My sister's New A13 5G phone won't turn on or charge after she let the battery die completely when she got it on Black Friday. We took it to a Cricket Store, but apparently they weren't a real store only one of Crickets Associates Store, therefore couldn't exchange the phone for a new one. We gave them the phone for a week but they didn't do anything, it was just sitting in the backroom untouched or fixed. They gave the phone back and told us to do it online instead. My sister wants her new phone that she paid from saving up money fixed because she needs a phone for her school and so my parents can call her.
My aunt, uncle and I all shared a phone plan. My uncle passed away about a year ago and i have his old phone. I took it to my local Cricket store to ask about having it unlocked or what we would have to do to meet the requirements to unlock the phone but for some reason i couldn't get a response? The man helping us just simply said they don't know why its locked or how to unlock it. We originally thought it was unlocked to begin with considering he had it for 2 years, but when we had put a different sim into it, it locked all of us on the phone plan out of our service and we had to go in to get it fixed. I just want to know why its locked and what needs to be done to unlock it even though its just going to be used on the same carrier?
I found a notification on my phone that "Apps Installed by Mobile Services theScoop." Why? And it can't be uninstalled only disabled. So in addition to the pre-installed bloatware, cricket adds to it after service is initiated? I don't want this crAPP on my phone? How do I prevent future unauthorized downloads by cricket or anyone else?
To whom it may concern I am going to address a serious issue with the lies in which your company is doing. And Furthermore I do accept you too address this issue, as I am a cricket customer and have been for several years now and Furthermore I am more than upset by the blantly scamming people in general saying that the phone is a 28.8 megapixel camera! Sorry to say that when you add each individual camera and you divide its software into four cameras at 7.2 megapixels you don't have a camera that produces 28.8 megapixels you actually have a camera that is just as bad as if you were to have purchased a regular phone with one camera such as a 3G smartphone seriously lying to your consumers about their software in there useless phone that is complete junk is seriously wrong infact it's illegal to do anything like that! My old phone (LG Stylo 5+) bricked recently and i got a new phone under cricket (Moto g pure) however on my old phone I had some locked folders, and thus files, in my photo gallery all of which were stored on my SD card. When I put the SD card into my new phone all my unlocked files are available, but my locked ones, while showing up in the files app, say that they are unable to open/play. I need access to my photos and videos again but don't know how to get access to the without my old phone, which as mentioned before is completely bricked and unable to turn on period.
So to start off i had cricket and my phone for the 6 month time period and also met the other requirements to get the unlock code, so i could switch carriers, and i went through the process and all seemed good to go but when i switched over to the new Carrier I had signal/data issues where I would have no service or data, but it would periodically work just fine(good signal and all) just thought is was on their end and after taking with thier customer support they never where able to help me out with the issues but never mentioned anything about my phone being locked or unlocked so i switched carriers again, still having the same issues but this time they tell me my new Carrier tells me my phone is locked, so I'm I try and sign back into my old cricket account and I can't, I have he correct sign in information but can't login to try an unlock my phone again, so I've just been pretty much wasting time and money service I can't use because as it turns out my phone was never really unlock
I filed a warranty claim. They told me if I sent my phone through UPS by 4pm I would get my replacement within two business days. I take my phone to the nearest UPS location by my job after my shift ends at 3pm. It's turned in at 3:25pm. What they failed to mention was that it was supposed to be done before Eastern Time. I live in Chicago, so I guess I ended up turning it in at 4:25pm. That was done Wednesday 11/16/2022. It's already 11/25/2022 and I still haven't gotten my replacement. It's been more than a week and there is no update on the website apart from saying the RA number was created. I got an email 3 days in a row, all at 2-3am saying it's being processed and that they'll send my replacement when thats done. What happened to the TWO days I was told?
I was locked out of my phone while trying to set it up. Not sure what I hit but now I need a PUK unlock code (what the PUK is that) and pin #. It says the unlock code is 8 digits and the pin # is 4 digits. The message running across the screen also says I have to contact customer service but you’re closed… I have the plastic card the SIM came in but none of the numbers add up to the 12 needed. Can anyone help me decipher the strings of numbers on the plastic SIM punch out card or must I wait until the CRICKETS wake up!!!Thank you in advance for your help..

Im a loyal customer for yrs with 5 lines all have insurance!!!! i just put a claim for the 6 because of its awful freezing screens. voice asst comes on by itself , power the phone off and since day one it takes 10 to 15 min to come back on!!!! I saw the neg..reviews when it came out BUT BEING A LOYAL STYLO FAN ive had the 3, 4, 5 and NOW THE TOXIC 6.....im heartbroken !!! As i sit here and wait for the warranty dept to call me back they want to offer to replace it , when i have full knowledge FROM ASSURION that the amount of claims on this device will blow your mind!!!! So cricket stop offering a phone that within a few months will start malfunctioning , i get it to those that love it ...HEY THAT WAS ME MAN ...i saved to upgrade and now they want to give me another , this will be 3 now COME ON GET THE HINT !!! I have been with Cricket for several years. I've been using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and never had a problem. All of a sudden last week my text messages stopped sending to people 50% of the time (I can receive text messages just fine.) When I send a text, half of the texts I send will have a blue spinning circle next to them and then an error message pops up that says "message failed" and my phone asks me to review the message and try again. Sometimes when I click "retry" it will send. Sometimes it won't. It happens no matter if I'm on wifi or not, and I for sure have full service. I've tried making sure my phone's SMSC number hasn't been changed or deleted. It hasn't. I refreshed it just in case. I've tried clearing the messaging cashe. Turning airplane mode on then off. Resetting my phone. Nothing has fixed the issue. What isn't making sense to me is the fact that some messages are sending and some aren't. I am on the 3rd Dream 5g due to issues with the phone which resulted in warranty replacement. Don't think for a moment that means the company is taking care of my phone issues. The third phone is here, and has the same problems minus strange functioning "on its own" but then, it's early yet. The biggest problem is that the phone will not maintain a data signal. The result is that you cannot rely on the phone to connect to the internet when you need it. Further, while it does usually connect for regular surfing, playing my game (I have been unable to utilize my subscription) has, thus far, been impossible. I don't actually know how many movies I have watched half or three quarters of because of lost connection, and many days I have tried multiple times and at various times and just been unable to watch at all. All 3 phones have greyed out data buttons, I cannot toggle data off to save battery or any other reason. The store employees all have tried to no avail to figure out why, how to
I recently became a Cricket customer and have no issues until lately. My boyfriend is also a Cricket customer and recently our text messages to each other have not been going through. I will text him and my text goes through on my end but he never receives it and vice versa. It has become so annoying that we have been messaging on another forum just so we make sure the other gets the message. What is going on? Or what can we do to get our texts to actually go through?!
my cricket sim card has become unuseable PUK locked because i put it in a verizon phone to see if it would work
I put my cricket sim card in a Verizon network locked phone I was trying to see if it was unlocked. I put my sim back in my cricket phone and it said PUK locked 10 chances so I put in 00000000 and it says to reset new pin so I did then it would ask me to do it again but now 9 chances all the way and now my cricket sim is unusable on my cricket phone.
