I just got a new cricket software update yesterday and ever since any video I've tried to watch has buffered to a point where it's impossible to watch at all. The video will stop like 30 times in one second. And it's not just YouTube because I've tried to watch other videos on other platforms and they've done the same thing. I've never had something happen like this on my phone before this update so I think that it messed something up. I've tried restarting my phone and clearing up space by deleting files and apps but it still doesn't work and I can't think of anything else that'll make it work.
Samsung has told me that the Galaxy 6 Classic Lte smart watch is complatable with Cricket’s service. They say all I need to do is to activate the eSIM with the same SIM number as the phone to be connected to. But according to the posts (over a year old now), they say cricket will NOT support ANY smart watches?My mothers health is failing her and I’d like to get this to watch out for her if she falls etc… Samsung is very convinced that this watch will work as a clone to her phone.Whats the truth?
Hello everyone,I'm having trouble with my Cricket Wireless phone as I can't make or receive any calls. Whenever I try to make a call, it doesn't connect, and I either hear a busy tone or no response at all. The same issue happens when someone tries to call me. Do not buy phones from them. Their customer service and warranty department sucks. I bought a phone on Nov 5, 2023 on Nov 20th it stopped working. We took it in to the cricket store and they told us we had to send it in to get another through warranty. On Nov 21th we dropped it of at UPS. They told us it would be 2-3 business days for us to receive a new one. But because it was the week of thanksgiving I knew it would take longer. So on nov 28 I called and they told me that the phone was still at the UPS store and that they would escalate my claim to the escalation dept, and that I would receive and email with tracking information within 24 hours well that email never came. I asked if I could get a refund and the lady told me no because it was passed the 7 days and that if I wanted to return it I should have done it within the 7 days. SMH I told them that the phone was working fine within the 7 days and I didn’t need to return it them.On Friday Dec 1st I called them again and they t
A couple days ago, I went to my camera roll and saw this small section where my iPhone had generated 2 edits to 2 pictures on my phone. 1 photo had the levels adjusted to it, and the other turned a live photo into a stable loop/gif. For some reason, that section is gone and I don't see any options within my photos to make similar edits.I hope this all made sense, can someone tell me how to get it again? I thought turning the live photo into a stable gif was super cool and would love to do it to some other photos.

I’ve spent hours trying to sus out this issue and get my phone unlocked.every time I click the “unlock phone” option in My Cricket I get this error"the server replied with a Register Response with error code:2"and no one seems to be very familiar with it at customer servicethey had me1.reinstall my cricket app2.update my cricket app3.update the phone4.factory reset the phonethey kept telling me to try another carriers sim in it but I dont have one. finally I found a code to put in the phone by googling the issue that told me my phone was still locked.customer service chat swore the only way they would open a trouble ticket and investigate further was for me to put another carriers sim in the phone and see if it worked.why is is the only way you can tell if the phone is unlocked is to put another carriers sim in? how come there is no clear cut information on what "the server replied with a Register Response with error code:2" means? My screen wont come on and I have it on charger. The screen is showing a android looking bot like he has fallen over and his stomach door is open and it says AP Fastboot Flash Mode (secure) written in red then 9 different one liners of info. written in white. Then Battery Ok (charging) written in Green then two more one liners of info. I try to cut my screen on by holding down the power button The screen goes black the light in top right corner flashes on and off and then the screen goes back to this Ap Fastboot Flash Mode etc… What do I do to have my phone back in use?

I have 4 lines on my plan. We all have the same phones. Both mine and my daughter's lines won't make or receive phone calls. We can text and use data. I have tried switching my sim card to another phone which is also on my plan that is working. That phone would not work with my sim card in it. I have tried driving to another spot closer into town still won't work. I tried turning my phone off and on that didn't work. I tried taking my sim card out that didn't work. I tried clearing the cache that didn't work. I tried to call can't make any calls. I tried to chat held on the chat for over 20 minutes. Then got disconnected. Now they are closed. They are not even open for technical support. This is ridiculous. My bill is paid up. I checked my software is up to date. Here I've been without phones for a day now. This is the biggest crock of#$it ever.
Hi guys.i buy new phone on cricket web..I go to store ,lady activate for me and 2 day later my account was suspended...lady on support center tell me I'm add new line and I need to pay 79 to bring back my services...I got 2 lines only 2 years already...same numbers...they blind? I'm come back to store same day and lady can't explain that action on my account…They change also my payment date.Anyone have situations like this?
I have a Cricket Dream 5g phone for year and half and didn’t look at the setting until now. I find three weird things:Under the setting → About Phone→ SIM status, the ‘Mobile Voice Network Type’ is 4G (my other 5G phone shows LTE); Under the setting → About Phone→ SIM status, the “Mobile Data Network Type” is NR NSA (my other 5G phone shows 5G) Under the setting → Network & internet → Mobile network, the “Mobile data” is gray, can’t turn on/off (my other 5G phone can toggle on/off.Does any one have the same issues? Do you know how to resolve them. I contacted the customer service, they are not able to resolve these issues and not be able to get hold anyone in the warranty department, being disconnected twice.
