Hello,I have a Samsung A52. The last couple of days I am having an issue in certain areas of town, including my job. I cannot get a 5G connection. In fact many of the apps, including the app store say “no internet connection” and my browser often states that I have no internet connection (but then the page appears). The No connection/poor connection is annoying as I am paying for unlimited service. I do turn on Wi-Fi at home but not at work. I would like to know if you are upgrading something in the area, so maybe that is causing my service disruption? Or is the phone I bought not good enough anymore?
Will cricket core plan work with an unlocked and compatible 4G router? I want to temporarily use the mobile data included in the plan. My phone’s broken and I can’t replace it as of this time. But I badly need to use mobile data / hotspot to connect to family and friends using my laptop. Anyone knowledgeable on this? I don’t want to upgrade to the Simply data plan that’s $55/month.It’s too expensive.
It started with a text message informing me that I needed to update my phone or I would cancel my number as a mandatory treaty (the "mandatory" comes from my subjective dislike now).Of course, I did as required by the short message and updated my mobile phone with the help of online customer service. Everything went well until a few days later when I still didn't receive my mobile phone, I checked my email and found that there was something wrong with the address.(Considering I copy and paste every time, I find it hard to believe I sent it to the wrong address)That's when things got out of hand.I used tracking mail and was told that the phone I ordered had been returned.I first contacted the customer service person online again. In the US 2-1-1 is an essential community services number and my county public health department uses this for scheduling appointments. There isn’t another number to call. When I dial it I always get a cricket response, “The service you’re calling is not available from this location. If this is an emergency, call 9-1-1.” I’ve then had friends who use different phone services call to make appointments for me. This has happened multiple times. Can any US-based cricket customers confirm if they’re able to successfully call 2-1-1, OR if they get the same message it’s unavailable and to call 9-1-1? Is this just not supported by the network? I have never experienced anything but poor customer service when dealing with Cricket. Tonight I have a different image of Cricket because of my interaction with Polly (through chat) She acknowledged my loyalty as a customer and fully understood what I was wanting to achieve. She thoroughly explained everything to me and was very personable as well as professional. Polly, if you read this, I want you to know how appreciative I am of your efforts tonight. After finding out my payment was magically going up $30, you at least softened the shock with Are a sweet person. To Cricket Management - you have ways to go before I can give you a thumbs up on great customer service, but having genuine associates such as Polly, is a great start on changing the negative perception. Moving to remote area . No Satatlite signal for WiFi No cable . People there now are using phone to do all their internet connections . Have strong phone signal . Can I tether a cricket phone to my computer ; so I have a bigger screen to work from. Hoping for a limitless wireless plan . Area code 21561 .
So I just opened a new line with cricket and they made me start with the $60 unlimited plan. I want to switch over to the $40 10GB plan but I’m not sure if I’ll lose out on my hotspot and HBO Max since I already paid for this month. Should I switch over to the $40 plan a couple days before my bill cycle? Or can I do it today and still have the benefits on my account until next month.
I’ve been using the visual voicemail for quite some time. For some reason it has disappeared from my phone. I tried to reset my password. There is no reset password icon. The only button available is call voicemail. When I called voicemail, it says the voicemail box has not been set up. There is no way to click set up voicemail. I have an iPhone XVenture.
We are in need of emailing a cricket subscriber with conversion to text for team communications. I have tried many combinations of what is presented here and on the web searches. please give me an an example with the made up number of 555-123-4567.for example: SMTP:XXXXXXXXXX@mms.cricketwireless.netThanks
I tried adding more hotspot yesterday with the app and it wouldn't let me, but the app is finicky so I tried using the website, but it ended up taking my whole Hotspot off. I am beyond ticked right now. And now I'm trying to add it back on and it's saying pending changes so we can't let you make any changes. This is ridiculous.
I have a mr1100 netgear nighthawk hotspot that I had trouble activating due to wrong Apn.. it works fine but when I tried to upgrade to a mr5100…5g nighthawk it doesn’t work at all…I’ve tried Apn change to 4/4 but no help….anyone successfully using a mr5100.?.?
