Ima on the Unlimited data plan but it seems im not getting what i paid for (ANYTHING i do ONLINE is slow at loading) movies stop while watching, music buffs,games freezes... What is going on Cricket? Iv called time after time, we go thru a handful of steps.. like for instance turn data on than off,turn phone on than for five minutes than back on. Turn wifi off hotspot on off. Only helps for a day maybe two days ...
Hello! A couple of days ago, I tried to switch my plan using the cricket app on the phone by choosing ‘Edit Plan’. Also, I chose the option to switch the plan ‘today’ (rather than waiting till the end of my billing cycle). However, when I check my account either via the website or the app, my old plans shows.How long does it take for Cricket to switch to the new plan I have chosen?
Sometime last week RCS features on my Moto G7 started working, which I was excited about. These sort of features I have missed dearly since my days on an iPhone. Then on Friday or Saturday they abruptly stopped working. When I went into settings to make sure they were still activated I got a message saying: "your carrier does not currently support this feature." Why would this start working and then be taken away? Is this something Cricket is actively blocking?
Hello was wondering if anyone can help with these two questions i have because i am considering using Cricket.First question is, are the phone plans have contracts?And if I were not able to pay for service, will Cricket deactivate my phone rendering it completely useless as to where i can not use my phone's Wifi?
For some reason My WIFI turned off, without warning. About the same time as a cricket update. I have been sitting in my house for three months, playing the same stupid games on the same stupid WIFI, Waiting on the COVID all clear to resume normal life. Then For some reason my WIFI disconnected, without any Warning, and I used a Months’ worth of high speed Data, in Two days. While sitting Literally 6 feet from my WIFI router. I went into settings reset my WIFI, and turned off Cellar Data; so I should be good to go, But I literally threw away a hole months’ worth of high speed data, because I did not know I was using it,If your reading this Make sure your wifi is still connected.
I live in a rural area, and I have checked the coverage map for my exact home location. It shows that I should be able to get 3G and LTE coverage. However, I've had issues with other providers (also showing I can get decent coverage), and I get no bars at all.I am wondering; IF my I buy service and my phone does not work at my house... will I be able to get a refund for the plan and sim card fees?
When I have a voicemail I click on my visual voicemail app click on speaker & press play, it plays for 2 seconds & stops on it's own deselecting the speaker button on it's own. I have to press play & speaker again. I've never had this problems using visual voicemail with another carrier.
Hi, my name is Rita SanterI have been a customer for a few years and my husband & I are consider great customers because we always pay our bills very early. In my opinion, i think it would be good to treat the good customers great but in reality it's the opposite. I bought a Nokia 3.1 at least 2 months ago and this phone is consider one of the worst phone that i ever hold in my hand. My phone was unable to get charged and retain the charges for days so this morning i went to the dealer where i bought the phone and he had told me that they have been having issues with that bran to call and the warranty dept would take my info and send me a new one but to my surprise i was being tossed around like a rug. I started my process early in the day and it's almost 7 PM the problem is not solved. We are living in a difficult time so understand the customers and help them solved their problems can be an A+ for any company but for cricket i give you a F- because your people don't underst
Since March 1st I haven’t been getting any service where I live and before I could..I made a complaint and they said their working on the tower and it would be fixed.So I had service for a week or two and now I have No Service again.Can you please get the towers situated with my area so I can have coverage.
Does anyone know if I sign up for HBO Max do I lose my $5/month discount for auto payment? I don’t want HBO bad enough to lose my $5 discount. I have called support twice asking about this and they won’t tell me the answer, which is pretty infuriating. You hire people from different countries who don’t understand the question and you don’t train them well enough to answer the question and that’s the face you give your customer when they need help.
Why is cricket geared to new customers and people that are already customers get highjacked on price of phone. Upgrade is a joke have to pay to activate a phone even though you are already a member of cricket new customers get free phones big discounts on phones if you belong nothing but extra money not cool vricket
I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ and I want to know if the Mobile Hotspot feature will work on the S8+. All of the S line is listed as being compatible with the HotSpot but not the Plus versions. I chatted online and the support person at first responded yes the S8 will work but then I re-clarified that I was asking about the S8+. The said only if I purchased the phone from Cricket. They don't sell an S8+ so obviously that doesn't help and I don't want to buy a new phone. So I went to a store and they were even more clueless than than the CSR so I thought while I was at the store they could provide me a SIM to test. They said I could purchase a SIM and try it but if it didn't work they couldn't give me a refund. That is absurd! All I want to know is will the Mobile Hotpost work on my phone before I purchase a SIM. I currently use the phone with Simple Mobile on the TMobile network. It used to be an ATT phone.
