I have 4 iPhones unlocked that i want to switch from att, i have 4 new cricket SIM cards. I want to order the unlimited 4 for $100 plan and port the numbers over. If i go to add the unlimited plan it will add a SIM card and will not let me delete it. If i go the Activate then it it wont let me add anymore lines. Totally confused.
Having a limited lists of phones that support Hotspot is very confusing to me. I know for a fact there are phones not on the list that will work with Cricket Hotspot because I have friends that are doing it. So, it's not a technical limitation.I have a OnePlus 5t phone which worked fine as a hotspot on the AT&T network. So, how can I see a roadmap of phones that will be supported and an approximate time when? "Check back to this page" is not a great option.
Ordered a new phone w/sim card...have to activate it yet...want to know if I can install this SIM CARD into my Android LG instead of the phone I got in the mail. Phone is too small for my hands and the Android fits my hands better...originally got phone from the cricket store in Aug. of 2017 in Jacksonville, Fl. let service expire a few months ago and want to reinstate the phone using the new SIM CARD...IS THIS POSSIBLE?? If can't answer on forum please forward to tech support and maybe they can answer this question or email me the answer::. THANK-YOU. [Edited for privacy-This is a public forum. We are considering changing to the Cricket plan of 4 lines for $100/month. Three out of four of us have phones and numbers with Verizon, the other has no phone. If we get 4 new free phones from Cricket can the old number be transferred and how much would that cost? I also understand that not all 4 phones may not be free but require an additional cost of less than $20. Can you verify this? How much would the entire initial start-up be for including all of the above? Can this be done online and will the new phones be shipped to us or would we pick them up somewhere? Thanks
When trying to activate a "Call Waiting" feature, I get the following error message "Unexpected response from network". Tried different Android phones as well as a dumb-phone, so the problem is definitely not with my phone and/or its settings. The problem has to do with the network and its settings on the provider side. Contacted the Cricket Support, but without success. Also, tried to manually query and activate as follows:status query *#43# <DIAL>Response: "Call waiting: Service has been disabled" to activate: *43# <DIAL>Response: "Connection problem or invalid MMI code"
I will be traveling overseas to London later this month and will have my Galaxy S8 with me. What, if anything, will still work while I am in the UK? Specifically, will I be able to make phone calls, send/receive text messages via roaming cell network? What about via wireless internet? Will I at least still be able to access the internet, or does my phone essentially become a brick outside the US, Canada, and Mexico?
I have the 50 plan and I can’t find what my speed is? I know it has 8 gigs but that’s all that is shown to me. I’m trying to decide if I should upgrade to an unlimited but I need to know what speed I currently have. Also is there a major difference on speed of the 2 unlimited plans?
