So, I work on the first floor of an office building. This isn't an ideal place for cell service. I in fact switched over to Cricket for the fact that the people around me that would get any kind of service at all, were with Cricket. So after switching I've had mediocre service for the past 8 months. 1-3 bars, which wasn't great, but I could stream youtube, podcasts, surf the web, text, answer phone calls and it was better than anyone else had from what I had noticed. For whatever reason last Friday the service plummeted and I wasn't able to do anything at all inside the building, even in areas I use to get even better service than at my desk. A few people around me who use to get no service at all with other providers are now getting service. I'm just wondering that has anything to do with my loss of service. I'm on my second day of having absolutely nothing unless I stand outside in the freezing cold, and even then nothing comes in unless I stand far enough away from the building. I l
I'm disappointed that Cricket only allows a MAXIMUM of 10 people to send a group text to. I know other carriers are not limited like this. I have at times the need to send out a group text to 18 people. This 10 person limit is just an arbitrary limit set by Cricket. If other carriers aren't limited I'm sure technically Cricket could expand the number of recipients.This is just my feedback. I'm sure there are other people that would appreciate this 10 person cap being expanded.
Why is cricket geared to new customers and people that are already customers get highjacked on price of phone. Upgrade is a joke have to pay to activate a phone even though you are already a member of cricket new customers get free phones big discounts on phones if you belong nothing but extra money not cool vricket
Can I have a tablet on it's own line of service? I do have hot spot on my phone but it is not elgible on Cricket. However, I would just rather have a dedicated line than having to go thru the intermediary steps of the hot spot. Is this possible?
My BUSINESS number was ported our 10/25/19 to H2O wireless. Cricket has NOT been of any help! I’ve called countless amounts of times went they are telling me to be patient. How can I be patient when I am not making ANY MONEY????? I’ve talked to countless supervisors and CSR they are treating me like I’ve done this to my own account!!!! Tomorrow is day 6 without my phone. DAY 6 without making any money!!! Cricket DOES NOT CARE!!! When I get my number back. I AM LEAVING THIS SH*THOLE!!!
Does anyone else have a serious problem getting a connection in Norfolk Va, specifically in the Willoughby-Ocean View Area?? I am getting so aggrevated with such poor service that I'm ready to forget about saving a few dollars each month and switch carriers. After all what sense does it make to save a few bucks if I can't use the service anyway!
I currently have a Google device that is rolling out universal RCS support but do to cricket not having the pixel family in it's supported devices it's causing issues with my device. That being said are there plans to implement the pixel series into support devices or am I going to have to switch to another service? Coming from a Cricket Employee here.
I am trying to set up voicemail for the first time on my room mates coolpad canvas.According to instructions,press and hold the 1.When i did that,it ask me to enter the 10 digit number i was trying to reach.Well i don't know what 10 digit number they are talking about.Would somebody please explain this to me step by step.Thank you very much.
Hi, I got my new cricket wireless LG Stylo 3 two days ago and am getting used to it. I've never had an Android phone before. I have three problems going on right now:1. When I started my phone, I noticed that I had a TOOLS folder. Then this morning it disappeared. I can't find it anywhere.2. Being a Mac person, I went to create a new tool folder and then I noticed that I can't move my apps around at all. They are stuck in one place so I couldn't move anything and I was unable to create any folders. What to do? And why did the TOOLS folder disappear? They must be related.3. And lastly, I am unable to set up visual voicemail. It starts to and stops in the process. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you, Martha
I am a new customer and am ready to leave Cricket. No one speaks or understands English in customer service to a degree where they can assist me. So I am hoping someone here can. Cricket must block shortcut texts. I need to resolve this is there a way that I can do it myself since customer service is useless.
On Oct 14 I paid my bill in store $139 . On Oct 15 I added a line and changed my plan to the 4 lines for 100. I paid another 45 to start thithis plan etc. On Oct 16 I called because I got to thinking i should have a $39 credit at least. I was told no $18.99 was my credit, initially. Then the rep "researched my account" I was told I was being charged $20 for hotspot on two lines. He could remove that and credit the $20 back. I told him yes because I didn't even know I had hotspot and do not need it as I have wifi at home. He removed and said my bill for Nov would be $60 and some change. I looked today to pay my bill and it still only showed 18.99 credit. I called customer service. I was put on hold then hung up on. I called back and once sent to a rep I was automatically hung up on. I called back two more times and on the fourth try I spoke with someone who informed me I was pretty much out of luck they don't refund hotspot. (Had I been told this initially that would have been fine) I c
When we buy new phones we keep the old ones (that still work) and put a couple off to the side just recharging occasionally. My question is can we reactive one of our old cricket phones on another one of our lines if needed or does it need to be the same line? I would think since it's a cricket phone it can be any line but just wanted to check. And yes, I'm sure there would be an activation fee but still the best deal for five phones I've found. Thanks.
I have owned a Samsung Galaxy Halo phone for several years and all that time I had WiFi Hot Spot access for which I paid an extra fee. Recently I changed to the "Unlimited & 15GB Mobile Hotspot" plan and suddenly lost WiFi Hot Spot access. I called the customer several times and asked why my WiFi Hot Spot was cut off. They told me that I lost access because I change plans and the Hot Spot would not work with the Galaxy Halo. I asked then to be switched me back to my old plan and they told me that could not be done. They proceded told me that my only recourse was to purchase a new phone. Told them that I paid a lot of money for my Galaxy Halo and expected it to provide WiFi hot spot access. I explained to them that it was ILLEGAL to charge me for WiFi Hot Spot access and not provide that service. Only after that remark did they offer to give me credit. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE?CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO ACCESS A PERSON AT CUSTOMER SERV
I deleted by mistake the number of the voicemailit is a 10-digit number which is saved in the Phone app's settingIn my device it is in the following path:Phone (app) > Settings > SIM 2 (I have dual SIM) > More > Voicemail > Voicemail numberThis is where the 10-digit number should appear in full, however, in my case it is just the digit 1, therefore, when I press on '1' in the dial pad to access the voicemail it dials just '1' which goes nowhere.Please help, even though it might be saved in a different location in your device it should still be the same number for all Cricket subscribers
I purchased the $5 plan yesterday, arrived in country today, trying to call my hotel, I get a pop-up telling me that mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call. I have no bars. Do I need to turn on international roaming in settings? I tried that but got a warning that significant charges may be incurred so I turned it right back off. Please help! Thanks!
My phone software was recently updated on my s9 as it stated that advanced messaging was a new feature but when I tested it out it didn't work. Does it not apply to cricket or specific phones? For me so send videos I have to use WhatsApp if not the video is poor quality. And knowing that a message was sent or read or the person is doing is an awesome feature.
Ima on the Unlimited data plan but it seems im not getting what i paid for (ANYTHING i do ONLINE is slow at loading) movies stop while watching, music buffs,games freezes... What is going on Cricket? Iv called time after time, we go thru a handful of steps.. like for instance turn data on than off,turn phone on than for five minutes than back on. Turn wifi off hotspot on off. Only helps for a day maybe two days ...
