It says phones are free with a $60 account. With two lines the most expensive account is $45, so how does that makes sense? It says the $60 account must be maintained for 2 months, but you can only change pricing every 6 months, so the $60 account would have to be maintained for 6 months. No? It excluded ports from ATT. I am on Consumer Cellular, a ATT MVNO. Does that qualify?
When my ex receives delivery reports on her Samsung A51 (with straight talk) phone for sent text it shows my number. She is accusing me of hacking her phone and is threatening to contact someone (police I guess). I didn't even know there were delivery reports for texts until now. She was cheating. She tried to prove she wasn't cheating by giving me gmail pswd. I logged in on my phone and somehow her contacts were added to my contacts. I am not sure if this has anything to do with this. But I am no longer logged in to her gmail. I have went everywhere looking for these msgs. For one I would like to see them but also I need to stop this in case she does contact somebody. I do not want there to be accidental evidence. My phone is an LG stylo and I have cricket. I am attaching the image she sent me for proof. My number is redacted.
I just got my cricket account and new phone with card to choose my plan I chose the $40 plana none of it working
I got my new cricket phone I bought the phone and service payment card from Fred Meyer I followed the directions to activate it they never works I can't even call 611 with it it says my number is suspended I don't even and it says when you look at your phone information that the phone number is unknown I'm very frustrated and need to get this fixed does anyone know what is going on
I just received my Cricket Dream 5G a few days ago and just live it so far.I am a new customer and wanted something with a unlimited plan that never slows down no matter how much GB you use.Well looking over my plan which I have the $60 one says my data will never slow down cause I have the premium plan..SO IS THIS TRUE IT NEVER SLOWS DOWN NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU USE?It also says cricket forever and I have 5G and pretty much do 97% of the time.
I tried to add a new phone 10 days ago and apperantly I inputted some incorrect information to port my current number in its been stuck In limbo ever since and I've made several calls to customer support and haven't received any resolution. All I want to do is cancel the order and start over. Is there any easy way to do this or do I have to wait on hold for another 2 hours just to still get nothing done?
tried to set up hbo max on my new iphone 12 pro max. says can not verify subscriptionuninstalled app on iphone , reinstalled app still same issue. logged into my cricket with no issues.HBO MAX keeps saying can not verify subscriptionI have the unlimited cricket more phone plan.HELP
Moving to remote area . No Satatlite signal for WiFi No cable . People there now are using phone to do all their internet connections . Have strong phone signal . Can I tether a cricket phone to my computer ; so I have a bigger screen to work from. Hoping for a limitless wireless plan . Area code 21561 .
So I just opened a new line with cricket and they made me start with the $60 unlimited plan. I want to switch over to the $40 10GB plan but I’m not sure if I’ll lose out on my hotspot and HBO Max since I already paid for this month. Should I switch over to the $40 plan a couple days before my bill cycle? Or can I do it today and still have the benefits on my account until next month.
I ordered a phone in September which UPS lost, therefore I never received it. I have worked with UPS on them saying that they take full responsibility, and will pay for another phone, but will need Cricket to sign paperwork to allow me to get a new one. No matter how many times I and UPS has reached out to Cricket, they have done nothing. I talk to people on the phone (Cricket Customer Service) and they either say that there is no case or that it’s UPS that I have to deal with. On top of this, I have received an email saying that if I don’t activate the phone, I will lose my service. I don’t have the phone! How can I activate something that I don’t have? Will I lose service on the phone I already have? What can be done about this? I just want my phone or my money back.
I have a mr1100 netgear nighthawk hotspot that I had trouble activating due to wrong Apn.. it works fine but when I tried to upgrade to a mr5100…5g nighthawk it doesn’t work at all…I’ve tried Apn change to 4/4 but no help….anyone successfully using a mr5100.?.?
