I have a niece who has struggled financially and I would like to pay for her and her 3 kids phone and service for a year. They currently have ATT which just got shut off do to lack of payment. My question is what would be best. Keep my phone as a single line and open a new account in her name with 3 phones or add her 3 phones to my account? Any suggestions Todd O
I am traveling overseas (Middle East). I have Cricket and I know that there is no international plan overhere. However, my phone is dying and I need to transfer to a new phone. However, in order to transfer Whatsapp and other apps, I need to access SMS to get the security code the apps send. How can I do that? Thank you
Hey,I got a cricket phone called cool pad, I got me an unlimited data plan for $60, and I added a hotspot feature for $10. I cannot turn on the hotspot on the phone, I just get a message that I should look up how to set it up online. I do own an IPhone and switched my card over to the iPhone, but unfortunately I cannot turn on the hotspot as well. Any ideas?Thanks
thank you so much cricket for not having 24 hour support. thank you so much for only having an address in california to address my concerns to. thank you so much cricket for after 6 years of service, failing me so greatly. thank you so much for my last month of service with you, although, i think you know i can find comparable service and probably even cheaper. you have no idea what problems this one night has caused for me. to show my bill as owing nothing, but still service is suspended. I have no ability to contact family. i have no ability to let anyone know she has passed. i have no ability to contact her family. i had to borrow a strangers phone, and as the number was unrecognized at 2am... no one answered. thanks again. i will enjoy our last 30 days together as i scope out new providers. thanksformer subscriber
I recently went into my account to change rate plans and was offered $20 a line for 5gb for my 2 lines (a total of $40) but my account total shows $70 due. Why would it show $20 a line if it isn’t offered. I would chatted with 2 very unhelpful people and would like to send an email with screenshots since i would like this offer honored otherwise it is false advertising. Does anyone know where to send it? Thanks
I can call out but nobody can call me. Inbound calls immediately get a message saying my voicemail has not been setup, and my phone never rings. I get no mobile data connection at all. I have used online support topics, verified my IMEI is compatible, spoken to a dozen phone support people at Cricket, reset Network Connections and verified correct APN settings, been to Sprint and called Sprint to verify my device was properly unlocked. Nobody can tell me why my Cricket service does not work. I paid for service I cannot use. This is beyond frustrating and I am very annoyed with the lack of solutions to what shouldnt even be an issue.
How long are the advertised prices good for? In Terms it says you can raise prices anytime without notice. Is that really true? I'd be coming from Sprint with 4 lines to save over $50/month with Cricket. What good is that if you raise the rate on me 3months down the road.
