HiJust recently my fairly new S10 has been showing the above message at least once a day, even if I haven't been playing a game. I've had a couple of casual games on my phone since I've had it but this is a recent notification, any idea of how to fix it? I can't delete the optimizer unfortunately.Thanks in advance.
I have an unlimited data plan and I have the LG stylo 6. Everything works fine when I'm connected to my home wifi, but the minute I try to open up a game like Jurassic World Alive or Pokemon go while I'm outside, they take ages to load and don't work properly. Does this happen to anyone else? Or does anyone know what I can do to fix it?
I was locked out of my phone while trying to set it up. Not sure what I hit but now I need a PUK unlock code (what the PUK is that) and pin #. It says the unlock code is 8 digits and the pin # is 4 digits. The message running across the screen also says I have to contact customer service but you’re closed… I have the plastic card the SIM came in but none of the numbers add up to the 12 needed. Can anyone help me decipher the strings of numbers on the plastic SIM punch out card or must I wait until the CRICKETS wake up!!!Thank you in advance for your help..
Is removing the SIM card from my current phone and inserting it to the iPhone I'm switching to good or bad? If it’s bad, I have to upgrade my sim. The sim card my phone uses is nano sim card so I could fit on the sim card tray of the iPhone. Is It Good or Bad? Reply To Let Me Know
Phone is iPhone 13 promax but also could not setup on my old iPhone 7.on the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows call voicemail. when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup and I press pound and my phone number but not setup.when call support, asked for English and then voicemail and only gave two option setup / reset voicemail.when setup it only says hold 1 and doesn’t work.when reset it says reset and when I go voicemail doesn’t prompt change voicemail

Okay so my phone's been fine up until this last software update, and the time change. Now in order to get my phone to display the correct time I have to restart my phone multiple times a day because it'll randomly go back an hour and I never know when it happens. And in my clock app it'll automatically add a home option under the time that says +1 hour. It's really messing up my alarms and things I have in my calendar. How can I fix it please?
Has anyone had success getting 5G service on an unlocked Motorola One 5G Ace? I chatted with Cricket Wireless tech support who confirmed that I have 5G service in my area and my phone is compatibile. Then we went through APN setting changes with no success. The service tech told me to call Motorola because it appeared that my phone doesn't have a toggle setting. I then called Motorola and their tech support told me my phone will automatically switch to 5G when the signal strength is good. Any help the community has would be greatly appreciated .
I recently purchased an unlocked Moto G100 5G phone directly from Motorola. I verified the phone’s IMIE number via the cricket website, which said it was compatible. But when I transferred the SIM from my old Moto Power G phone (approx 18 months old) into the Moto G100 5G phone, I am only connected to the 4G network. I reside in the Dallas, TX commuting area where 5G is available. Do I need to order another SIM card from cricket in order to get my new phone connected to the 5G network? the Moto G100 5G phone did download software from the cricket network and I did reboot it both times it downloaded software from cricket. But it still remains connected to the 4G network. What else do I need to do in order to connect to the 5G network
Here's the deal, last year I moved and switched to Cricket. The phone tech at the store set my phone up, a LG G5 formally T-mobile. After I left the store I realized I could not access the internet. I had a good signal and 4g insignia but if I went into my browser and tried a search it would time out or say no connection.Now here is what is weird, if I type in a specific website anything starting with WWW. it will go straight to the website no problem, but then it hangs if I try and navigate any website it will not. Again it will time out or say no connection. Now it is getting internet as I can use messenger, and email. Plus like I said if I type the website page directly it goes. Apps like whatapp still works but with a long delay, ill send a message and it will go but takes a few minutes.Now i can switch the hotspot on and open my laptop and connect to my phone and use its data and the laptop internet through the phone also works perfectly so again the phone is receiving internet ju
I have a Galaxy S10e, and per Cricket’s page, it is compatible after the 3G sunset. But two days ago it stopped making/receiving calls. Everything else works; text, data, GPS, WiFi, etc, but it won’t make calls, and when someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail, which I can’t get either because I can’t make a call. I never reecived notice from Cricket that I would have an issue with the 3G sunset, which is supported by the fact that my phone is compatible per Cricket’s “3G Sunset” page. I talked w/ Tech Support and after a half-hour, they were able change my LTE to H+ And I was able to make calls, but that only lasted an hour. As soon as I drove away from my house my phone reverted to LTE and I couldn’t make any calls. I stopped at the Burien Cricket store and the lady there told me that my phone isn’t compatible and that Cricket is offering free comparable phones for people affected by the 3G sunset, though then she told me I’m not eligible for some reason. I’m not a customer yet. Can I get a sim card from cricketWireless and purchase onlythe simply data plan? I just want to use data co’z I don’t want to give up on my calland text plan from my current carrier. Also, can I use the sim card (with simply data plan) on my unlocked smartphone?
Sometime around the beginning of March, I purchased a factory unlocked Galaxy S8. Prior to the purchase, I checked with cricket to ensure that the phone would be compatible with their service - I was assured that it would. Phone arrived, and I set it up with no issue - or so I thought. The next nay someone informed me that they had been trying to call me but my phone went straight to VM.A bit odd, I thought, and attempted to call them...and the call would not go through. All Data services were working, the phone showed connected to the cricket network, but I could not make calls. I tried everything I knew to do, reset settings, restarted the phone, etc, to no avail and so I contacted customer support. After literal hours or trying this setting and that setting, the support person informed me that my phone was NOT compatible with cricket service and I’d have to buy a new one. I have a Samsung Z fold 2. I have not been able to call out or receive calls for 3 days now. I've had Samsung look at the phone and they say it is a carrier issue. I've put a friend's SIM card in my unlocked phone, and hers works in my phone. Cricket can't seem to give me answers. Anyone else??

I have a Cricket Dream 5G that I had to purchase last November. I needed more memory so I installed a new Gigastone Micro SD Card 32GB. It is a UHS-U1 A1 Class 10, up to 90MB/s card - whatever that means. The SD Card was never used in any other device. I formatted the card in the phone and set it for only storage in the phone. I did not use the option to use the SD Card in both the phone and a computer.Within days, I started to get errors. The phone would randomly reboot. When the phone completed the reboot process, there would always be a message that the SD Card was missing or that the SD Card was corrupted.I reseated that card multiple times. I reformatted that card multiple times. The phone continued to randomly reboot.I took out that SD Card and put in a second SD Card. The second card was the same specifications as the first. It was also new and had never been used in any other device. Once again, I formatted the SD Card in the phone and set it for only storage in the phone.Once
