming has been refreshed many time since it began. I am with at&t. So that could be the issue.
Within the past couple months, I have not been able to access my voicemail, and callers have not been able to leave voicemails. When I try to access my voicemail, it says I do not have my voicemail setup, but I already had it setup and there are no options to set it up. Also, I can’t change my voicemail password. I’ve tried everything to fix it myself, from checking for call forwarding to resetting my network. Nothing has worked. When I called customer support, there was no option to help with this problem. Help!
today i got a mexican smartphone so i put my cricket sim on it but when i go out i doesn’t have internet connection, i try everything, restart the phone, the settings, everything, also i try to put it back in my past phone that had the sim but it doesn’t work either, what can i do?
Cricket Protect Plus, AT&T Protect Advantage or whatever you would like to call it everyone still ends up filling a claim with Asurion and finding out they have to mail in the damaged device and pay for a new one. Apple will either repair the defect at no charge, using new parts or previously used Apple genuine parts or replacement product that is new one.
After getting a recent update on my Samsung A12 the microphone doesn’t work - callers can’t hear me talking. If I use a sound recorder app it seems like the mic picks up background noise by not my voice. Resetting the phone did not fix the issue. I’ve seem some other complaints from recent phone updates and was curious if anyone is have the same type of problem.
I was using gmail account (1) to send my phone alerts for work. This is the format I used to send mms messages to my phone: email@example.com. Everything worked perfectly for a while. However, recently my phone stopped getting these messages from gmail account (1). I tried another gmail account (2) and it worked!.. However, the next day the same thing happened where I was unable to get texts from gmail accounts (1) and (2). As of today, I am not able to send texts to my phone using gmail accounts (1) and (2) but if I use a third account (3) the texts will send to my phone. Any idea why this is happening? Seems like sending texts via mms is getting flagged and blocked at the carrier level to me, nothing changed on my end. Is there a way around this, I cannot change the original email address (1) at work. I will update more I called support and they raised a ticket. Llevo ya casi dos semanas intentando hacer la transferencia de mis dos líneas de Cricket hacia Xffinity. Y en el chat no me dan ninguna solución y comentan que es asunto de Xffinity. Ellos me han dado razón de que el número está bloqueado y que les aparece un código de error al intentar hacer la transferencia. Un mensaje que dice que el MDN no es compatible con el código. Me lo han comentado 4 asesores. Tengo dos líneas que contraté al mismo tiempo y el problema solo sucede con una de ellas. Pero en Cricket insisten que la línea con ellos no tiene ningún problema. También me lo han repetido como 4 asesores.En verdad agradezco su ayuda.
I just purchased a samsung s23+ unlocked. When I insert the Cricket simcard, it worked for about 2 mins during which I can browse internet and make phone calls. After that 2 minites, it stop working. I can see the signal is full, I can see the 4g sign and data is flowing. Just couldn’t browse the internet or making phone calls anymore. Then I received a message saying my phone is not HD Voice compatible.I have been using s21 for 2 years on the cricket. I believe this newest samsung model s23+ also have the technology built in to support the cricket card. Could someone help me here.
Hi, I just bought an iPhone 14 pro max and need to convert my physical SIM to eSIM. However, I traded my old iPhone in and do not have the ICCID number from the physical SIM anymore. Can you please assist me with getting my phone set up with eSIM? I've been a customer with cricket for a while.

I was looking on the Motorola site and they say that their Motorola Edge 30 Fusion 2022 and their edge plus 2023 are compatible with Cricket’s 5g network. I’m wondering if this is true. The only way to check it on the site is if I’ve already purchased the phone and enter it’s imei. This would be a huge waste of money if I purchased one and it doesn’t work. Can someone help me with this. I want to stay with android, but the selection of premium devices isn’t that expansive.
