Plans & Features
I have been with cricket wireless for over 2 years now. I have bought three phones from there authorized cricket stores. And I have changed plans and for the past year have been on there unlimited max plan. What amazes me is the total lack of customer appreciation. I have never seen a company that will charge multiple fees and makes there phone prices higher to the loyal customers who want to switch phones but stay with cricket. Why can't cricket give discounts to those customers who choose to stay with them as a company. It's time for a new phone. Because of the lack of any common business practice I will happily being choosing another provider. If you treat loyal customers worse then your new customer why would anyone become loyal.
I am a frequent traveler and so is my wife. There seems to be a constant trend where Cricket Wireless will barely work at certain airports. Within the terminal and until the plan is sufficiently away from the terminal. DCA and ATL are top of the list as we frequent. At any time if you are cricket I would be interested to know if data will work period in these airports. This is not congestion this is intentional. This is also illegal.
I am paying for a certain amount of data each month. Why can't I use that data how i want to use it. Why must I have to have an unlimited plan to teather a device to my phone? It makes no sense. Other carriers i have had allowed me to teather my phone to other devices with no problem. I would like to make a suggestion that mobile hotspot should be a feature on all data plans. Please allow us to use our data how we see fit.Thank you.
Would the bring your own phone plan work with veiaro wireless phones. ive tried straight talk and net ten and neither will work do to the lack of at&t and t-mobile towers in the area. Veiaro works with both of those towers and dont want to continue with veiaro and dont want to change my phone just yet.
My Normal hotspot usage apx. 10gigs per 7-10 days. I was on vacation (left my phone at home, turned off) and they're trying to charge me for my hotspot use like a normal month. I got back and the 1st day they're telling me, I'm out of hotspot data. So I pay it and get another 10gigs. Boom they cut it off in 2 days. I'm not sure what kind of racket cricket is running, but I filed an official complaint with FCC. If they're doing this to you I suggest you do the same. I'm calling the Pennsylvania Attoney Generals office in the am as well. This looks criminal from my house and I happen to know a thing or 2 about a thing or 2.
I’ve had cricket for over a month now. At first I wasn’t able to be on the internet without WiFi (so I could t use my data) even though I have unlimited data. That fixed itself but now I can’t receive pictures through text message. When someone sends me a picture it just says “no subject” any ideas to resolve this?
Thought my 'phone was stolen. Reported it but found it at home an hour later. Called the store and insurance company right away to let them know I had it but a day later it was turned off. I am elderly so went to my son, who calls me every day, and he called Cricket . They said it was blacklisted and it would be 72 hours before they could activate it. He has called twice since with no luck, just promises. It has been 11 days with no 'phone. I always relied on texts as reminders and have missed two appointments and medicine pick-ups . Plus I am scared being alone, especially having gone through a tornado warning. Please turn my phone back on.Let me know
WE have in home wireless so we don't need hot spot but we want to tether our teens phone to our home computer so we can keep her safe she has a Samsung galaxy Sol 2 how do we do this, the rep I spoke with at a cricket store said this could happen!!!
I currently have 4 lines with Tmobile and would like to port the 4 phone numbers over to Cricket and add an additional 5th line to the Unlimited Plan. I will also be bringing all 5 unlocked devices to Cricket. What are the fees associated with that? Will there be an activation fee or sim fee ?
Having a limited lists of phones that support Hotspot is very confusing to me. I know for a fact there are phones not on the list that will work with Cricket Hotspot because I have friends that are doing it. So, it's not a technical limitation.I have a OnePlus 5t phone which worked fine as a hotspot on the AT&T network. So, how can I see a roadmap of phones that will be supported and an approximate time when? "Check back to this page" is not a great option.
Is there a way to disable VoLTE/HD Calling on the Moto e5 cruise? I think it is my location, but calls on VoLTE sometimes echo in and out. It does the same on my S7, but I have the option to disable it and have no issues with calls at home now, but I can't disable it on the Moto e5 cruise. It's not a phone issue since the S7 would have similar issues. Basically, you can call, talk fine for a bit, and occasionally the person is unable to hear me for a bit. Doesn't happen every call, but turning off HD voice fixed that issue on the S7 and it should work on the e5 cruise too. Thanks.
I would like to know why after three years there telling me phone is not compatible with system. Which I know isn't true because I can still use it but if I do they will shut my service off. I paid my bill every month on time. If I want a hotspot I have to but a new phone which isn't fair. To
