Mobile hotspot problem

Hi! I have a Galaxy S7 Edge phone that was running my mobile hotspot just fine this morning but now all of a sudden when I turn it on, it says I don't have it in my plan. I then proceeded to upgrade to the $60 plan and still get the same message when I try to turn on the hotspot. I am so confused right now :(

Voice mail setup issue

Recently went with cricket, the problem: every time i try to setup voicemail by holding down the one key, the recording tells me that my voice mailbox is not setup, goodbye and then hangs up.  How in gods name am i suppose to set it up if it want give me the option after holding down the key.

Caller ID & Call forwarding grayed out on new phone

I recently changed phones in my plan from a 4 yr. old Motorola X Pure to their new Moto G Power.  I switched the SIM card from the old phone to the new one, that went smoothly but there's one glitch with the phone, the Caller ID and Call Forwarding options in the phone app when selected bring up a pop-up message "Network or SIM Card error) when selected.  The features worked just fine in the Moto X (Android 7); the new phone is Android 10.  Both were factory unlocked when purchased.I contacted Cricket support, or what passes for support, to be told "it's the phone".    Makes no sense since this is ALL on the network side.  I contact Motorola, they say the carrier is blocking the features (which I assumed all along).  I look in forums here and elsewhere and it was always the  carrier at fault.Any way out of this except the cop-out from Cricket (except switching to another carrier, which I am considering based on recent problems, like calls th

Cricket needs to come clean on RCS messaging?

RCS messaging has become the default messaging platform for Android phones. Last month mine and my wife's phone (both Moto G7+) briefly had RCS messaging for two full days before it stopped working. At first trying to access this function via the settings gave me an error "your carrier does not currently support this function." The next day it worked again, then again stopped working. This time the https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/ https://happymod.site/ warning changed to "your device does not currently support this function." The second warning I know is untrue as it worked just fine the day before.The only answer has to be cricket is actively blocking this function. I don't know why. Maybe it's a stall until they find a way to monetize it or maybe they're doing it to force people to buy one of the few phones they allow it on. Doesn't matter to me, I just want it to work.Barring that, I want an explanation why cricket is blocking it.

Always showing one voicemail waiting even if voice mailbox is empty

Hardware: ZTE Altair 2OS: Brew MP version 1.0.4.470Under Mainmenu > Messaging, the Voicemail line always shows one message waiting.  This is true even if there are no messages waiting.  If there is more than one message waiting, then the Voicemail line shows the correct number of messages waiting.  How can I arrange for the Voicemail line to show no messages waiting when the Voicemail mailbox is empty?

WIFI SHUT OFF, anyone else have this issue?

For some reason My WIFI turned off, without warning. About the same time as a cricket update. I have been sitting in my house for three months, playing the same stupid games on the same stupid WIFI, Waiting on the COVID all clear to resume normal life. Then For some reason my WIFI disconnected, without any Warning, and I used a Months’ worth of high speed Data, in Two days. While sitting Literally 6 feet from my WIFI router. I went into settings reset my WIFI, and turned off Cellar Data; so I should be good to go,  But I literally threw away a hole months’ worth of high speed data, because I did not know I was using it,If your reading this Make sure your wifi is still connected.

I'm heading to UK and then to Cyprus soon and need to know if cricket offers text and wireless services at reasonable rates while there.  What are the rates for texting and phone calls in the UK and in Cyprus and where would I find that information?  Does cricket offer any text and wireless service plans for these countries that would allow me to use my US phone while there?  If not, any suggestions on how to get text and wireless services using my cricket account while in these countries that don't costs loads of $$$$$$$$$$?

I understand the reason for the prohibition of continuous, full time or dedicated data connections if the application occupies significant bandwidth.My application would involve an outbound continuous data stream of 24kbps to a specific server. Inbound data would be only connections initiated from the server (rarely done once established) to adjust or reset the device. On the cricket app, I received a message stating I passed my 22 gb for the month and could be slowed down when tower is congested. Does this mean we get 22 gigs priority data ? , Then get deprioratized ? I was under the impression that we were deprioratized from the start!

Wifi calling

My wifi calling is not turning on. I set the emergency address but it still won't turn on. It says address is verified and wifi calling will turn on in a few minutes but days later it still not working. It used to work until covid crap happened and couldn't pay bill. When I finally was able to turn it back on it wouldn't work after that.

Other Service Providers have a missed call information service:Make sure you haven't missed that all important call while your phone was switched off by subscribing to the Missed Call Information service. Get SMS alerts as soon your phone is switched on to get details of who called you and when.I travel a lot and this would help me, does Cricket have this feature?Thanks!

I understand cricket runs off AT&T towers and they claim to have the fastest speeds available, but are we pulling in the same speed as an AT&T (prepaid/postpaid) customer? Or are we throttled down?
