I live in a town of 12,000 people in southern Vermont and recently I can get only 1 bar of signal in some parts of town and no signal at all in other parts of town. This is a recent change over the summer. Nearby towns or even out on the freeway it is fine as before. Zip Code 05301. Does anyone know what is going on or am I going to have to find a new carrier?
So 1. I have to watch a freaking video to even learn how to refer a friend? Why does your website not provide enough information on nearly every topic? Your video is slow. I can read words and learn quickly. Unless you make that difficult too. Have a video for those who want to watch it and WORDS for those who don’t. Even those who watch the video need the damn link. Sometime last week RCS features on my Moto G7 started working, which I was excited about. These sort of features I have missed dearly since my days on an iPhone. Then on Friday or Saturday they abruptly stopped working. When I went into settings to make sure they were still activated I got a message saying: "your carrier does not currently support this feature." Why would this start working and then be taken away? Is this something Cricket is actively blocking?
I am a single mother who lost not one, but two jobs three weeks ago. My phone bill is getting ready to roll around and for the first time I'm not going to be able to pay it. Not only do I use my phone in distress and watch a movie after I put my child to bed. I use it for her to learn on she is 3 years old is my phone going to be turned off?
Why is cricket geared to new customers and people that are already customers get highjacked on price of phone. Upgrade is a joke have to pay to activate a phone even though you are already a member of cricket new customers get free phones big discounts on phones if you belong nothing but extra money not cool vricket
HelloI activated my turbo 2 hotspot on the $60 unlimited premium plan so we could watch YouTube on our TV and computer. It was my understanding from the website that it wouldn't be throttled no matter how much data we used. Well at 15gb data used we are now throttled and unable to watch anything through the hotspot. So is it unlimited or not?
Upgraded to a Pixel 3A running Android Q 6/5 build. Visual Voicemail indicates that I have 1 new message, but (also) says "You must have Cricket Wireless service to use Cricket Visual Voicemail" and closes after clicking "OK".Multiple Uninstalling, and re-installing does nothing to resolve the issue (and, yes, I did grant the all the requested permissions).Long time Cricket customer, and no problems with Visual Voicemail with Android Oreo. (I think I successfully used the app when I was on Android Pie, but not 100% certain)
Been with Cricket for 5 years. The reception here has degraded so bad even though we live only 4 miles away from the tower. It cuts on and off every few minutes. As I'm trying to post for anyone to help, I've lost connection 5 times. Make that 6. Ugh, 7 times 😪 Brand New phones didn't fix the problem. Any suggestions?
I have 2 cricket software update apps running on my phone. Both have different version numbers, both have different permissions, and one says device management after I get to the advanced settings. Which is supposed to be there? One is version 28.00.006 and the other is version 9.00.02
Would the bring your own phone plan work with veiaro wireless phones. ive tried straight talk and net ten and neither will work do to the lack of at&t and t-mobile towers in the area. Veiaro works with both of those towers and dont want to continue with veiaro and dont want to change my phone just yet.
I did a factory reset on my Oneplus 6, put in my wife's simm and set it up. Everything works fine except she can't receive texts from our son who is on the same account. She can send him texts. I've checked for blocking and deleted the contact. She can receive group texts from him. Tried clearing the storage an cache under apps. No clue what else to try.
I purchased a phone Samsung s9+. Is working perfectly. The hotspot is working, yet the cricket is not allowing me to purchase that monthly fee for hotspot, the rules states you must choose the right phone to work with that hotspot feature. My phone us working. Yet I'm not allowed to use it, I want to pay the hotspot, so I can use my iPad since my vision is not that great, the cricket is telling me the phone does not qualify. I am a with cricket for past 8 years. I don't understand why can't I just pay the fee for hotspot and let me use it????????
My Normal hotspot usage apx. 10gigs per 7-10 days. I was on vacation (left my phone at home, turned off) and they're trying to charge me for my hotspot use like a normal month. I got back and the 1st day they're telling me, I'm out of hotspot data. So I pay it and get another 10gigs. Boom they cut it off in 2 days. I'm not sure what kind of racket cricket is running, but I filed an official complaint with FCC. If they're doing this to you I suggest you do the same. I'm calling the Pennsylvania Attoney Generals office in the am as well. This looks criminal from my house and I happen to know a thing or 2 about a thing or 2.
I just got my cricket account and new phone with card to choose my plan I chose the $40 plana none of it working
I got my new cricket phone I bought the phone and service payment card from Fred Meyer I followed the directions to activate it they never works I can't even call 611 with it it says my number is suspended I don't even and it says when you look at your phone information that the phone number is unknown I'm very frustrated and need to get this fixed does anyone know what is going on
