I have the affordable connectivity program on my phone. I changed my phone plan and I ran out of data as soon as I added a gig which is 10.00 which I had a balance of 58.67 now after I put ten dollars on my account its showing a balance of 8.00 this is wrong. How can we get it fixed. Phone number 312-282-3790 cricket wireless account.
My wifi callling stopped working at 3pm yesterday. I went through troubleshooting with Cricket for 2 hours yesterday until they finally told me that others have reported issues with wifi calling and it seems to be on Cricket’s side. They told me to check with them again in the morning if it is still not working. I tried talking to them again...they tried going through troubleshooting AGAIN and I explained that I was told this is a Cricket issue. They said that they don’t have report of other customers with this issue. OH MY GOD. I just want to know when my wifi calling will be working as that is the only way I can make/receive calls and texts while at home AND at work. Has anybody else had an issue with wifi calling not turning on since yesterday?
With being a Loyal Cricket Wireless Customer, and knowing in my working conditions things happen. I opt in for insurance from day 1. Keeping it til here recently, due to new found knowledge. As per my insurance my repair (“I still have the paper literature saying this”) should ONLY cost $40 and be same day. Now upon my attempt to file my claim, is where the truth hit me. No my repair would not be same day, nor the cost be what was Verbally and Printed on the literature. The quoted price was $75,without same day repair. For what I’ve paid into my insurance over the time of having service through yal. Now yal hit people with this,do yal (Cricket Wireless *CW) realize…. For that $75, any ATT Serv phone can be bought at a more convenient loacation. No wait time or anything, and be used. This has gone to show me yal honestly don’t care about customers. As well that y’all will do anything to get these said customers HARD EARNED money. Yal know this Insurance is HOT GARBAGE,nothing but a MONE
I just discovered that I can use mobile hotspot and usb tethering to provide internet to my tv and my computer and possibly even the router when AT&T's internet is down. I just went through several days without internet, never knowing my phone’s hotspot would give me the internet access I need. Never again. This is awesome.
Every day I work during the day my cell phone periodically keeps losing service at work. When I check the coverage map their shouldn’t be any drop in cell phone service but it keeps happening. It usually doesn't fix it self until I am about 5 miles to home. I need to know if this is a phone issue or service issue, thanks.
So 1. I have to watch a freaking video to even learn how to refer a friend? Why does your website not provide enough information on nearly every topic? Your video is slow. I can read words and learn quickly. Unless you make that difficult too. Have a video for those who want to watch it and WORDS for those who don’t. Even those who watch the video need the damn link. Just post the freaking link. Nice and big. Front and center.I have to download the app to refer a friend? That’s stupid and invasive. Do you know that some of us use computers? Yeah, we do. I have to email the link to myself to get it on my computer because of your choices. I don’t like a lot of apps on my phone, which is none of your business. I don’t like being forced into doing things I don’t want to do. I’m going to delete it again. Thank you for wasting my time. You build resentment in your customers with this kind of thing. When I bought my new phone and service back in January 2022, the store clerk entered my email incorrectly and it STILL can't verify my email address. She left the W out of my last name. I've been to at least 3 different retail cricket stores and NO ONE CAN FIX THIS!!Please help if you can.
Me and my girlfriend both have the cricket dream 5g with the 60 dollar plan. Both of us. Two separate plans. Her phone will be right next to mine. Whenever I do comparitive speed tests with the same testing software, hers is always always faster. Sometimes by a little, most of the time by a lot.Right now I'm getting about 1.1mbps.Without a skip, she gets 6mbps. We are on the same tower. Phones are factory fresh. It doesn't matter where I go this is always the case. This is proof that cricket is throttling whoever they want for really no reason.
I just paid my bill on September 18, 2022 and I recieved a text message from Cricket stating my Data Usage was getting low and that was within a couple days after paying off my total bill. I pay my total bill on time every month and this same thing happened last month and now a few days later my phone is saying slow date usage and just spins buffering out of control. This is not acceptable, especially when I don't even use their data each month I use my own from my own personal internet at home on my roommates acct. AND WHAT HAPPENED TO UNLIMITED DATA USAGE ANYWAY!!CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU NEED TO FIX THIS MISHAP OR I'M CHANGING MY SERVICE CARRIERS.... In November of 2021 I brought my Pixel 4a from ATT to Cricket Wireless. The hotspot worked fine until I went to use it last month September of 2022. I have the top tier plan and the last time I used it was in June of 2022. I called customer service and was told that phone wasn’t supported on the network. Voice and data work fine so the phone has to supported. Looking to see what has changed since June.
