The Unlimited Plan is supposed to be capped at 3mbps down but I never receive that I’ve done serveral speed tests on different phones very expensive phones the galaxy s8+ and the galaxy s9+ and each one gets the same speeds around 1.60mbps down or a little over 2mbps but never 3mbps and this is not a time when the network is congested also I’m no where near my 22gb limit but at that speed it is super slow even for basic browsing it takes forever to load webpages and YouTube videos buffer and juts stop playing altogether they are both showing LTE I was on the same exact plan with AT&T and never had issues with this same exact plan in the same area
It may be a coincidence but I've noticed these problems ever since upgrading from Nougat to Oreo 8.0 on my Moto Z Play.It's not ALL the time but it enough to be REALLY annoying. Text and emails can take up to hours before i get them. Friend messaged me and it didn't show up till over an hour after he sent it thru Hangouts. Sister sent a message through WhatsApp and that took over an hour till I got it. Same with the stock Android message app.Also calls not coming through. My sister called 3x the other day and I never heard the call or even had a notification that she called 3 times.I already reset my network and all that stuff. Any ideas? It's become problematic...don't really want to leave Cricket but if Cricket is the problem then I have no option :(
Can I have a tablet on it's own line of service? I do have hot spot on my phone but it is not elgible on Cricket. However, I would just rather have a dedicated line than having to go thru the intermediary steps of the hot spot. Is this possible?
HiMy hot spot isn’t working and when I checked my account balance I noticed that even if my husband payed the extra 10$ they are not accounted on my balance/account. How do we solve that problem? I tried to call, nobody answered only the authomatic machine which is returning me on the start, I went to a selling point and the guy at the store directed me again on line and on lind on the automatic phone machine... I will loose my mind. Can you help?
My data speed is being throttled at 3mbps and it keeps cutting in and out intermittently, I have the Unlimited Max plan on two devices and they are both doing the same thing. I'm not going to pay for a feature (8mbps dl) if i cant use it and the fact the the signal is dropping completley is bogus, i just moved over from att (whome is the parent company of cricket and uses the same network) and i never had this issue. The sales rep assured me that this exact thing wouldnt happen, I am very unpleased.
When I have a voicemail I click on my visual voicemail app click on speaker & press play, it plays for 2 seconds & stops on it's own deselecting the speaker button on it's own. I have to press play & speaker again. I've never had this problems using visual voicemail with another carrier.
Why is cricket geared to new customers and people that are already customers get highjacked on price of phone. Upgrade is a joke have to pay to activate a phone even though you are already a member of cricket new customers get free phones big discounts on phones if you belong nothing but extra money not cool vricket
I have a niece who has struggled financially and I would like to pay for her and her 3 kids phone and service for a year. They currently have ATT which just got shut off do to lack of payment. My question is what would be best. Keep my phone as a single line and open a new account in her name with 3 phones or add her 3 phones to my account? Any suggestions Todd O
I am traveling overseas (Middle East). I have Cricket and I know that there is no international plan overhere. However, my phone is dying and I need to transfer to a new phone. However, in order to transfer Whatsapp and other apps, I need to access SMS to get the security code the apps send. How can I do that? Thank you
I have the LG Stylo 3...I have been having Wi-Fi connection issues for the past 2 weeks now. Here is the issue...I connect to my homes 2G - Wi-Fi then About 5 minutes later my phone disconnects from the Wi-Fi & disables it. Also, for some unknown reason I am no longer able to connect to my 5G - Wi-Fi. It doesn't even come up as a option anymore. I have called my internet provider to see if the issue was with them, everything is working on their end so it the issue has to be with cricket or the manufacturer. Ugh....
