The phone service from this company isH O R R I B L E !!!im literally STUCK here because of paying my bill here but good God y’all need to do better !!!! Plenty of time cricket have let me down in an EMERGENCY!!!! Can’t call or text for help !! No service !!! Always 1 BAR !!! Atrocious !!!! I hate it here!!!
Does anyone else have a serious problem getting a connection in Norfolk Va, specifically in the Willoughby-Ocean View Area?? I am getting so aggrevated with such poor service that I'm ready to forget about saving a few dollars each month and switch carriers. After all what sense does it make to save a few bucks if I can't use the service anyway!
So lately my phone is asking me to dial the number to check my VM when in fact I am suing Visual VM and have already check the message. I am getting a notification to check it which will not go away. I have never set up the other VM and I don't want to because I feel it will only invite conflicts and when I had it before on another phone it didn't work right anyway, From what I can see there is no actually app feature or changeable settings for the regular built in VM.
Hardware: ZTE Altair 2OS: Brew MP version 188.8.131.520Under Mainmenu > Messaging, the Voicemail line always shows one message waiting. This is true even if there are no messages waiting. If there is more than one message waiting, then the Voicemail line shows the correct number of messages waiting. How can I arrange for the Voicemail line to show no messages waiting when the Voicemail mailbox is empty?
This is my Positive Review for Katie B at 3686 Airport Blvd, Mobile 36608 I've been dealing with Ms. Katie since the middle of Covin 'crisis' when my original cricket store closed, the one nearest to me. I found Katie B's store and walked in with an attitude. She managed to calm me down and ever since, I've had a very copacetic relationship with her. She has been SO EASY to work with. VERY pleasant, VERY professional, and VERY kind! As much as I hate to pay bills, she's managed to help me every time and I think one day, she'll be selling me a smart phone and help me to use it! **One time, I left my phone there and It was there the next day I picked it up.. thank you for your service, I use it everyday but yet people complain about it. I love the hotspot.. cause it my back up plan or when im on the road. and im on the cricket more plan. and its unreal when I have 5 bars and LTE the speeds are like 68MB per second. cable internet and DSL isn't even that close. lol and I use an iPhone. which is a unlocked phone. what I would love is for cricket too add hulu or Netflix as a add on. or unlimited music that doesn't count towards your data threshold. other then that I have no problems at all.
My BUSINESS number was ported our 10/25/19 to H2O wireless. Cricket has NOT been of any help! I’ve called countless amounts of times went they are telling me to be patient. How can I be patient when I am not making ANY MONEY????? I’ve talked to countless supervisors and CSR they are treating me like I’ve done this to my own account!!!! Tomorrow is day 6 without my phone. DAY 6 without making any money!!! Cricket DOES NOT CARE!!! When I get my number back. I AM LEAVING THIS SH*THOLE!!!
HiMy hot spot isn’t working and when I checked my account balance I noticed that even if my husband payed the extra 10$ they are not accounted on my balance/account. How do we solve that problem? I tried to call, nobody answered only the authomatic machine which is returning me on the start, I went to a selling point and the guy at the store directed me again on line and on lind on the automatic phone machine... I will loose my mind. Can you help?
I would like to know why after three years there telling me phone is not compatible with system. Which I know isn't true because I can still use it but if I do they will shut my service off. I paid my bill every month on time. If I want a hotspot I have to but a new phone which isn't fair. To
