Wifi Manager

For some reason wifi Manager switched my wifi off on my phone while I was using it. I then turned it's permission to do that off but now it is just asking me for permission to turn my wifi off. It specifically popped up and said, "Wifi Managaer wants to turn your wifi off" what is the deal with that?

Not receiving pictures or group messages

We have been with you a few months since November I think. We have 4 lines and we frequently miss texts and picture among the 4 of us. Can you tell me if you know of this issue.

We need a high end Plan

Hi Cricket wireless community, I am writing this because some users or high tech users need a high tech plan, with unlimited high speed data (8mps download) and able to turn off stream more so we can watch videos in 1080p. I know it will cost more but we need this plan. If cricket please can consider us. Thank you.

Not receiving group texts

Ever since getting my new Alcatel phone, I cannot see the content of any group texts. The text 'bubble' appears, but it always says 'message cannot be downloaded'.How can this be rectified? My mother has several health issues, and I'm missing texts from my siblings about her.

Internet very slow

Hi, i have subscribed to the 2gb data plan on my mobile ( i phone 6) . However , the internet is very slow . It takes a very long time to load pictures, videos and to open a webpage ,although i am using LTE , which should load data faster. Can you please look into the matter?Thanks.

MMS not sending correctly

Ever since I got my new Nokia 3.1 Plus, picture messages aren't going thru properly. The recipient gets a message that I shared a photo and gives a link. I already checked the APN settings, and everything is correct. Anyone know the fix for this?

Lost Phone / Recover Text Messages

Hi,Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes. Back in the day, service providers could actually recover/download all the text messages you sent or received. Is this something that can still be done? Wife's phone was stolen, it's not turned on (likely won't be, at least not where I can access it), and besides photos of her recently passed cousin, she is heartbroken over losing the many texts that she sent and received with him during his final months.Does Cricket keep texts stored on servers? And if so, is it a situation where we could get them?Thank you in advance!

Hot spot

I purchased a phone Samsung s9+. Is working perfectly. The hotspot is working, yet the cricket is not allowing me to purchase that monthly fee for hotspot, the rules states you must choose the right phone to work with that hotspot feature. My phone us working. Yet I'm not allowed to use it, I want to pay the hotspot, so I can use my iPad since my vision is not that great, the cricket is telling me the phone does not qualify. I am a with cricket for past 8 years. I don't understand why can't I just pay the fee for hotspot and let me use it????????

-125 dBm 20 asu 4 miles from cell tower. Help PLEASE!

Been with Cricket for 5 years. The reception here has degraded so bad even though we live only 4 miles away from the tower. It cuts on and off every few minutes. As I'm trying to post for anyone to help, I've lost connection 5 times. Make that 6. Ugh, 7 times 😪 Brand New phones didn't fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Cricket customer appreciation

I have been with cricket wireless for over 2 years now. I have bought three phones from there authorized cricket stores. And I have changed plans and for the past year have been on there unlimited max plan. What amazes me is the total lack of customer appreciation. I have never seen a company that will charge multiple fees and makes there phone prices higher to the loyal customers who want to switch phones but stay with cricket. Why can't cricket give discounts to those customers who choose to stay with them as a company. It's time for a new phone. Because of the lack of any common business practice I will happily being choosing another provider. If you treat loyal customers worse then your new customer why would anyone become loyal.

Network congestion constant at airports

I am a frequent traveler and so is my wife.  There seems to be a constant trend where Cricket Wireless will barely work at certain airports.  Within the terminal and until the plan is sufficiently away from the terminal.  DCA and ATL are top of the list as we frequent.  At any time if you are cricket I would be interested to know if data will work period in these airports.  This is not congestion this is intentional.  This is also illegal.

bring your own phone

Would the bring your own phone plan work with veiaro wireless phones. ive tried straight talk and net ten and neither will work do to the lack of at&t and t-mobile towers in the area. Veiaro works with both of those towers and dont want to continue with veiaro and dont want to change my phone just yet.

Why does VoLTE, wifi calling, visual voicemail, advanced messaging and sending multimedia messages on wifi not work on any of my devices? 2 Samsung Galaxy s8+, Samsung Galaxy s6, 2 Samsung Galaxy j7. All were BOYD.

Quitting Cricket!

My signal keeps disappearing every few minutes and then coming back, disappearing and coming back, every 3-4 minutes for 2 days now I can hardly do anything with my phone. This is the 4th time in the past 2 months this has happened. All 4 times on a Sunday-Monday. What's going on with the towers in my area? Who knows. Every time I can call customer service I get someone in the Philippines who tells me there doesn't seem to be any problem in my area. They don't know anything. So now I'm done with Cricket and in 2 weeks I'm changing to a different company. I highly recommend anyone who has issues not to waste any more of their time and just ditch Cricket since they don't care about customers with issues anyway. You'll just go around in circles with nothing ever resolved.

Hotspot

My Normal hotspot usage apx. 10gigs per 7-10 days. I was on vacation (left my phone at home, turned off) and they're trying to charge me for my hotspot use like a normal month. I got back and the 1st day they're telling me, I'm out of hotspot data. So I pay it and get another 10gigs. Boom they cut it off in 2 days. I'm not sure what kind of racket cricket is running, but I filed an official complaint with FCC. If they're doing this to you I suggest you do the same. I'm calling the Pennsylvania Attoney Generals office in the am as well. This looks criminal from my house and I happen to know a thing or 2 about a thing or 2.

Unable to receive pictures

I’ve had cricket for over a month now. At first I wasn’t able to be on the internet without WiFi (so I could t use my data) even though I have unlimited data. That fixed itself but now I can’t receive pictures through text message. When someone sends me a picture it just says “no subject” any ideas to resolve this?

International not working

I purchased the $5 plan yesterday, arrived in country today, trying to call my hotel, I get a pop-up telling me that mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call. I have no bars. Do I need to turn on international roaming in settings? I tried that but got a warning that significant charges may be incurred so I turned it right back off. Please help! Thanks!