I see at least one other has had a similar problem and this is my question, which does not need a "walk-through" reply, telling me how to remove a number that is in my settings…📷... what is the default number for cricket, for forwarding calls to voicemail... if I need that to be set. I have this number on my settings and I did not program that number in. I also do not click on messages or answer calls from people I don't know, so I've no idea how I could have been hacked and this number is listed as being a known high risk number, and those people also did not put that number in their settings. The only other way this number could have made it into my settings is if Cricket software/returns department put it there. I would think Cricket would be able to find out who owns that number and give me the information if it is offensive/risk. I would be willing to file charges seeing as how I'm fed up with the Vultures/California Condors and their antics, if Cricket themselves cannot do so...
I bought the flip 5 and was able to get it activated in store, (I bought it unlocked from amazon) but when I was finishing set up to make calls and stuff It didn't work. I was wondering if it's not compatible yet because it's new and if it will be available soon? What should I do in the meantime without getting rid of this phone or costing too much?
So I've had my Ovation 2 for a couple of months and each time I reply to an SMS from the notification in the status bar it sends me the same messaging notification the second it sends my response. I've reset all settings, I've factory reset phone, and I've done software updates. Nothing I've tried fixes it. Please help, it is driving me insane.
I have a moto stylus 5g and a few days ago my phone just started dropping calls in the middle of conversation. Now I don't have Internet service. I can't call Cricket for help so I'm reaching out on my husband's phone. At this point do I need to factory reset...would rather not but I need my phone to start working again. I work in the Technology division for a school district. The district just rolled out Passpoint-WIFI in all of our buildings. They also moved our division-issued iPhones from Verizon to T-Mobile, and pushed down a policy that connects them to Passpoint. They seem to work fine.The issue I’m having is that I have a personal iPhone XR (iOS 17.1) on Cricket Wireless that works so-so on Passpoint. Specifically, the iPhone email app will not refresh and get updates. It just spins. I use Gmail as my email provider.Some other apps that I have installed that use Internet access, such as Grammarly also time out.I have Googled the crap out of this and have found nothing that helps.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Greetings fellow cricket fans,I'm hoping some of you can help explain an issue I consistently face when trying to stream cricket matches online - the video quality is awful!Whether I'm using free streaming sites or even paid services like Willow and Hotstar, the video is almost always blurry, pixelated, stuttering, and just hard to watch. This makes it really difficult to follow the action and enjoy the games.My internet connection speeds are pretty good. I get over 50 Mbps download on Speedtest. So I don't think it's on my end.A few questions for the community:Are cricket streaming services just lower quality overall compared to other sports? Is there a setting I'm missing to bump up the video resolution? Are there any streaming sites you'd recommend that offer consistently high-def cricket streams? I have moto 5g stylus 2023. I try to use Google maps today and my gps would not move. I download WAZE app and the GPS just keeps moving. I try to play Pokemon go and I have tons of movement. It's like it can't pick up my phone. I reset wifi, Bluetooth. I reset my phone. Idk what's happening.
I placed an order for 2 iPhone 6s for my daughter and niece.... For some reason by me ordering after 2pm ET the order was placed the next day which was the 25th of February.... The 27th comes around and still no phones, I called to see what's the hold up, and was told it phones will be there tomorrow the 28th....That time comes and still no phones....So Saturday morning I called to find out that my phones was delayed at 5 in the morning..... Somebody from the office will notify me about my order.... Let hours pass on (Saturday) and decided to call back and get your phones have been cancelled, okay.... (So where's my refund).I was told I will have it in my bank no later than Wednesday which was the 4th of March....Checked my card nothing, even called the operated for my card and was told nothing was sent back from cricket.... Calls cricket back and explain to them (still on the 4th)that I haven't received my order or refund so what the hell is going on! Next thing I know is a ticket is
I had the Nokia C1 last year and I disliked it, so not even 3 weeks ago I "upgraded" to the Cricket Ovation, and I effing HATE it! The battery will not charge. It might go up 2-3% after being on charge for an hour, but I'll look again 10 minutes later-- still on charge-- and it's dropped at least 10%!!! It was finally up to 80% about 12 hours ago... It's currently in 57%, and yet again it's been in charge this whole time! And let's talk about how it starts lagging then freezes up completely! Most of my memory is still free. I don't run apps in the background. There is no reason for it to do this every time I turn around! If runs redonkulously slow. I find it funny that it has 4 stars on the website, but everytime I tried to leave a review, the page suddenly disappeared. Wtf is that about?!The only good thing about this phone is the screen size.
