I currently have the $55 Cricket plan with international roaming, and I am currently in Montreal for a brief period. While my phone successfully connects to the Rogers network for calls and texts, my mobile data remains non-functional. Could you provide insights into the potential reasons behind this issue and suggest any available remedies? I am using an iPhone 11, if that information is relevant.
Thought my 'phone was stolen. Reported it but found it at home an hour later. Called the store and insurance company right away to let them know I had it but a day later it was turned off. I am elderly so went to my son, who calls me every day, and he called Cricket . They said it was blacklisted and it would be 72 hours before they could activate it. He has called twice since with no luck, just promises.It has been 11 days with no 'phone. I always relied on texts as reminders and have missed two appointments and medicine pick-ups . Plus I am scared being alone, especially having gone through a tornado warning.Please turn my phone back on.Let me know
Despite extensive attempts, my orders with Cricket are repeatedly canceled due to complications in retrieving my number from Straight Talk. I have diligently provided the necessary Straight Talk code, account details, and Cricket order information, only to be met with contradictory claims between the two companies. Exhausting all channels, including conversations with multiple representatives from both carriers, has only added to my frustration. The situation has become increasingly vexing, especially with the repeated messages urging me to verify my information for transfer, leading to ongoing delays. How can I resolve this frustrating deadlock and obtain my new phone and number?
thank you so much cricket for not having 24 hour support. thank you so much for only having an address in california to address my concerns to. thank you so much cricket for after 6 years of service, failing me so greatly. thank you so much for my last month of service with you, although, i think you know i can find comparable service and probably even cheaper. you have no idea what problems this one night has caused for me. to show my bill as owing nothing, but still service is suspended. I have no ability to contact family. i have no ability to let anyone know she has passed. i have no ability to contact her family. i had to borrow a strangers phone, and as the number was unrecognized at 2am... no one answered. thanks again. i will enjoy our last 30 days together as i scope out new providers. thanksformer subscriber
