I have 4 lines on my account, & all of them have been without service for 24 hours. I tried to chat with support and was told that the reason for no service is a damaged tower, but my neighbor has Cricket & she has service. Is anyone else having the same issue? I got the feeling the agent I chatted with didn't know what the hell they were talking about.
On Oct 14 I paid my bill in store $139 . On Oct 15 I added a line and changed my plan to the 4 lines for 100. I paid another 45 to start thithis plan etc. On Oct 16 I called because I got to thinking i should have a $39 credit at least. I was told no $18.99 was my credit, initially. Then the rep "researched my account" I was told I was being charged $20 for hotspot on two lines. He could remove that and credit the $20 back. I told him yes because I didn't even know I had hotspot and do not need it as I have wifi at home. He removed and said my bill for Nov would be $60 and some change. I looked today to pay my bill and it still only showed 18.99 credit. I called customer service. I was put on hold then hung up on. I called back and once sent to a rep I was automatically hung up on. I called back two more times and on the fourth try I spoke with someone who informed me I was pretty much out of luck they don't refund hotspot. How long are the advertised prices good for? In Terms it says you can raise prices anytime without notice. Is that really true? I'd be coming from Sprint with 4 lines to save over $50/month with Cricket. What good is that if you raise the rate on me 3months down the road.
I have owned a Samsung Galaxy Halo phone for several years and all that time I had WiFi Hot Spot access for which I paid an extra fee. Recently I changed to the "Unlimited & 15GB Mobile Hotspot" plan and suddenly lost WiFi Hot Spot access. I called the customer several times and asked why my WiFi Hot Spot was cut off. They told me that I lost access because I change plans and the Hot Spot would not work with the Galaxy Halo. I asked then to be switched me back to my old plan and they told me that could not be done. They proceded told me that my only recourse was to purchase a new phone. Told them that I paid a lot of money for my Galaxy Halo and expected it to provide WiFi hot spot access. I explained to them that it was ILLEGAL to charge me for WiFi Hot Spot access and not provide that service. Only after that remark did they offer to give me credit. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE?CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO ACCESS A PERSON AT CUSTOMER SERV
Samsung phone had no network or service for 2 days. Called cricket twice both times they said towers were being fixed. Gave me 2 times in which service would be back. No luck. Only wifi worked. Had to use a back up phone to see if sim card worked and it did. So i have no service on my phone with sim card. What can i do at this point without using out of pocket money for issue not related to sim card or my phone that is in good condition and 5g compatible?
The topics here are all about selling. Hey we don't have service since 1/8/20. On 1/9 I called and spoke with Ana since she acted like she had no clue about anything I asked for her supervisor. I spoke with Ingrid who told me that service would be fully restored on 1/9/20. Well, it has NOT been restored. This is a huge inconvenience as I don't have a phone while driving or when not with another company's Wi-Fi. Even from my home Wi-Fi or another company, the calls are either very bad or dropped unexpectedly. We MUST be fully reimbursed for this mess! If I wasn't so busy with so much I would take the time to find another phone company.. Cricket is very messed up.
In the US 2-1-1 is an essential community services number and my county public health department uses this for scheduling appointments. There isn’t another number to call. When I dial it I always get a cricket response, “The service you’re calling is not available from this location. If this is an emergency, call 9-1-1.” I’ve then had friends who use different phone services call to make appointments for me. This has happened multiple times. Can any US-based cricket customers confirm if they’re able to successfully call 2-1-1, OR if they get the same message it’s unavailable and to call 9-1-1? Is this just not supported by the network? Thanks!
Good reps at cricket are hard to find. Here is my 2 day experience (Wasted time about 6 hours total, 4-6 terrible service people, and 2 GREAT service people. 1. Website features are terrible, so self service is virtually impossible (you need a new program team, as others are complaining as well). 2. I call cricket customer care, and get put on hold for 20 minutes, I get a person with a strong accent, making it impossible to communicate. She transfers me and the call drops. 3. After two more failed attempts , I get a service rep that tells me I have to go to the store where I purchased the phone to get help. 4. I drive all the way down to the store, and the store rep tells me he can not help I have to go back home and call cricket . 5. I call cricket customer care .. I again get connected. Woman named Alexandria answer the phone and claims she can not hear me?? I try and speak for 5 minutes.. and she then says - I am hanging up the phone due to inability t
I am a Cricket Wireless customer. I've been having trouble with texts from my Google Voice number being blocked when sent to Cricket Wireless (I don't use my "real" Cricket Wireless number, do everything via my Google Voice number) and AT&T numbers. I've done some digging on the web and the problem seems to stem from Cricket Wireless and it's parent company AT&T somehow flagging my Google Voice number as spam. My Google Voice number is strictly for personal use and I send maybe 5 or 6 texts a day so don't know how it would have been flagged.
