Plans & Features
Good reps at Cricket , are RARE and they should be rewarded!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good reps at cricket are hard to find. Here is my 2 day experience (Wasted time about 6 hours total, 4-6 terrible service people, and 2 GREAT service people. 1. Website features are terrible, so self service is virtually impossible (you need a new program team, as others are complaining as well). 2. I call cricket customer care, and get put on hold for 20 minutes, I get a person with a strong accent, making it impossible to communicate. She transfers me and the call drops. 3. After two more failed attempts , I get a service rep that tells me I have to go to the store where I purchased the phone to get help. 4. I drive all the way down to the store, and the store rep tells me he can not help I have to go back home and call cricket . 5. I call cricket customer care .. I again get connected. Woman named Alexandria answer the phone and claims she can not hear me?? I try and speak for 5 minutes.. and she then says - I am hanging up the phone due to inability t

Cricket/AT&T blocking texting from my Google Voice Number
I am a Cricket Wireless customer. I've been having trouble with texts from my Google Voice number being blocked when sent to Cricket Wireless (I don't use my "real" Cricket Wireless number, do everything via my Google Voice number) and AT&T numbers. I've done some digging on the web and the problem seems to stem from Cricket Wireless and it's parent company AT&T somehow flagging my Google Voice number as spam. My Google Voice number is strictly for personal use and I send maybe 5 or 6 texts a day so don't know how it would have been flagged. I found this thread on the Google Forums and apparently the fix needs to come from Cricket/AT&T engineers https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/voice/GR-dsPvZQJE/UccFgy5GDgAJ
Thought my 'phone was stolen. Reported it but found it at home an hour later. Called the store and insurance company right away to let them know I had it but a day later it was turned off. I am elderly so went to my son, who calls me every day, and he called Cricket . They said it was blacklisted and it would be 72 hours before they could activate it. He has called twice since with no luck, just promises. It has been 11 days with no 'phone. I always relied on texts as reminders and have missed two appointments and medicine pick-ups . Plus I am scared being alone, especially having gone through a tornado warning. Please turn my phone back on.Let me know
I have been a loyal, paying customer for many years. And twice now Cricket has charged me 15 more dollars for being less than a day late. Seriously! Last night I worked late. I was so busy. By the time I got home and unwound I realized I had to pay my bill. So I paid it. I wake up this morning and my phone is suspended and they won’t turn it back on till I pay the $15 reactivation fee because I was TWO hours late. On top of that, the gal I was speaking to was from another country and I told her this is what our country does to good hard-working tax paying people. They allow creditors to be Greedy and it’s the main reason single family, one income families are suffering. This is America! We’re all your dreams can come true… NOT
Pausing payments while at Army Basic Training
I will be leaving for Army Basic Training in the next month and am wondering if Cricket Wireless offers an option to halt payments for the duration of my training period. Basic Training is 10 weeks long (12 with processing) and I will not be able to access my phone during so. I do not wish to cancel my plan, but do not want to continue to pay for wireless service I will not use. Thankyou for any responses in advance.
Mobile data in Montreal/International Roaming
I have the $55 Cricket plan with international roaming. I’m in Montreal for a couple of days. My phone is currently roaming on the Rogers network. Calling and texting work perfectly, but my mobile data does not work at all. Is there a reason why this is happening? And is there anything I can do about it? I have an iPhone 11 if that makes a difference.
thank you so much cricket for not having 24 hour support. thank you so much for only having an address in california to address my concerns to. thank you so much cricket for after 6 years of service, failing me so greatly. thank you so much for my last month of service with you, although, i think you know i can find comparable service and probably even cheaper. you have no idea what problems this one night has caused for me. to show my bill as owing nothing, but still service is suspended. I have no ability to contact family. i have no ability to let anyone know she has passed. i have no ability to contact her family. i had to borrow a strangers phone, and as the number was unrecognized at 2am... no one answered. thanks again. i will enjoy our last 30 days together as i scope out new providers. thanksformer subscriber
