After purchasing an E-sim while traveling in Italy. I was no longer able to switch back to my primary data line. It says my phone number was transferred to my iPhone and is no longer useable. I have no data and I have already tried to reset the phone and removed/reinstalled the SIM card
Ever since my wife has had the Dream 5g its been one problem after another we are so sick of dealing with this we are so sick of waiting on cricket to fix this that we are past the dream 5G we would like the phone warrantied under defective device and replace with something other than a dream 5G I've read the forms and seeing that there's nothing but issues and corruption with this phone and we are to the point that we are ready to switch companies unless cricket makes this right my wife is a travel nurse she uses the phone for her work it's vital to her career it's also vital to her patience she takes care of this phone is a valuable valuable piece of her everyday life if cricket can't get it working I'm sure there's lots of companies that would be more than willing to take our money and have one working for us asap we would like a communication back from cricket and some kind of resolution to this issue because we are in need of a working device as soon as humanly possible which mean
Samsung A51 5G. When I try to make a call it says “Couldn’t Connect” with the busy tone. When someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail. Texts are working but spotty (very slow). Internet is working. This happened as of the last system update 1 day ago. Nothing wrong with our bills. Everyone else on my plan has no problem. I’ve tried restarting phone, cycling connections on/off, reseating SIM. I am pretty sure this is a Cricket issue for this specific phone.
Hello I have a cricket dream and have had minimal issues, until Monday of this week. My phone did an update and ever since I'm not receiving or able to send out text messages. I keep getting an error that the app has stopped working. I have tried removing apps and photos, because I was told at my local store, that it was a storage issue. Ive rebooted multiple times with no luck. I can't get into apps for my banking because it wants to send me a text verification and I can't receive it. I need to get this fixed immediately. I also tried to delete old text messages and that wasn't working either.
I have an unusual issue that many cricket personnel have tried the unlock code in the system for my phone but it never works. Please help me.. Is there a way to find out if my phone has a defect that is preventing it from accepting the unlock code? Also because the unlock code does not work I need a PUK code before trying the unlock code again
Have not been able to make or receive calls all day. I can text and use the internet (while not connected to wifi). 4 out of 5 bars and LTE working fine. When I try to make a call it tells me “Couldn’t Connect” next to a red phone icon. When someone tries to call me, it goes straight to voicemail. My son is on my same account, his service is working as normal.I have reseated the sim card, I have restarted the phone, etc. All to no avail. This makes me think it is not a sim card issue since I can access text and internet from the Cricket network. So what could be the problem?Cricket branded Samsung Galaxy A51 5G.
Im a 63 yr handicapped/disabled man. Aprox 3 yrs ago i got a cell phone from cricket..first day i got it was malfuntioned...i called they said i could not come to return it.. over the three years i have called and asked for help several times. ....now they say my warranty has run out.....now tell me how is that fair.?? i was in the middle of a doctors call about my SURGERY. and got cut off like it always does.... the phone buzzs and whole bunch of texts come thru hours late sometimes day late...ive had many ppl that work with cellphones tell me its malfuntioned phone...Well ijust paid my bill and they wont let me have a refund so i can go get a SAFER phone.....IF NOT. I WILL ask my case worker to get ahold of her congress friend to help us. cause i dont know what else to do ....
Hello. My new A53 receives some photos texts that are sent, but not always. It's hit or miss. My settings look correct, but I must be missing something. My son, who is on the same plan, will receive the photo in text, but the same picture will not come through to my phone. He also has a Samsung. I believe his is an A13 or 14.
I have switched my 6 lines to cricket with 5 phones 2 Samsung and 3 iPhones I been told by the agent I have 7 days to exchange any if them went there after 3 days and they refused to change them and they was very rude with me when I was trying to call cricket they said we are not working for cricket and I must Leave and I can’t complete the call from there and after 90 minutes with cricket agent they hang up on me with no result
I've been a customer of Cricket for quite some time. When I bought the 189.99 Dream, I also took out the insurance on it. The whole time period until now I had no problem until I broke the screen, so I called Asurion. I was informed that they are no longer replacing Dream screens which would be $29, and instead did a comparison with another phone for $75. What did I pay insurance for? I don't know what to do yet, but the insurance company also said they could give me bk my money I paid for it, which was $189.99 but get this. The $75 for the "comparable" phone would be deducted from the amount, which would leave me with $133.Before I called them, I went to the Cricket store and the man working proceeded to inform me that a company wide email had gone out saying remove the showroom Dream and do not sell anymore at all because of defects and complaints. My Motorola G Power decided to freeze up on me last night around 10pm. I am the type of person who clears their cache often and does daily restarts at random. Upon doing a nightly restart is when it freezes. I am currently stuck on the blue Motorola startup page being that was twenty minutes shy of twelve hours ago at this time. I am unable to enter Recovery Mode although I am able to bring up the Android Menu and proceed through their options. My service is not working after this happening, yes I paid my bill. I also put my SIM in an old Samsung that I have and it turned out to be incompatible with HD Voice. Did not know that was a thing. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix this? I will be going into my local store to inquire more information. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
I purchased a Samsung A53 5G phone and it has worked great up until 2 weeks ago and then all of a sudden it started messing up. It will not allow me to turn on my Bluetooth or my WiFi. It doesn't connect to either one and I need to know what I can do or what could be causing this. Can anybody please give me some advice on how I can fix this without having to purchase a new phone entirely.
